My experience was good. At first the guy wanted to charge us an extra $75 for an upgrade. But we told him we weren't doing that & we would go with someone else. He talked to a dippers
Supervisor & we got main cabin seating for the same price as economy. Which economy is what we booked for in the first place online. It wasn't our fault that economy was all sold out, they should update their online sales more often
Have not traveled in a while. Had to cancel my flight. I was given a voucher and charged $100 additional per passenger to cancel my flight. 24hr cancellation is ridiculous when booked in advanced. Personal matters occur and punishment for those very personal unplanned events is unfair. Only flying again through Lookbyfare to redeem voucher.
If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a flight only for them to tell me it was a standby but if I really wanted to fly it would be almost double the price I was going to pay. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I was charged $40 more than my original booking. Tried to tell me that the reason was due to the timing of the seat/price availability updates on website. That's BS! I went on the Delta site and seat availability for the same price was still open.
I paid for booking then an hour later the sale association called and asked to pay more for tax. I told him I would like to cancel my booking, but he said cancelation fees is $35 per passenger. There is no policy cancelation fee if cancel within two hours after booking. This is my last and never ever booking again this website...

I was nervous booking through a third party but it worked out really great! Customer service was wonderful, prompt, and reassuring. I would not hesitate booking through LookByFare in my future travel.
The price of my reservation changed after I received a confirmation number for $98.81 that with a discount due to my age (senior) I do not think it is fair That I should paid anything once a reservation has been confirmed.
My complaint has been resolved
I felt like I was a victim of a bait & switch. I ended up getting charged and extra $150 because the rep I spoke to "didn't know all of the requirements and rules" for how they do business. And then when I asked to talk to a manager and the manager said he would call me back in 30 minutes I had to call back 2 hours later.
Would not let me change my birthday to Feb 29th, even though 1964 was a leap year, so now my details don't match my ID
UPDATE: I had an issue with my date of birth not showing up as an option on the site (Leap Year birthdays are always fun), but received a call within 15 minutes after my review to rectify the situation. The info was updated on my booking confirmation, and all is now well with the world... and my future trip! Thank you Lauren for the excellent customer service!

I didn't know that it was in US dollars so I saw a different amount on my visa register. Then I understood it was because of the change rate. I didn't know Lookbyfare was a US company. It took more than 24 hours to have my tickets, but I finally got them.
I looked for the flight I needed as I do every year, chose it and bought it, next day someone calls me to tell me the tickets was not issued. I had made plans, talked to my family and friends about my trip, made business arrangements, etc…only to my embarrassment because I had to talk to everybody else again telling them my trip may be suspended. To later again, as of now, having to go over the same experience but now, I hope, my flight does not get suspended.
Frustrating to experience the lack of basic answers to an airplane ticket I purchased by customer service. Having to try to have a basic conversation for a flight with customer service who hardly speaks English
This is my Great first time using this airline. I was really pleased to get a direct flight. Flying to Harrisburg and leaving from Harrisburg is always such a challenge. The booking was totally manageable.
I clicked on the tickets with the times and prices that we wanted and got a call a few minutes later saying that the flights we chose are fully booked. We then had to find similar flights for 100's more!
Every instance, I've had with this service the individuals who call are rude. It's unsettling. My experience was that the plane ride I booked wasn't offered at that price anymore and they needed to offer me different ticket. Fine right. No the customer agent was over explaining the situation and didn't give any major details of what they needed me to do. I had to drag it out of them. I had to ask him the price difference, confirming the airline, seat choice, time of flight. Basic things he should've given forthright. And as he was walking around the key points, he was giving me attitude as if it was my fault the ticket wasn't available anymore. He started to make up things about my bank, my finances, and how i booked the reservation that just weren't true. It was a horrible experience and now the third version of this sort of inability to take accountability.

I booked 2 plane tickets for a low fare. I received a phone call about an hour later saying that the price went up and I have to pay the difference which was approximately 200 more. While I was on the phone I checked out Expedia which was only 100 more. When I told the agent that, they miraculously gave me the tickets at expedias price. I got a call from a customer device rep and the ended up giving me a 50 dollar credit. Thats a great way to satisfy a customer. I am very please with the service!
The experience was alright but expensive for the ticket, I expected it to be around five hundred but it ended up being eight hundred. After talking and complaining they ended up giving me a discount so it ended up at the end to be seven hundred. Other then that everything went well.
I booked a reservation on Friday night, immediately after confirmation someone called me asking extra 40$ for each ticket because price has changed. I did not believe and called myself when 2nd rep said the same thing but when I threaten to cancel, he talked to supervisor and guaranteed issuing ticket with no fare change.
Next day on Saturday the email comes that they could not issue the ticket and when I called back the next so-called supervisor said that their agent/provider could not secure the price and the are not willing to pay the difference.
Imagine after having confirmation and committing to buy with credit card on Friday, they change their mind on Saturday.
Off course I'm screwed because the price in all agent has gone up because of Challenger day change.
I was better off if the first rep would have NOT promising me that he and evening supervisor WILL issue the eTicket regardless of the fare hike.
Processing time is slow and ineffective explanation for what you pay for and how to effectively use it is inadequate translation into what the client wants and what you can provide it's an insecure statement in that it cost me money in the end
