After several requests for a refund and nil response, i issued a cc claim online, its a very simple process, unfortunately that was also ignored. I then escalated my claim to the high court, again a very simple process and instructed bailiffs to attend the hq of Love Holidays. RESULT! ALL MONIES PLUS COSTS REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS. Thats the way to do it folks. Spend £60.00 and put them through the court process. N. b All costs are also refunded.

Booked flights, hotel, hotel transfer, car hire with them way back start of 2020 and when the flight got cancelled they disabled their phone lines and manage my booking failed to work. It appeared deliberate by them to avoid contact. I only got through to them weeks later by lying and saying I wanted to book a holiday. The agent despite have my booking code had all the wrong info and thought I had paid much more than I had, he incorrectly refunded me with wrong paperwork which ultimately came £75.50 short. Again love holidays turned off their phone lines etc and only had there Internet chat which didn't work. I only managed to contact them last month March 2021 and after getting push back over how much I had paid they finally conceded under threat of further action that they were due me a refund. I've still not got it but will hopefully gain it soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY they tried to scam me out of my money if I hadnt chased them they would have kept all my money. It's my opinion that all the 5 start reviews on multiple sites are fake as well. I don't know a single person who will ever trust them (they used to before COVID be good) please take my advise and do not use them do not trust them. If you have booked screenshot every conversation and save every email, as recently they have been sneakily altering contracts/T+Cs, but your rights are for what contract you booked under.

After close to 8 full months of calling them and being promised an investigation/ follow up, I finally called and refused to hang up until I received an email from the department who looks at cases. Guess what, they discovered I didn't cancel my trip and that I deserved a refund. How sweet. Only got about $850 back but I believe the other money was booking fees or extra spent for non-refundable flight fees. Didn't really feel like even updating to say they finally helped but maybe it'll give hope to someone else who feels like they got $1000 ripped out from under them and are still fighting the fight.
Let me recommend something, unless there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY for your trip to be cancelled or moved, I would not recommend going through lovactions. You'd think they would be more understanding sure to covid but that is a complete lie. They told me I would receive a refund if the trip was cancelled by an outside force i. E natural disaster/PANDEMIC. A couple of days before going out, my hotel in my foreign destination closed down DUE TO COVID. They knew it was cancelled and did not coordinate or communicate with my airlines to tell them I cannot take my flight because I HAVE NOWHERE TO FLY TO (assuming that when you use a 3rd party, they take care of the ins and outs for you). Now the airlines have $1200 of my money and lovacations blames me and refuses to give me money back for their incompetence.
I booked our vacation and immediately changed the airline. The change in airline caused a refund, which was sent to Skybird, a 3rd party booking company. It has been 5 months, and I have already completed the travel. I have yet to receive my refund. I keep getting told the "team" is working on it, but I cannot get an accurate update or speak with a manager. The customer service is horrible and do not recommend.
When I booked my vacation on this site they promised to only charge me the difference in airfare and hotel fee for a different date if I needed to postpone my trip due to Covid-19. When I did need to postpone due to Covid, they only gave me a voucher for $1400 when I paid $2600. They have terrible customer service and are not trustworthy.
Booked a trip for Hawaii before the pandemic. Obviously was cancelled. Flight was through Hawaiian airlines who is willing to refund me completely but have requested the Loveholidays call them to request a specific code to initiate the process. Loveholidays has continued to refuse to call the airline stating "it's not our policy to do so." I have attempted to speak to management to explain the issue but the staff is incompetent and hiding behind computers and won't pick up the phone. First and last time I book with them.
They ruined my daughter 21st birthday. I'm thinking of taking legal actions against these scammers. Red flag is that they use different names. I booked a trip with them and later canceled due to them wanting an ADDITIONAL $1,000. It's been over a month and still no refund and can't get in touch with a live person. I have documented evidence that I ordered a certain type of room in the "pending confirmation". They switched out the room to a lower level room in the final confirmation and hoped that I would not notice. They are impossible to get a hold of and are cheaters in my opinion
Run far away. Worst travel company I have ever dealt with. They will never respond to your inquiries. Customer service line and live chat are always non-functional. They will take your money and disappear.
Do not deal with Loveholidays.com! I had to cancel my booking for France due to the Belgian government. I was not allowed to travel due to COVID-19. I contacted Loveholidays and they told me I don't get a refund nor a voucher. When I asked to undo the cancel it wasn't possible and I had to rebook, again. They don't deserve a good review because all bookings are automated transactions. They show there true colors when there's a situation, like COVID-19 and they fail to solve it. This is how you see that there business is only for the money! So don't waste your time by booking at this site.
So, i followed the feedback of "Stuart" and got nowhere. No mail adres exist and via live chat I got 0 answer nor solution. I booked in the 1st COVID-19 situation with Zenhotels and they refunded me 100% whitout questions asked. If they can do it then Loveholidays should also be capable to provide this service
Booked a vacation through lovevacations. I was planning on proposing while on vacation everything was planned, paid in full, set in stone. My soon to be fiance's work was shut down 5 days out due to COVID and their policy states online they can amend your reservations 5 days prior to departure. Even though this was the case and even during unprecedented times they insisted they could do nothing. Banned me from their chat, refused to let me speak with a supervisor and insisted I cancel my reservation. We called the hotel to ask if they keep the money if we cancel and they said it would be refunded to Lovevacations. Luckily the resort advised us not to cancel and allowed us to reschedule through them for the following year at no additional charge. In saying this, Lovevacations is a scam and showed no consideration or compassion for the inconvenience. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE BRITS!

Would give -10 stars if i could. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER! Transfer arrangements from airport to hotel were a no show even though it showed at the booking details. Also, they tell you to deal with it instead of them fixing the issue. Live chat never work, it just sucks. Please! DO NOT DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

First our flight were not correct so they had to re-direct our flight to Phoenix, AR. Me and my wife spend the night in Phoenix not at our final destination. We lost our first night of the hotel in puerto vallarta. We had to pay for accommodations in phoenix. When We we returned to the USA we had to spend ànother night in Dallas, TX because the fights were wrong. I had ton pay for the Hotel, transportation, food and the inconvenience to stay at a unwanted location. This will be our last time booking thru lovevacations. We truly hated the lack of concern and customer service. You guys were quite misleading when you suggested that we can change our hotel. Terrible timing and impossible way to get at your customer service. The seats at the flight were the super cheap seats we had to boarded last group. Again I can see why you only had one chance to get people to make the mistake to book thru your company. Never again
Booked a quick getaway with this agency stating I could cancel or reschedule trip, shortly after we booked and found out we booked wrong dates. We started looking for customer service number but only sales and a live chat which is always down or inoperable. Followed their instructions and never heard a response until 24 hours before trip, guess what? Oh it's too late to cancel due to last minute BS and no refund or credits. My GOD! It took them 2 weeks to respond saying it's too late? It's utter scam and most repulsive agency ever, I knew it was something to good to be true and even booked it with PayPal, they too lied to PayPal saying we didn't follow their procedures thus no refund. I will take my hard earn loss but let their be no mistake the world will soon ignore you incompetent scam and do NO BUSINESS with you lying cheating scam company.
Terrible customer service. Advertisement on booking site said NO resort fees which is why I booked the hotel through Love Vacations instead of Expedia (BIG MISTAKE) only to find out at check in it was buried in the fine print at arrival. NEVER again dont be fooled this is a ripoff. Brought it to their attention took forever to get through to someone and was told someone was going to get back to and guess what its been over a week and no one has called.
