I have been on Heal and Soothe for about 14 yrs. It took some loading to start feeling a difference. My knees haven't hurt in a long time. Had not taken it for a long time and had a few bottles still. My shoulder has been hurting for over a yr now. Got back on H&S yesterday. Loaded up and today my shoulder feels a lot better already. I will probably start reordering soon. I didn't have billing issues and they have reached out over the yrs and sent me extra bottles. I have no complaints.

“Sneaky charging unwilling to discuss”

I used the product during the free trial and did not find it helped at all. November 1,2022, I cancelled and was assured that my credit card would not be charged any more. Looking through my (almost) yearend credit card statement, I discovered I had been charged ongoing $16.03/month. I called them and they told me that I had omitted specifying that I wanted the 'newsletter' cancelled, not just the supplement. I said that is so sneaky, who would want a newsletter for a product that didn't work for them? It shows right on my online account that I cancelled Nov 2022 and now had now active subscriptions. Why am I being charged? I had been told I would NOT be charged any further. The woman said again I must have misunderstood. I got sucked in big time. I hope no one else does. This was a huge waste of time and money.

I've purchased from this company for 15 years now. I bought their program for back pain and i don't regret it at all. I continue to buy the Heal n Soothe product because it is the only long lasting natural product that has worked for my back pain. I'm not killing my liver with ibuprofen, etc, and I never want to have to have surgery. I haven't tried their other products, but their back pain products definitely work. After all it is called Lose the Back Pain.

Tip for consumers:
Be patient. If you never want to end up getting back surgery and truly know the harmful effects of pharmaceuticals such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and worse; then give it an honest attempt. Be patient and smile at the results.

Estebane, Jesse and I created and launched the first version of the Lose the Back Pain (LTBP) system in Dec 2003 or Jan 2004 depending on who you ask and because of its success we were able to have the LTBP system professionally produced.

That said, you are without a doubt one of our first customers… Hats off to you for taking on the responsibility to use the Internet to educate yourself about the root causes of back pain and then take corrective action.

I have to say, there is a unique correlation between, having an idea in your head and following through with it. Jesse and I educated ourselves about how imbalances in our body caused pain and then went to work formulating a plan to help others. Much the same way someone thinks about a health crisis, they know they need to do something about it but often times they just take a drug and hope the problem goes away, unfortunately that is not how our bodies were ever designed to work.

If you are reading this, please understand that we are not perfect and we are not immune from fault but believe me when I say, we have “one big audacious goal” that is to help as many people in pain, live a more happy and fulfilling life “Pain-Free”. I have rheumatoid arthritis and take prescription medication for the pain... my husband ordered the heal and soothe for me to try, literally the first day I noticed quite a difference. The next day, I experimented with not taking my prescription just to see if i still felt good and to my shock, I did! I would rather spend $30 on a natural product than $15 on medication that's damaging your liver!

I have nothing negative to say about this company. I bought as a skeptic. But wow the mobility and pain results are unbelievable. I am back out moving around and doing things I haven't done in a long time. I am grateful to not to have to use pharmaceutical products.

Tip for consumers:
I applied the suggestions that were made by Loose the Back Pain company . My results were quicker then I anticipated. I also added a change of diet away from grains and carbohydrates .

