The sweater I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. Made me nervous since it was cutting it close to the date I needed it. I reached out to the company since I didn't receive a shipping notification for 2 weeks. No one got back to me. The sweater itself is exactly what I expected though.
Easy to purchase online, fast shipping and email correspondence. Will use this site again.
From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Items arrived on time, boots were comfortable and stylish and best of all the price was right! I ordered them in dark brown and in a lighter camel color... luv 'um!
I enjoyed the experience. I found shoes I wanted and were within my grasp. I really enjoyed going through the clearance shoes however, I didn't like so much the rate of shipping which was more than the shoes I ordered. I chose standard shipping which was still more than my order. I don't like paying more to get the items than I paid for the items. With that being said I don't think I will be ordering again. Thank you
My package was put on hold, no one contacted me till I contacted them three days later. It's been over a week I haven't received any information about tracking my package. I've sent over 5 emails some to support some straight to Jake no one has contacted me back. I paid for second day air which is almost fifty dollars and i have yet to see my package I just want to know where it is and that it'll be here in time for my event. I will not order from you guys again.
Nothing was sized properly, everything is poorly made and shows it!
I placed my order on a Saturday. By the following Friday, the status still said "processing" and I had not received shipping notification. I called customer service and waited 25 minutes on hold for someone to take my call. He told me that my items are special order and take longer to ship, but should be sent out the next day. That was 3 days ago and I am still waiting for shipment notification. I was never notified during the ordering process that my items would take an extended time to ship, and they will now not arrive in time for the wedding I ordered them for. Very disappointed.
Communication with this site and customer service is better than expected great
I ordered my haloween costume on the 12th. It didn't ship till the 24th. Now it will not make it here in time to wear it! Kinda pissed off!
The boots were shipped and delivered on time. They perfect. Love them.
The dress I ordered the sleeves are not the same as the one online my sleeves on my dress seem to be tighter then the one they show online. The dress online sleeves are loose and flare out. My dress looks like the generic version.
The boots were fine especially since I got the discount $30. For everything was quite satisfying. Had it not been discounted I would be dissatisfied.

Week later!? Called them today, they said even though my order hasn't been processed yet, they cannot cancel and refund. Please order off of Amazon and save yourself a headache
Placed a order in October 13th still waiting on a confirmation to ship. Spoke to someone who said it will be sent out last week still no update. Tried calling again and was on hold for about 15 mins. Still no word but hoping to receive my items

I ordered my package the first week in October and it was promised to me by the second week. I just got it in the last week. Plus when I opened it, my sweater was 2 sizes too small, it was DAMP and STICKY, it smelled funny, and there was a hole in the collar where the tag was RIPPED OFF.
Horrible.
I paid a $20 for 2 day shipping and when i requested more information about where my tracking number (3 days later) is the woman on the other end told me they take FOUR DAYS to process and then ship. That's absurd. I said can you help me out and let me know the status of my order, she flat out said NO and hung up on me. $20 for an item to take over a week to show up is absolute robbery.
