First I've spotted Lotus leggings in Facebook, as featured ads. Working in social media marketing myself, at first I wanted to look on Lotus Leggings as on a special case of successful marketing, explore some tricks and learn new ideas. And they were bursting with the marketing approaches every trader could learn - offering discounts, promotions and specials every day, publishing beautiful pictures on their page every day.
And then it started, I couldn't just stay aside when it came to clothes: very soon Lotus Leggings was much more than a marketing case for me: it was a source of beautfiul clothes. Being an Irish Dancer and a Yogini, I owned many pairs of leggings and wore them on my classes and just for a day off. No matter where I purchased mine, there was always something wrong - with fabric, with the width of the waistband, which made my leggings slipping down during an asana and showing my underwear off.
Browsing through many fashions and colors of leggings, I've finally met my absolute favourite - a pattern of white-purple octopus, which hugs the legs and shows the curves the best way. I actually have a soft spot of octopuses - both for the taste and for their ability to hug with all their eight tentacles, getting everywhere:-). It was the latest argument and the leggings arrived to Latvia in a tracked package.
I just love them - they are soft, stretchy, and the fabric is strong and resistant. They are more like pants, then like pantyhose (which is a very common thing when you buy leggings), and they can be worn to many occasions. The leggings were perfect on my yoga classes and on my Irish dance classes, leaving me free to do whatever I wanted.
For sure I will advise everyone to get themselves a pair and enjoy the freedom and beautiful style. And will get myself another pair. Someday.

Very satisfied with my order, everyhing ran smoothly and pruduct was as expected!

I bought 7 leggins in lotusleggins, three of them for me and the rest for my daughters. The order took more than one month, and when thay finally arrived, there were only six instead of the seven items I ordered.
I was very disapointed also when I opened them and discovered that they were made really bad, with poorly made seams, and that there was a lotus logo, of about 5cm x 3cm at the front of every leggin! Something that didn´t appear in the photos or advised anywhere when I bought them! (They have allready included that on the description, but when I bought them, It wasn´t yet).
I contacted the Customer Care, and they told me that I was responsible for shipping costs, and that had to pay a trestocking fee of $5.00 per item, even if the fact was that they had lied to me! And the product was defective.
And that they only could send me the missing item, even when I told them to give me back my money, because I didn´t want something that was wrong.
So, all I can say is that you shouldn´t buy anything here. The products seem lovely, but the truth is that they are not, they are of bad quality and they have a horrible customer care.

Absolutley disappointed with the quality of this company... leggings are not made well. Very cheap fabrics used and sewing quality not great. Size chart is not good as my size is size 16 XL and their XL would hardly fit a size 12. They also sent me one pair in the wrong size to what i ordered and told me i had to pay for them to be sent back for exchange. Get real! When i emailed them to say this was unfair as this was their mistake, and find out what they could do they never replied... some pairs had tags, others did not, one pair also didnt even have the non removable tag on the inside so you couldn't tell what was the front or back. Why did i buy 7 pairs without googling them and seeing everyine else's troubles? Silly me. I also put a post on their fb page and it isnt viewable so they must not allow truthful or negative reviews to appear. Unethical company

So Lotus Leggings replied... however didnt address the fact that they necmver respinded to my email... so no... they dont reply asap or quickly... and im pretty sure their returns policy doesnt discuss errors on their part where they send you the wrong item... sooooooo my suggestion is you dont bother buying from this company because even when they do screw up, yiu have to pay for it and they dont reply to your emails asking questions about this... so Lotus Leggings... i still stick with... really crappy service.

I ordered on sept 8th to try these leggings@ $4.95 plus a pair of shorts which was offered at $4.90 with 2.49 S/H. The shorts was a trick sell When offered them I popped on to see if I even wanted to buy or not an the site instantly added it to my order an charged my card. I order alot off the net but I've Never had a company offer a Trail on any product that I didn't receive til the So-Called Trail was Over. Sept 8th order date Received Sept. 27th. An charged my credit card $37.49 on the 27th an tryed to charge more but I had given the card with the least available credit on it Thank Goodness. I called #*******528 No refund No Return policy. Unless you wanta pay over 40 bucks for leggings you aren't given any Trail to see if their what you truly want to buy an keep/reorder. You fixing to get took for over 40 bucks for cheap made leggings manufactured in China But Lotus advertises as A USA company. Yes guess the company is in the USA but it should be named RipOffs USA. I have no problem buying products from China or other countries But I do have a problem with Decitful Companies no matter where their located. There's plenty of BBB Complaints an on Google an Social networks that have same or similar issues with Lotus Leggings.

Short:
If i could give a minus in rating i would. I did manage to get a refund after allot of hassle (12-15 emails later). Awful company to deal with if you get faulty products.
Long:
I placed my order for 2 pairs in October they arrived 7-8 weeks later.
First: the first pair, was misprinted so badly, the print was off with more then a angle of 10 cm. Instead of a skull it looked like a 2 nosed alien head shape.
Second: The other pair, the print was nice. But the Super athletic stretch description were non existent, as in- my jeans stretch more.
And the size tag had been cut off, badly by hand. I could not even pull them past my knees, the measurements in waist was really big.
Third: there was the new logo on the middle of the thigh. MY first tough was, why is there a big white sticker on them? Like a real nail in the eye. And i realized it had been transferred on.
When i placed my order there was no indication of the current label on the middle of the thigh! No images, no comments, nothing.
(they updated the website about 10 days after i placed my order claiming, its their new branding. And the motto is more or less if you do not like it. Well, not their problem.)
So i contacted Customer service.
-I provided them with images of the faulty print, it was really bad.
-Images with the new awful logo placement, the fact, this was not there and not advised in sale descriptions when i placed my order, neither did i get informed about this to being able to cancel my order.
-A Video showing the poor quality.
-Explaining what was wrong. And i did opt for a full refund.
The responses from customer service was fast, but mostly auto scripted.
I got informed i could send them back, of own charge.
And they would charge a restock fee of 5$ per item!.
Which would not even apply to my case, as the leggings was faulty?
I provided them with their own return policy regarding faulty goods, and the fact they state free returns on the website.
After that they did try to offer me a replacement, for one pair, the skull is the same. And choose one additional pair, not above additional value.
I kindly explained, i doubt the quality and the printing have been resorted within such a short time, and the fact that it takes 8 weeks!
Finally after being very. Very persistence and not giving up, i finally got my refund. They tried to only refund about 40%. So i had to contact them again and "remind them" its for a full order. It got sorted straight away.
I know that the customer care is not to blame, as they are ordered and taught on how they should resolve cases from higher up. Regarding not refunding people, opting for replacements.

The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