I can't say enough about how happy I am I found heal n soothe! I was told I needed surgery for a "stress fracture" after a half marathon race! I have chronic shoulder and neck pain from 30 years as a dental hygienist! I was desperately looking for pain relief as the ibuprofen didn't work anymore. I'm so happy "the algorithms" were working! I've been a HAPPY PAIN FREE woman since I started taking heal n soothe in 2018 and I WON'T go a day without it! I tried that once…no actually twice, I stopped talking the supplement to "see" if it really works…IT DOES! Oh the pain came back! I ordered the sample and both my wife and I are using it. I have end stage arthritis in both knees and my right foot was broken in a motorcycle accident 18 years ago. This product has brought me INCREDIBLE relief and we will continue to enjoy the positive effects of it My wife's back pain is gone and my arthritic pain is also gone. I can't understand the large number of bad reviews for this site. Around 16 years ago I developed bad lower back and a right hip problem. For around 7 years, specialists were useless and injections made the situation worse. I searched the I net for help and found Losethebackpain.com. I ordered a folder course for around £120, and worked through it. It was all about muscle imbalance and that's exactly what I had. A number of consultants and surgeons never once mentioned this basic problem. I followed the course recommendations and got relief straight away via pelvic stretches focusing on my very weak and stiff right side. A more comprehensive program that I did in conjunction with very good physios takes me to now (2019, around 9 years later) were my pain is around 85 to 90 % better. Losethebackpain.com significantly changed my life. Fact. I don't know whether there are other products they offer that don't work so well, but their course based around muscle imbalance was 100% accurate. With both sides of my body (e.g. Calf's, glutes and pelvic muscles) now in much better balance, I do Pilates twice a week to keep my back problems at bay. I do have some disc and hip degeneration but have not needed an operation, as the main problem was weak muscles and imbalance. That's exactly what the Losethebackpain course has focused on. Great job!

HealNSoothe is the real deal! After a lifetime of pain from fractured spine, spinal X Stop' surgery helped only somewhat. I was stuck in bed, even opioids couldn't help. Then I tried HNS and RubOnRelief cream, & I'm now walking again! Able to travel, living a full life at long last! Be sure to drink full glass of water, or yes, you choke. Has too much fiber, for just a sip! Sorry for those who had trouble, but it's like any biz. Read carefully! Follow ALL directions! Yes the books are free, with small postage- I have 3 so far. The cookbook is great. I recommend this to all because it truly works for most people. Please try it! And give HealNSoothe time: it isn't instant. It took 3 weeks for me. Great stuff & good luck to all to find pain relief!

Don’t order at the first price! That’s just for rich people. They have a lower price for those of us on a budget. Take the time to read carefully!

I tried this product with substantial skepticism, but the first bottle was free so gave it a shot. In one week after starting "six at night and three in the morning" recommended dosage, I was able to quit using 1200 mg of ibuprofen daily for arthritis pain. Three weeks into the program I am more pain free than under the ibuprofen regime. So far no observable side effects. I will continue the program on the recommended dosage for another month or two, and then try reducing the intake from nine pills daily to something less. I will review again in a couple months.

I have been dealing with " Healthy Back Institute" for over 5 years and I bought their books which saved my back after all the specialists I consulted failed to do the right thing. On top of that I am regular user of Heal N Soothe which is a great product but you need to be patient for at least 3 month as the results are not instant. After 3 month the results are more obvious and after about 4 month you will just cruse... I am back in the tennis court doing what I like most for more than 10 hours a week. Many thanks to " Healthy Back Institute" and their products. Great services, great products... and by the way... I found no problem registering my credit card with them so I can get my monthly shipments of Heal N Sooth in time. All the best to everyone. Gab

If you have any problems with shipments or payments just send an email to their customer service and everything will be solved within 48 hours. Everyone can do a mistake but, as long as it will be solved I don't understand why somebody would give a bad feedback.

I find this product very helpful in reducing inflammation. In fact, I have told many of my students to try it. I wouldn't be without it. I have experienced some itching however, so I have cut back on the dosage. It still works great.

Just ordered the book and paid for shipping... to only afterwards decided to google this Jesse Canonne and get to all this bad reviews.

I took Heal'N'Soothe for two weeks--6 capsules at night and 3 before I ate in the morning, and within two weeks noticed a huge difference in my thumb and forefinger, both of which had trigger finger. And my pinky, which has an arthritis bump or nodule on it, no longer hurts me. I am noticing that not using the product for a few months has brought slight symptoms back in the trigger fingers once in a while, but I am very satisfied. They did a good job of stopping and starting my account and have been totally aboveboard about pricing, auto-shipping, etc.

Back in 2012, for seemingly no reason, I was suddenly
Gripped by unbearable pain in my hip. It felt like a tiger had clamped
His jaws down on my hip and wouldn't let go. I never felt anything
Like this pain. I immediately thought about hip replacements, acute
Arthritis, herniated discs, and who knows what else. (The timing was
Such that I had recently read about new procedures in hip joint
Resurfacing rather than joint replacements, so naturally my needing a
Prosthetic hip came to mind.) (In retrospect, I think my "sudden"
Onset of pain was related to opening the pool by myself a few days
Prior to the onset.)

