Easy to use platform. Suggestions to lower flight costs were really helpful. Easy to see what baggage is included. Clearly informs additional benefits and the costs before finalizing the order. No surprises with added fees.
Thanks for asking. I got the Booking reference since yesterday.
However, the Booking confirmation assures that an actual E-ticket will be received within a couple of hours at most in rare cases. I did not get anything within that time frame.
I called this morning to follow up, an agent answered and said I will again, receive a formal E-ticket within a couple of hours.
I called back a few hours later, nothing was received, mentioned to the agent. Liliana (I think that's her name) said they needed 'more time'. So I have no idea what that means.
I have still not received a formal E-ticket so I am worried.
I read the review on line and a Youtube video that someone got scammed as they have never booked anything from this site. I am worried at this point.

I booked and purchased my first class ticket on their site. About an hour later, I received a call from them informing me the fate I booked had increased in price from the time I booked and paid for it until they were issuing the e-ticket with the airline. They asked for several hundred dollars more. I refused and told them to cancel my booking. After a series of negotiations, Ty honored my fare
When we start the flight booking, the fares are displayed for chosen dates but when we actually start booking, they automatically change to different dates.

Initially, I was not unhappy with the price of my ticket through Look By Fare. However, when I was unable to print my boarding pass, I found out there was an additional fee, that was not included in the cost break down. I called their Customer Service number and the rep explained that there was a fee of $85.30, which was in very small print, on the right side if the total. The second thing that caught me off guard, was that I would be flying back from Charleston SC to Orlando FL, via Chicago and not Nashville, which was the route listed on my return itinerary. If the hidden fee didn't upset me, this surprise change in my return flight, caused me to see red! Overall, my first experience with Look By Fare has not been a very positive one.
Five minutes after completing my booking I received a call telling me my price had increased by $60. When I refused, they told me they would only charge me $5 extra. I refused. They charged the original. Then my credit card texted that this was a high risk and the transaction had been rejected by my credit company. I am watching my credit card closely.
When a representative is confirming a flight booking they need to be more specific about relaying to the customer that they will be taking payment at that time. So basically they should always let the customer know right before that they are now going proceed with payment if there is going to be more than one transaction.
Easy to follow. I was able to go back and force in trying to maximize all the possible alternatives available. In the other hand, the program easily identified recent searches which helped me to get quick response on my searches.
For in unforeseen circumstances we lost our flight with another airline. We were able to book a fight the next day for that same day with absolutely no hassle and with an immediate response. We were very pleased. Thank you!

Never take action through this site. They are scammers! I applied for 4 tickets from Detroit to Las Vegas, but they never shipped. I got them on the phone, asked for a refund and after a long argument, they emailed me that a refund will be made since I canceled the tickets, but again the money has not been refunded. As far as possible from these scammers!
It look like a scam, the price on the website was different for what I was charged, I even screen shot the price but they were adamant to refund my money, later I was offer 25 dollars instead of 78 dollars but I rejected it. I will not recommend the site for anyone. Christopher O
Easy to follow and provided the option of cancellation/itinerary change if necessary, at a charge.
However noticed Visa payment was put through before e-mail ticket was sent to me on Nov/30/22.24hrs. Have passed and no e-ticket received yet. Dec1/22.
I tried 2 other websites & both changed the price they quoted. One didn't do it until after I paid & the next day I get an email telling me the price increased. I was impressed that didn't happen this time & their prices were the cheapest.
I received a call about 10 min after I booked online from a representative with additional costs not listed online. The additional costs started >$100. It was unclear what these charges were for and when asked they just repeated the name of the costs with no explanation. I felt I was being scammed during the conversation because of the vague verbiage. It would have been easier to pay the additional $20-30 dollars and book with the airline.

I had to quickly find a last minute flight after my previous airline cancelled my flight to Europe. All the other websites like Expedia Kayak and Travelocity featured the same flights but hundreds or a thousand dollars more. I stumbled on this one by accident and found the cheapest flights compared to every other site. I almost thought it was a scam with how cheap it was and how easy it was to book but low and behold.
We were stuck at the airport with no flight since our flight was canceled and none of the airlines had any openings but when I went on the look by fare site they happened to have three seats for us to our destination. We were able to make our trip! It was seamless.
The lowest published fares were on LookByFare. No issues with booking the flights, confirmation sent quickly, and the fare was the one that I clicked on... no hidden fees. Pleasantly surprised! Never heard of this site, but well worth the find!
At least that's what I hope. They tried to upcharge me when they called to confirm the details of my itinerary, the price he had was substantially higher. When discussed further and having agent speak with someone, they reduced their charges to match what I was originally quoted. I rated four stars with the understanding my booking will not change.
