I ordered the flowers to be received on the day of the funeral. Confirmation said flowered would be delivered on the date specified. Embarrassingly they did not turn up on the day and then we got another confirmation saying they would be delivered the next day, the day after the funeral! I contacted customer services and they refused any form of compensation. So flowers turned up the next day apparently but there was no one there to receive them and the funeral had passed. So thanks very much lovelyfloraworld for embarrassing the family by us being the only ones who didn't send flowers apparently and for the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered with not even the decency to offer any form of compensation or gesture of goodwill. Do not rely on this company if you actually want any flowers for a special occasion. Can't attach a photo because we didn't get the flowers nor did we get a refund. Just awful!

I ordered 12 red roses... I was delivered 11 pale pink/brown roses. Most were broken in the box. The cellophane and tissue were in the box but not around the flowers. No ribbon, flowers were cellotaped together. Customer service refused a refund and told me to pick off the brown petals.

Rubbish service

Flowers were supposed to be delivered today for a birthday gift have just received email from Royal Mail saying not delivering until tomorrow absolutely shocking service

No email response no flowers took my money and nothing! Ordered flowers in early morning 1am Sunday as a couple of hours previously had been told of a friends relitive passing then Sunday morning found out she would not be at home for a few days so at 9.38am I emailed to change the address and didn't receive an email till Monday saying it was to late as they had been dispatched for that day and we are still waiting on the flowers no card no nothing I've emailed several times and had no response

Nice company to deal with. Had a bit of a problem but solved immediately with a phone call and a conversation with a DECISION MAKER. No quibble apology and refund arranged
Lots of flowers which last for ages and NOT a huge bunch of foliage like other serene florists. Have used this company about 5 times in the past. Jo Lincs

Ordered flowers and paid extra for a large balloon for my daughters 40th birthday, i thought it would cheer her up as we could not celebrate with lockdown. The roses were dead and the others were either snapped or dead and the balloon tiny. Shocking

Ordered for my friend who we weren't able to say goodbye to as she was leaving and we are all at home due to covid. No flowers arrived, no reply to any messages. Please dont order. I reviewed on trustpiolet and it has been put under review! But I am really sad our flowers never came as I feel I let everyone who collected for them down

Poor customer service

I ordered some flowers on new years eve after asking specifically if it would be delivered new years day. The reply I got was yes aslong as it is ordered by 13.00
I ordered the flowers at 12.30. New year's day came and no flowers so I emailed them I got a $#*!ty reply saying I should of ordered before 1 after 4 more days with no flower delivery and emailed them everyday I am still waiting for a reply. So moneys gone out of my account but still no flowers. Very disappointing

Flowers arrived next day but were nothing like the bouquet ordered. I choose the red fall bouquet a mix of red, yellow and orange with foilage and gyp and upgraded to 50% more. What arrived was yellow, pink and purple. No foilage and a single dead stem of gyp. This bouquet had been chosen to go with yellow and red orchids purchased from orchids by post for my mom in laws grave. Not only were they not what I ordered they were a tiny bunch and half dead. Had to rush to my local Lidl and pick up 24 roses at a fraction of the price. Would not recommend or use again... RUBBISH

The bouquet arrived and was lovely but by day2 they were ready for the bin, floraworld responded and sent a second bouquet a d again by day 2 they looked terrible. Wilted dying flowers, roses that were brown and dying Really poor quality flowers.

Valentines rip off
February 25, 2017

I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day, they have still not arrived! (written 26th Feb) I have sent numerous emails asking for help. They keep saying they will be sending a replacement but no sign of any flowers or refund. I am totally disgusted with this service and attitude. Unfortunately i have read 100's of poor reviews sine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm writing on behalf of a family member who ordered some flowers and a balloon for a fellow work colleague and was told by the company next day delivery was available, so the day came and even though the company had said the items were ready for delivery and be with her between 7am - 8pm. None arrived. She had to find replacement florist as the occasion was the day later and contacted the customer service team. To ask for a refund under the late delivery policy which made her entitled to a refund and they refused, proceeded to blame the delivery service (royal mail) and then my family member.

Terrible company, extremely rude customer service and no respect for their customers.

I bought a bouquet from flora world promising me a beautiful bouquet expertly done well I burst into tears when I saw them they were a cheap bunch of flowers you can get in the supermarket I paid 22 pounds for a cheap 5 pound bunch they were for my daughter so disappointed

Completley the wrong flowers and no 50% extra

I ordered some flowers for my wifes birthday five days prior to delivery they came a day late and i recived a valentines day bunch of flowers instead of the ones i picked out from the birthday section and there was not 50% extra flowers in there which i also paid extra for this company are a joke. Let down

Ordered flowers for a funeral, recieved email they would arrive day before. Waited all day, after 3 hours of phoning eventually they answered. They appologised but informed me that they would not be arriving until after the funeral. Never using them again.

Not received flowers

Ordered flowers for mums 80th birthday because can't see her. Looked nice flowers ordered for 18th April got email to say we're ready for delivery on 17th but still haven't received them want my money back but will not get back to me with email as say it not right email but they emailed me with order never use them again

Waste of Money

Save your hard earned cash and go to a florists you know and trust. I wish i had seen all the bad reviews before i ordered from Lovely Flora World cos i wouldnt have ordered anything from them. I ordered Mothers day flowers for my mam on 5th March. My money was taken on the 5th March. The flowers were ordered to be delivered on 10th March. As yet, they still havent shown up. I had to go out and buy some at the last minute so she wasnt disappointed on a Mothers special day. The flowers are no good now so im after a full refund. After reading all the negative reveiws, this company should be shut down. If i dont get a refund, my next step is trading standards and possibly watchdog.

Mothers Day flowers
April 4, 2019

Ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day, they arrived half dead, without the message and only half the size approximately 8 flowers. Have tried emailing them 6 times so far but no response. Absolutely devastated as these were for my mum who has terminal cancer and would have been her last mothers day. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I would give them zero stars if possible 1 is too generous