Well, the incredible pain in my hip gradually subsided over a couple
Days, and I developed numb/painful/tingling toes--all five sometimes.
Pain would shoot up and down my leg, into my hip and toes and calf. I
Started living on Tylenol and Aleve, I resorted to a narcotic once to
Get to sleep. The way the symptoms progressed, I at least knew I was
Dealing with pressure on my sciatic nerve, something I experienced a
Mild form of over ten years earlier from faulty sitting habits. But the
Hip pain and numbness were new and unsettling.

After one or two months of analgesics, with continuous medication
Being necessary during the second month, and the symptoms settling
Into a steady state, I decided that I would need to go for a diagnosis
And then seek out treatment.

But first I checked out the internet: I found LoseTheBackPain.com, ordered the video and workbook, diagnosed my pelvic/muscle problems and started doing the stretches for my problem. I got instant relief (especially with the cross-legged sciatic stretch) but relief was brief. So I repeated as needed until the pain stayed away. It took a few days. Eventually, I needed to do them less and less frequently.

Now, years later, I do my two-minute stretching routine three times per week to keep pain away and more often after VERY long walks or whenever I feel the wrong muscles tightening to the near point of causing sciatica-related pain.

LoseTheBackPain.com was my salvation. Strong words, I know, but that's what it is to someone as active as I am..

After ordering the free supplements to trial them, but paying a small amount to cover postage, I am being charged monthly $70au for a product that I have cancelled. This is just a scam set up by Jesse Canone from Lose the Back Pain to keep taking monthly payments on a permanent basis even if it is cancelled. The supplements make me throw up so I certainly do not want them. Jesse, if you want to show your honesty, please refund me my $70 and cancell future orders. I injured (micro-fractures of the tissue) both my shoulders and elbows and had no use of them for almost two years! It was impossible to even walk as even the weight of my own arms was too much to bear. Physical therapy and surgery would have made them worse, so I was told I just had to wait! I tried EVERYTHING. The only thing that improved it at all was Reiki, but it never healed all the way and that was expensive and ongoing. I was finally able to exercise, a little, but wasn't smart enough to get physical therapy first, so I ended up tearing the miniscus and ACLs in both knees! When the MRI confirmed this, I knew I"d have to have surgery and applied for a second insurance. While I was waiting for this, I learned about Heal and Soothe. Within 3 weeks I had use of my arms again and within 3 months I had no knee pain, but still didn't have full mobility. The final and total healing came from using a Denas device with SCALAR technology. I noticed almost immediate results and after only a few weeks I was well enough to go to physical therapy.

I got a bit overly-confident and stopped taking the heal and soothe and the pain and inflammation returned, probably due to arthritis. So I just ordered Super Joint Support. I'm testing the effects of it and whether it can replace HNS or if I want to take both. Basically, my understanding of the difference from watching the videos at the LoseTheBackPain website is that both address the inflammation and can heal and rejuvenate tissue, and HNS addresses pain, too, to prevent the use of prescription pain killers.

I've been a loyal customer since 2015. My very first order I was double charged, but after some persistence entering their helpdesk and making email and phone connections they did cancel/refund the duplicate order. Since then, I have not had any further issues. I've not done a subscription order, but have done trial orders and returned products I didn't like. I admit the website design is ancient and reads like an over-the-top scam site, but the products themselves are stellar. Seriously nothing else like them on the market. They are frickin AMAZING! They have literally given me my life back!

I have used Heal-n- soothe for YEARS. I buy in quantity. It takes a bit to have it begin, but after I had 2 surgeries, I tried everything. I LOVE this product and recommend it to everyone. Felt so sad to see anything negative on here about it, the company or a Jesse.

