I was looking for a very reasonable ticket at the very last minute and LookByFare came through for me right on time. I got no disappointment and they did not raise the fare between purchasing and confirmation as I have experienced with other sites. LookByFare was a savior.
Two tickets were booked to go across seas on vacation. My card was declined die to suspicious activity. I wasn't aware of it. They tried calling me to tell me but I missed the call. I later saw emails and realized what happened. After confirming purchase with my credit card I then had to rebook our tickets. With only 2 seats available for our flight Stephen was able to repurchase our tickets for the same flight, time l, and price! I am thankful and relieved. Thanks again. I will book through them again in the further.
Had to book last minute hard to find flights for a family emergency. When I didn't receive my e-ticket after a couple hours I called to find out the status and explained my circumstances. After putting me on hold to check things, within 30 minutes the e-ticket was in my e-mail. Representative Tom really steeped up and got the job done!

I talked to your agent and he was insisting on the fact that my ticket didn't include any luggage at all, and that it was basic economy, while it was clearly indicating that 1 hand bag, 1 carry-on and 1 checked in luggage are all included. He also mentioned that the ticket cannot be cancelled if purchased, while there was a clear indication that the ticket within 24 hours.
I think in all, my own purchasing experience online was a lot less confusing and tricky than talking to your agent, which only brought more confusion and lack of accuracy! And this might be look bad on your agency's reputation and trust.
After booking and making payment, I received a call about fare increase and had to pay a third more than what was advertised. I complained that this seemed like a bait and switch and I was not pleased at all. I complied as I needed to ensure my family was booked for flight. They however were quite responsive to my complaint and apologized. I was granted a refund of the additional charge along with a further discount. I appreciate that every effort was made to address the matter and ensure my experience with them was not a negative one in the end. Great customer service
Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience with LookByFare
I received a confirmation for my flight booking and a successful payment verification, but my experience with LookByFare has been incredibly frustrating. Despite my attempts to contact their customer service, they have offered me deals that I never agreed to, including a confusing arrangement to pay half while they cover the other half.
Additionally, I have received quotes in both Canadian and USD dollars, which has only added to my confusion and disappointment. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and will be reporting this situation for fraudulent practices.
It's been bad. I booked my flights and had problems with it. Had to call the company I booked through t. Said it was all taken care of and now I can't pull up my flights for tomorrow morning. Thus has been a nightmare
Hi everyone, I booked two flights and I got charged around 5 times. They literally took around 30% more money than their mentioned amount. And their support is more worst than this. So rude people and they sent refund of $10 which never arrived. Soon I'll rate them in every platform. And I'll talk to my lawyer also.

My purchase went through, I received my flight details, credit card has been charged, ect… Almost 1hr30 mn, one person called to tell me that the fare changed due to the facts someone else got my fare/seats. Therefore, I need to pay an extra $300. After reasoning with them, I got my exact airline fare. Now, they put a note in my tickets, no carry on bags, nothing. Only laptop and a purse. An international flight really….

They failed to notify me that the flight time has been changed, the airlines considered it a no show even though we were still at the counter 40 minutes before new flight time and the pilot was notified and it's a very small airport that we were the only ones they had to check at the security gate. We had to book a different return flight and they still refused to refund me for their negligence. Never using this company again.
This company is a complete scam and will not only force you into more expensive flights by telling you the "prices changed after booking" well also not letting you cancel even tho it's no longer what you agreed too so you end up spending hundreds more and on top of that they overcharged my account by $790 and will only give 412$ back. I was looking at the flight prices online directly on the flights website while speaking to one of their representatives and they refuse to admit they charge service fees and just tell you the airline website is wrong for the airline prices. Not sure what the service charge is for when they give you no service at all, except being extremely rude forceful and liars on top of having to call them the day before your flight to confirm which again, what service are they providing if I have to do an extra step that Is not needed when booking with an airline. Run from this company.
Received an email a few hours after booking asking to call them. Told that the price I booked at was no longer available and it would cost me an extra $200 ($100 per ticket).When I agreed to that the confirmation came back $300 higher. I'm told $100 will be reimbursed.
As Canadian citizen, the indication of the USD purchasing was NOT clearly shown. The rate of Canadian currency in exchange for US was at 40%. Which was not clearly indicated to the customer. Therefore Your company did Not provide me with a better deal on my ticket from Montreal to Vancouver. I found a better price on Expedia.

I to be honest recently booked a pretty good deal,however I realised I made a mistake on accuracy regarding my input and immediately called back to change it.Lets just say,the Customer service personal were Not rude,But Not exactly friendly.👎🏻I had to call back three times to get it corrected.🙄🙄🙄🙄
I was surprised to receive a call changing my plan and adding some other items and add some money. Have never had this experience when booking online. The guy was excellent but an extreme different experience
I received my confirmation and haven't checked with the airline to see if all seats are reserved etc. your company operates very different
I had an issue come up after buy my ticket, but the supervisor Grace called me and sorted everything out and explained everything that I was confused about. The supervisor gave me her sincere apology and assured me that this issue would not happen again, she was very helpful and very efficient! I will definitely use look by fare again as long as they continue to be efficient and considerate of their consumers, by solving issues that may arise and continuing to making necessary changes to improve customer service!

Your website is not transparent about the fees and charges. After you book the ticket, they will call you adding additional charge under "collected additional". Was told for security inspection etc. In my case they added 30% of the air fares price. All fees should black and white and clear to the customers when they do the purchase at the end.
-20 minutes after booking, call from Look by Fare representative stating the price has gone up.
-I advise to cancel the trip then because there is 3 other websites with same price.
-He then puts me on hold and then states he can do same price but will have to take off the $288 luggage and I will have to buy that the day of departure
-I again advise to cancel the trip and I will be happy to book with somebody else
-this goes back and forth for 15 minutes and finally he says "let me check with my supervisor"
-he then says your rate is locked in, thank you for your time

I received a confirmation which gave me a total of $529.40(including tax & fees). But then a second mail came in, which showed a total of $675.40! When I called customer service for explanation, I was treated quite rudely & only told "it's taxes & fees ma'am". That doesn't explain the price discrepancy at all. I'll never use this company again.
Do not purchase anything from here. I purchased tickets and they then kept calling me hours later and said it was either cancelled or pending or that it wasnt available. I got in co tact with a representative and they said it was pending but then my bank called saying that they had deducted my account 3 times. It is a scam I am currently trying to find a way to get my money back.
