It has been over a month since I wrote a $1200 check to Rick Pierce with Lone Star State Gutters as deposit for gutter guard installation. After 2 weeks of waiting he offered to issue a refund to me in full, due to delays caused by car trouble, phone trouble, wrong materials delivered, etc. He even signed an agreement with me personally to issue the full refund. It has been over 2 more weeks of waiting and I still don't have my refund. According to other online reviews that I have read, this is a common trick of his, to take deposits and then become unavailable or offer a myriad of excuses for the delay. He is not to be trusted and you should avoid him like the plague!
