This company is a scam. They price flights super cheap, once you book your flights someone calls from their home (kids screaming background) and tell that there's a problem with the reservation. I received a call at 3am, 5,7 and 50 emails asking for a lot more money to complete reservation.

After booking flights, which were a month out, one ticket was available when I had booked two. Look by fare was able to accommodate my tickets by waiving the 75 dollar fee that I would have had to pay and was able to book both tickets without an additional charge. Thank you Look by Fare for really taking the time and patience of accommodating my family and I.
The employee called me a number of times and could not get the information correct and at one point actually told me that I was giving him my address wrong but when he repeated it back to me, he had the wrong postal code. I will not be recommending your services to anyone, nor will I use your services in the future.
Price shows in website is highly competitive price. No hidden charges or phone special deals like other booking website. Experience with customer service people is awesome. They are helping in every aspects.
I was desperate to find a flight back from Washington DC. All flights through my usual channels of booking flights had one way flights starting at $400. I got on LookByFare and found my flight for $180! That was a game changer, especially since the holidays are right around the corner.
Excellent service, very good company, it is the first time that I buy tickets with them but they gave me an excellent service, I went to cancel the tickets but they did not let me do it, they solved my problems. Other companies don't even answer the phone and they do call you and they answer the calls quickly. In my experience, if you can, I will continue using this company.

Booked a flight at 10am, received a confirmation and reference number only to be emailed 8 hours later saying there had been a fare issue. Ended up paying double what I initially thought I was paying.
I called in at midnight to make a change on my booking because I had myself flying out of an airport nowhere near me and this gentlemen helped me fix it all and I feel he went above and beyond.
The only issue I had was that they tried to sneak in taxes after with a phone call when my booking showed a specific price. All other sites include the taxes when you confirm booking. So I felt this was somewhat shady.
Every part was easy to complete except the seating. So I called the customer service number and he told me they would complete it for me when my itinerary was competed. Today I notice on my confirmation no seat number. Not happy.
The experience was pleasant from Adele. Unfortunately, the original price of)320 was not available and increased to $490.95 and $39.10. I suspect that lookbyfare advertises a super lower fare to hook customers then increase the price. It is a horrible, misleading and deceptive business practice.
Ok, easy peasy! I did not have any issues booking my flight. Confirmation came in fast, which I appreciated. Over all easy to book a flight! Price was good, however, a little much on extra cost! But still cheap flight

Accomplished what I needed in just a few minutes with no delays BUT I received a call back from an agent after my purchased was finalized telling me I had to pay an additional $150.00 to get on that flight. I wasn't happy about that but my hands were tied due to the fact I'm flying to attend a loved one's funeral.

Accomplished what I needed in just a few minutes with no delays
Was issued credit for a cancelled flight. To use the credit, the guy on the phone said the total price would be over $650, more expensive than if I booked the flight myself online without using the credit, $630.
Edit: They called me back and explained the situation and how to save a little more, which I appreciate. I opted to wait and use my exchange for a later flight.

I was worried & not happy about my flight at first, because I received a call that my flight price had changed but they made sure I got taken care of.
Thank you lookbyfare for helping me find an affordable flight & for also making it right.
It took several hours to receive my confirmation of flights. I started to get worried and followed up on the Live Chat. Once I did that, my flights were finally confirmed but the prices were more than I had locked in. The Live Chat was very helpful but I had to stay on the chat for almost 30-minutes waiting.
I saw. Cheaper flights which i didn't like. Paid for more expensive then get a call to put me on the cheaper inconvenient flight at the cost of the more expensive one i had paid for. Never using this site again

I was quite happy with prices, etc. however, I was shocked after I had paid and received my booking confirmation when Boise, sales rep insisted that I had to pay a couple hundred more because the taxes somehow weren't included. Not only is this illegal but it clearly states in the t&c's that it is. I do not understand how or why this happened and now, to be honest I do not feel secure in payments and the website.

Payed for my ticket then got a call after saying oh by the way what you payed was not the full ticket price we have to charge you a extra hundred bucks for additional fees. I kinda thought that was a little underhanded. Thanks for your service.
