Ordered sympathy flowers on Sunday for delivery Monday 16 th October for my Aunt, Wednesday now still no flowers and no response from this terrible company. Wish Id read some of these reviews before ordering.
First photos are what I thought I was receiving. Next photos are what I received. I ordered 2 bouquets, each with 50% extra stems. I paid £35.37. They went straight into the bin after taking the photos.
I would say the flowers received were at least 2 weeks old
Ordered some mothers day flowers on Thurs 24th for mothers day. They didn't arrive on the Sat when they said they would. They didn't arrive on the Sunday either. Nor have they arrived today. Royal Mail (?) have just emailed however to say they will arrive tomorrow - 3 days late and far too late for mothers day. I ended up getting my mother another present and won't be buying with this company again. Tried to email and call - left 2 msgs and no one has got back to me. Terrible lack of customer service and won't trust them again for special occasions

DO NOT USE. This company is appalling. Flowers arrived late... dead... had paid 18 quid with delivery and for an extra 50 percent in the bunch and no word of a lie. You could have got a better bunch from a petrol garage for 4 quid. They were for my mums birthday and they looked cheap tatty and horrible. Mispelt message typed in insanely small letters on the card and hadn't said who it was from even thou I wrote it in the text. Mum threw them away the next day and I got a bunch three times the size from morrisons for half the price. Appalling customer service. Sent them a pic of a couple of flowers (they were too few to be referred to as a bunch) and basically got... they have been delivered and no refund... tough luck. Absolutely disgusted. Check out the photo to show how floral world react to bad reviews. Instead of apologising they report it I the Hope's it is removed
I ordered flowers for my friend, Order no. *******. Her mum passed away. Ordered on 17th April to be delivered by 20th April. No email confirming delivery, no one answers phone, always engaged. No reply to my emails. Awful service. Want refund. Will not be using this company again.
Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered flower to arrive on the 20th April No sign of them yet I want them for a friend in her last few days of life as her battle against cancer is near an end. How very very very upset I am that they have not been delivered for her to enjoy. Emailed and no reply No not use this company
Ordered flowers for my partner that lives 50+ miles away for Mothers day as we cannot see each other due to Covid-19 rules only to find out they did not deliver them.
My partner feels let down by me as at least i should have ordered her flowers from a reliable and reputable supplier (which this company is NOT)
Purchased flowers for Mothers day.
The order was placed on the Wednesday to be delivered Saturday in time for the Sunday.
No flowers on Saturday, they don't deliver Sundays so expected them Monday. Nothing Monday or Tuesday.
Flowers arrived on Wednesday.
I messaged from their website on the Monday & still have not received a reply.
I have been phoning them all day today. You are on hold & then get a message saying they are helping other customers & to leave a message. I left one this morning & have not received a call. Phoned them at least 10 times without my call being answered.
On checking via Royal Mail tracking it appears they did not leave Lovely Flora World until 2:48pm on Tuesday the 16th March. Two days after Mothers Day & 6 days after being ordered.
My sister in law was over the moon with the flowers I sent for her birthday.
They arrived on time and in excellent condition.
I shall recommend to my friends.

I am disgusted with service. Flowers I ordered for delivery on 8th april arrived today obviously dead.
All I want is a refund! I purchased elsewhere which delivered beautiful flowers on time.

Was a day late, emailed had no reply to why this had happened. Also nothing like the picture only half the Flowers and no plastic wrap, wilted and no yellow roses. Not arranged! Disgusting, very disappointed as was a gift for mother's day. Embarrassed to give to Mum...
I ordered a bunch of flowers on the 4/08/2020 they were due to arrive on the 5/08/2020 they never arrived. Contacted customer service by email twice no reply. Now I have to fight to get my money back. Terrible service
Flowers were lovely but arrived 5 days late! Wanted for mothers day on the 14/03/21. Ordered on the 11/03/21 and they said they will be delivered on the 13/03/21. Contacted them multiple times for a refund and nothing.DO NOT USE!
Do not ever buy flowers from this company. You do not receive them and they block you when you get in touch and enquire about the order. There is a Facebook page called avoid lovely flora world which shows all the people they have scammed!
I wish I had seen the reviews on here and not just the 'glowing' ones on the website before I ordered. I paid and ordered my bouquet well in advance of my specified delivery day (which I specifically wanted to tie in with an important event). They didn't arrive on that day or the day after. I emailed customer service as there was no telephone contact number to be found anywhere (I now know why!) and after a long delay and another email I finally got a response which wouldn't tell me if they had been delivered or what time and simply directed me to their delivery terms and conditions. It is unusual for the recipient of the flowers not to contact me on receipt. I now know she has received them as I texted her directly to find out, only to discover they were 3 days late and I am too worried to enquire as to what condition they were in as she would be too polite and embarrassed to tell me otherwise. I shall not be ordering from this company again- very disappointed
I ordered these flowers for my mom's birthday they turned up dry like they had been in transit for along time they came on the Friday by Saturday morning they had all drooped

The flowers didn't even last a week.
I complained to witch I was told a very skill full florist arranged my flowers and there was nothing wrong with them.
I then emailed the pictures and asked for a refund to be told again there was nothing wrong with this bouquet but I could have a 20 per discount off my next order.

I ordered a £50 bouquet for a friends funeral. It arrived the morning of the funeral and was half the size it was supposed to be and the flowers were not as described and they were dead. It was so upsetting!
Ive contacted them 3 times now and had no response at all. Dont waste your time, you'll be left out of pocket.
I am really unhappy with this company and and wish that i had checked like i normally would first. The flowers did not turn up. I cannot get through to them on the phone it is constantly engaged. Do not reply to emails either, I wonder if they even exist. DO NOT USE THEM
Poor customer service, no way of changing order if mistake made and they dont ever respond to emails. Telephone manner rubbish. Flowers were dead within 2 days. Absolutely shocking for the price. Avoid!
Placed an order for my friend following a family bereavement. Ordered 25th Jan... and did not arrive until 2nd Feb! Have tried to make contact on numerous occasions but never receive a response. Wish I'd read the rest of the reviews first! Avoid this company. Absolute shambles!

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
