Poor customer service, no way of changing order if mistake made and they dont ever respond to emails. Telephone manner rubbish. Flowers were dead within 2 days. Absolutely shocking for the price. Avoid!
Placed an order for my friend following a family bereavement. Ordered 25th Jan... and did not arrive until 2nd Feb! Have tried to make contact on numerous occasions but never receive a response. Wish I'd read the rest of the reviews first! Avoid this company. Absolute shambles!

Ordered a lush bouquet for £16(delivery price included) last week. (Needed to order online this year because of level 4 lockdown.) The bouquet came just in time for mam's birthday however it looked like something you'd buy in your local supermarket for £3! Absolute rip off, the flowers weren't fresh either. Very disappointed.
Ordered on behalf of my son for his girlfriends birthday. Placed order 28th April for delivery 1st May, paid extra to have a balloon as well. Nothing delivered yesterday, no phone number to contact them, not delivered today so far and its 5.10pm in the evening. Sent 2 emails but just had a "holding email" in response. Wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. If no response or delivery by tomorrow at the latest, will be going to Trading Standards about this company which is what some of the other reviewers should do.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Taking peoples money, no flowers delivered then blocking people from been able to contact. Apauling. Stollen from many and upset 100's if not 1000's of people during what already is a difficult time. Lowest of the low. I hope the frued team deal with you appropriately.
Disgusting service, my daughter ordered me flowers for mothers day to be delivered Sat 13th, they were a no show turned up today the 16th. Dead. Poor service and not answering phone calls, ir messaging. But I am disgusted.
I have not used this company before. Ordered well in advance for poorly friend's birthday on 2nd June. They eventually arrived 3 days later. No response whatever to THREE emails asking what happened, and also asking for my money back so I can buy locally and leave on doorstep (Covid-19).
Ordered Valentine's day flowers to be delivered on the 14th and they turned up on the 13th. Customer service said it does say on our website we may deliver early. Not much good when you book a specific date
Ordered flowers for mum and mother in law to be delivered yesterday. Didn't turn up! Judging by their Facebook page I am one of thousands that were let down. Like many, I haven't seen my mum for a year now due to lockdown, wanted today, mother's day, to be special for her. Completely let down. No communication from company, quick enough to take your money though! Not sure how these people can sleep at night after doing this! Avoid at all costs! They have now taken down their Facebook page and are ignoring all calls and emails. Everybody needs to report them to Trading Standards. They also have another company called delightfulflora and jammy holidays. Please be aware!
Order was placed a week before my delivery request date. Due date was Saturday 13th and got an email saying flowers were dispatched on Thursday 11th. Flowers arrived today Tuesday 16th in a box with 7 of the 12 roses dead. Very poor service
Ordered flowers for one of my team members whose father has just passed away, and the other for my sister in law whose birthday it was, and unable to visit due to lockdown. Being a keyworker I have more to be worrying about than a unprofessional company that takes your money, but does not deliver the goods. Also shocking customer service, non-existent.
Ordered flowers with chocolates and a balloon for my mums birthday and she only received the flowers. I have tried calling 20+ times, left voicemails and 4 emails. Absolutely the worst costomer service I've ever experienced! I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. Delivery was 8th June. STAY WELL CLEAR!

I was very worried after ordering 'Pretty Scented Roses and Freesias Bouquet - £16.99, then read all the negative reviews! I usually order flowers from another reputable shop, but love the sweet scent of freesia so much, I took the chance. I ordered the flowers for family who just moved to a new home! My daughter-in-law tried her best not to disappoint me, but the photo she sent was of dying flowers, brown edges on the yellow roses, and no scent from the freesia!? The site agreed to send another fresh bouquet, but why couldn't they do it in the first place? Why did it take someone who have to use their position as a lawyer to get the positive response? Totally unacceptable, I will never order from Lovely Flora World again. Not recommended!
I ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days before my sisters birthday, and they never arrived. Now the weather has been very bad, though personaly i have still rec'd my post each day and if as advised they use royal mail then am not sure it was a major factor anyway. But i emailed them and patiently said i knew the weather was bad, but roughly when will the delivery be made, and all they did was email me with there delivery terms and conditions which i neither care about nor asked for. No advisement on the progress. Surely in this day and age they must have a tracker on royal mail for them/customer to at least see at what stage the delivery is at, i. E at warehouse/post office/in van etc. If they dont then that is a disgrace
Website allowed for an next day delivery promising delivery of a present and flowers for Valentine's Day. Website suggested the 14th Feb to which I agreed, the order confirmation then stated the 15th Feb. They have not replied to one complaint or email of concern and nothing has been delivered.
Evidence can be provided if needed, but stay away, do not use under any circumstances.
I am going to visit their offices personally and get my money back myself! L
Ordered friday for a gift delivery today, selected 12/7 in the available delivery options. Got to 3.15pm, not had a dispatch message, post has been. Called them 'oh, it states in our delivery terms and conditions that any order placed after 4pm friday wont be dispatched until monday, did you not read the FAQs?' (No, i'm ordering flowers, not a new car, i've ordered flowers dozens of times and never had an issue. Requested to speak to a manager (surprise surprise, none there), asked for a call back 'oh theyre email only, they dont take calls'
Avoid this company if you're ordering flowers for an occasion and actually expect them to arrive on the day you requested.
Apart from decent prices, the service I receive bed was awful! Placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday, received no confirmation email. My mother spent all day waiting for the flowers to arrive with no joy. I contacted the customer service which I could only do by email. No contact number found. Was told due to system error the order didnt go through. Funny thing is the money came out of my account right away and had I not chased this up would probably have been shafted £30 for bugger all but terrible service. Seriously consider your local flower shop or even another online seller!
Empty box delivered 3 dats late, phone always busy then finally rings and goes through to a mobile voicemail which turns out to be a random member of the public! Other flowers do turn up but having seen them would be embarrassed to send them to anyone!

Lovelyfloraworld are the pits. The flowers arrived a day too late and next morning half were dead, the rest died the following day. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. I gave them one star because it was the lowest available but I would give them minus10. Never again, please be warned
My son ordered some flowers for me for my birthday. How disappointing. Recieved a sorry looking bunch of flowers. Look nothing like the picture. Phoned and complained and they said they would send another bunch out. They did after being reminded. Only to recieve another sorry looking bunch. Not happy at all. Would never use this site again. Very poor quality flowers. Ruined my birthday.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
