Ordered on 1/12 for next day delivery, received package on 10th. Package was completely destroyed amd Hermes threw SOME of the items with the completely flattened box into a waterproof envelope. 4 items were missing from the complete works (olaplex) amd contents of some of the products were all over the package & items. No way of contacting them apart from emails I am so angry. I wish I'd read reviews. I am not holding my breath for replacement or refund or even a reply. Avoid avoid avoid
I placed an order with Look Fantastic on 22nd Nov, after several calls to them and I have also escalated this to the company manager called Del, I still haven't received my order. All I am told is they are dealing with this. I will never use this website again and they need investigating by Watch Dog. I have been promised that I will receive my order in due course and I have asked to have this in writing yet they haven't sent anything to me to confirm this. How this company is still running I will never know.
They sold me products that are fake. One is an IPL permanent hair reduction that does not look like the product pictured in the instruction manual, it is missing the leds that indicate the power level, the product looks suspicious and when pluged into the electrical plug it does not do anything. In the instruction manual it says that all the led lights have to blink when inside the plug. If the button is pushed nothing happens, so its a plastic toy soled for the price of a IPL.
I ordered the product while i was in London to be delivered to my london adress. This package was lost and i am still waiting for the refund!
In the meantime i left the uk and am now in Germany, so i ordered the same product again and paid again and yes this has been delivered.
So the situation is: i paid 2x but only have one product. I am still waiting for my refund for the one i ordered in london and it's been almost two weeks now! Customer service keeps saying they are still investigating even though the delivery company admitted to having lost the package!
Initially I went shopping for the best beauty box deal. At first I did month to month then to 12 months auto-renew for a best price. Not only have they double charged me more than once but I received two Oct boxes and two November. My account runs monthly from the first and today, November 17th I have been debited AGAIN! And not for the reduced $20cad but $26cad. Wth? See if I get my money back. Geez

Done buy anything from this site. They wil charge Rs500 for delivery plus their products have the highest customs charge I ever experienced (almost the price of the product). I have purchased many international product from other site but never experienced that much. Eg I hav buy a hair care serum fro their site, I thought price was much less than that ofAmazon India(before I use to buy it from Amazon india)but it was my mistake.its became double the amount than Amazon.
I sent a NuFace device for return on 5th January 2022. In March I got it back as it could not be delivered to the address which LookFanstic gave to me. On 23rd March 2022 I sent it once again. It is 11th April 2002 I still did not get neither a refund for my device nor for the first postal services which was promised to me in written form. Everytime I ask a customer service to assist the only suggestion I get "please wait". It is awful! I will not recommend anybody to use this website!
After I ordered an item I realized the unit number to my apartment wasn't added so I emailed them but the update email didn't have my unit number so I emailed again and the same person replied that once it's been dispatched address can't be amended so I emailed to cancel my order but now they're saying a cancellation is not possible because it's been sent out. I probably won't be receiving my item since the delivery courier won't know the unit and the company refuses to send a notice to the courier or do anything else about it.
I ordered a product on 21st may and they said it is dispatched on 23rd may and will be delivered between 28th may to 11th June. Still product is not received. Contacted customer care by email as no call option, they said that once you receive the item you can return it. Very Disappointed..

I ordered a product on 12.12.2016. I got an email confirmation of my purchase. I just contact them today as the purchase never arrived, and they tell me that my order was cancelled. They never notified it to me! Never received and email!
The explanation was that the product was out of stock. So they sell products that they dont have.
Now I have to check if my payment went through as they are not even able to confirm it. Appart from the wated time and the fact that I dont have the product that I bought and have been waiting to arrive for three weeks.
I buy online very often, and never saw anything like this.

It was my first order from this web site. There was an offer like "buy 3, pay for 2" on real techniques brushes. And i took the chance ordered rt powder brush, bronzer brush and the blush brush free (this one was free according to the offer). I also bought another product at the same time.
However, my items sent seperately 1 week later after i placed the order.
They've sent the blush brush first (without the tracking code) because it was free?! Why did they send it seperately, never understood.
Than they send the rest of my order (with a tracking code).
It took 20 days to reach me the items, but i never got the blush brush.
I send emails for 2 times. They said they're sorry for the item has been lost in transit. And they can't refund my money because the item was free (3 for 2 offer). They offer a discount for my next order.
I think they never send the blush brush.
Update: I've received the brush a few days ago.
2nd time not to receive free gift. Added on to order so that the value was enough for the gift (as I would of bought the gift item soon anyway).
It did not arrive. Customer service is horrendous. I contacted them to say it had not arrived. I received a reply which didn't relate to the question at all. I had to contact them again - from scratch through your orders on the website as you cannot reply to their message. They then replied and said the gift wasn't available and would send another - but could I contact them to let them know if I wanted this! Again back through the website to contact them. Again this did not show up.
3rd time contacting them and I receive a message to say sorry about 2nd item not arriving please contact them again for a £10 voucher.
Ridiculous. Staff cannot deal with problems or the company is a con!

I wish I could give 0 star to this company. I placed the order on Sunday. And realised in one minute that their system auto insert my account name as recipent name. The address is all correct. I want them to either amend my name or cancel the order via msg on their site and Facebook. But they replied the same all the time without even read my messages until the order was just sent out without recipent name on it. They won't never try to help anything. What they only say is they can't help.Are you kidding me? I won't be able to recive my order! That's redicolous. 300 dollars. I need compensations on this! Never ever buy anything through this site!
I ordered perfume that is still not widely available in stores. It was suppose to be delivered in two weeks but did not show up. They were responsive when I inquired about the order. They said it would come in 48 hours. It did eventually come after a week. I was happy that I did not lose my money. But when I started using the perfum I found it did not have staying power like the sample I had tried that got me to locate the perfum. Sephora had sent me me sample and I could not find this perfum at any store including Sephora. I suspect that the perfum is watered down. It's my first and last time buying from this supplier. From now on I will stick with brand name stores to avoid disappointment. Perfum was not cheap at 179.00 Canadian for 100oz.

Had a gift sent as a apology from lookfantastic for their mistakes but got the bill for shipping! A year after lookfantastic and lots of mails after they was going to pay this and own up, they now has denied their initial response taking ownership of this. Then turned it around on me for their choose of delivery. I never ordered so not my choice how the delivery takes place! Took it further but lookfantastic will not for mnts now reply to the Europe mediater and will not reply to the proofs! Scammers that for sure will try to scam you if they do wrong.
I received Ren AHA Tonic 250 ml. I order this size because it comes witba pump.in original packing. The one i received by lookfantastic is without a pump. I m not sure if it is original peoduct or fake.
