I booked 2 plane tickets for a low fare. I received a phone call about an hour later saying that the price went up and I have to pay the difference which was approximately 200 more. While I was on the phone I checked out Expedia which was only 100 more. When I told the agent that, they miraculously gave me the tickets at expedias price. I got a call from a customer device rep and the ended up giving me a 50 dollar credit. Thats a great way to satisfy a customer. I am very please with the service!