I just wanted to say Heal-n-Soothe is working great for my wife and myself.My wife has Arthritis, OsteoArthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, and so far Heal-n-Soothe is working great. I have Arthritis and Sciatica and it is working for me. Sometimes you have to give things a chance to work and time is the word. You can't expect pills to work overnight sometimes you have to give it time to work.And if you have been on other medications for a long time, you just don't stop like the other lady said.And I am not a relative of Jesse. A lot of you just like to complain, but I know you have to be careful online in what you buy, and I do agree that this product is a little pricy but that's the price you pay for relief I guess.

You folks out there claiming losethebackpain.com is a scam because you are getting unexplained credit card charges need to look at the details of what you purchased. You agreed to and paid $1.99 to review his monthly newsletter for 30 days. After the 30 days expired if you didn't cancel then you agreed to be charged 19.95 per month for the newsletter. All you have to do is call them to cancel.

It annoys me that you folks litter review sites like this for products that are good just because you failed to read what it was you were buying. And at this point it appears you have put more effort into defaming his good business rather than taking action to heal yourself. You are in an endless cycle you deserve.

Don't believe the negative reviews for this site. I ordered the free book, received the free book, no extra charges on my credit card. I order other items later and only received and was only charged for the items I ordered. Great Site, Great Products, Great Value!

I found this website a few years back, when I was researching alternatives to the surgery that both my wife and my doctor insisted was necessary. There I was introduced to the concept that my back pain might have been caused by (correctable) muscle imbalances. That idea, and the other free information and videos on the site gave me the courage to (successfully, thank you) reject surgery. I purchased (and still do) several of their products for a not-inconsequential chunk of change... but far less than surgery.
So much for the website... I'd like to address some of the recent comments here:

1. Apparently, there were a bunch of positive reviews posted on Oct. 19th. My guess is that, like me, those reviewers were sent an email on that day in which we were described as "one of my best customers", and were asked to provide our own (predictably positive) assessment of the website, in order to counter the recent "bad press" that they have been receiving. Like them, I have found (and continue to find) excellent value in both the information and products they offer, so it's unsurprising that our reviews would be positive, and clustered in time. Indeed, I had never heard of *this* website (SiteJabber) before following the link in the email... I can't wait to poke around here some after finishing this review.

2. I *hate* pre-filled check boxes that have to be unchecked to avoid getting or paying for an unwanted tool bar, an unneeded program, a recurring charge, or whatever. I don't recall this being an issue on Jesse's site, but since I've been burned before, I'm fanatically careful about it; but just in case: Jesse, DON'T DO THAT!

3. Finally, don't buy (or even pay S&H for) Jesse's book. All it is is a long-form advertisement for his website and products. Don't get me wrong, I like his website and products, but if that book was my first introduction to what he offers, I would never have gone to the website. Heavily edited to remove the fluff and filler, the book would make an excellent "About Us" link on the site.

If it weren't for losethebackpain.com, I would still be going to chiropractors and to a neurologist to get injections in my lower back (which are horrible for the ligaments) for severe sciatica. I received the book and ordered the Lose the Back Pain system, which is a carefully documented system of stretches and strengthening exercises that must be done on a daily basis. Over the course of about one month, my back pain/sciatica all but disappeared! NOTHING else worked. I had one doctor actually suggested that I pursue back surgery! Surgery on the back is notoriously unpredictable, as a great deal of literature states.
Oh, and I also use Heal and Soothe and the BackJoy seats. I also spoke directly to one of the partners (sorry, I don't remember his name) to answer numerous questions about the Lose the Back Pain system. The ordering personnel have always been nothing but helpful and actually reversed a charge immediately that was mistakenly placed on my account.
The foregoing folks' insulting and misinformed comments are sad to read. I hope my comments will help someone who wants the help.

I have nothing but good news to pass on to anyone that is interested in actually seeing their back pain subside and start to heal. The guys at losethebackpain have been nothing but great! I have talked to them personally, downloaded their exercise charts and information book and then I also have been using and still do faithfully take and always will and swear by the product Heal-n-Soothe. It has done more to finally stop and subside the sciatic pain that once affected by entire hip down thru my leg to my toes. Thanks to the knowledge and products of losethebackpain I am virtually pain free and can tell the difference in my healing process. Thank you guys for all that you do and in trying to educate people that suffer from back pain. Sincerely in Florida BevW
