Lolli couture is the biggest scam! I placed an order paid $19.95 for 2-day air shipping on Wednesday the 21st, it is now the 28th ( a week later) and I have still NOT received my package! After reading several other reviews (wish I would have read before I placed my order with this piece of crap company) everyone else has had the same issue with them. How this is legal is beyond me? I have tried calling and emailing several times to ask where my order was and NO RESPONSE, line is always busy or ridiculous wait times. Do your self a favor and NEVER order from Lolli Couture.
I still have not received the outfit that I ordered.
I expected for the shoes to come in lollicouture boxes instead they came in shoe boxes that looked kind of used. Shoes were as they should be.
I liked all the shoes I got. But didn't get one pair and they say they were shipped but on the paper it said refund. Can't seem to find that. Also the discount doesn't come out to be exactly 50% and that is just on the reg items. ( knowing sale items don't count)
I ordered 7 items from lollicouture. When I received them I was in shock. Clothes are not the sizes said on the tags. One of them obviously someone changed the tag because the sewing and the string they used Easily can tell that has been changed. And the size look like L, not S. One Shoe even has large peel off on it! Other shoe has spots on it. When I called they claimed these are on sales therefore I couldny return them. What a sham! Business like this should not be around. Because they posted nice quality photos doesn't mean you can get the same stuff when you Order them. The worst part is not over yet. I waited almost 20minites to get someone who said she was the supervisor answer the phone. After I insist to return them. She pretended she couldn't hear me and hang up.
I have emailed this organization three times and never received a response.
My item was supposed to ship within 3-4 days but took 10, then took even longer to get to me. Therefore, I didn't have my item for the intended event. When I tried contacting the company, the gentleman would not give me a straight answer about my item, stating "he didn't know." I am very dissatisfied, and will not order from this company again.
Its been over a week, and my package has still yet to leave the site to ship. This is completely ridiculous, and unacceptable. It is but one item.
I ordered a Halloween costume two weeks ago, it has not arrived. I tried calling the number on the website but it was disconnected.
I never got a shipping confirmation because of a problem with their vendor, and they won't answer their emails, so I have no idea if I'll be getting my order or not.
I am very disappointed with the item I received and will not be ordering from this site again. Not only was the material very cheap and similar to that of a Halloween co8, I received a dress that had a snag and large run in it that was visible to the eye and not able to be repaired. I contacted Lolli Couture to inquire about returning the item after I emailed the company and submitted a return request online to find that a RMA # had been issued without my knowledge from a representative that I seemed to have bothered by calling for information I thought I would have received in an email. I also called back to get confirmation on a legitimate return address to be placed on hold for 25 minutes to be placed on hold until the close business hours and received an automated message informing me to continue to hold. I am going to make an attempt to return the item to see if I will received a refund. I no longer wish to exchange this item.
Not only will you receive a USED product in very BAD CONDITION with buttons missing and glue statins (which was my experience), but they will not honor their return policy on returning a damaged product even if its not your fault.
You can call them a 100 times and they will have you on hold for over 30 minutes or drop your call. They will not honor their own policy even though they send you an email telling you that the RMA will be sent tomorrow and they never send you an RMA. You can email them and they will tell you that you have the wrong email to take their time and not resolve your issue until its too late and they tell you in a very condescending way that its over 30 days even though you have been trying for 30 days to resolve this issue. Shipping is over $20 dollars, Why? I don't know since the packaging they use is HORRIBLE. I am more than disappointed and I want to make sure every one knows exactly the horrible company and horrible customer service and poor quality products they will receive. Please be careful and know exactly who you are dealing with.
Awful customer service. I ordered my package on the 22nd with 2 day shipping. It's the 26th and it is still "processing". Once i was finally able to get in touch with customer service, the guy told me it is a "special" order which takes longer to process and I should have read their shipping policy to find that out. Why would it not say this on the order when I placed it? I never would have placed it int he first place. You should inform your customers of this on the page with the item to not mislead them into thinking they will get a package on time! I was also told I cannot cancel my order even though I won't get it in time! What a scam.
I ordered from this company - their site said items ship usually within one business day under FAQ - a week later item still hadn't ship - after spending 4 hours trying to get through to cancel order that will not be received by date needed - customer service claimed their isn't anything they can do - I will never order from them again and I will let all my friend know about my horrible experience.
I ordered a Halloween costume and 10/15/15 and I still have not received my merchandize. Now I emailed their customer support and they replied stating that there was a delay with the distribution center but they would send it out Friday. Friday has come and gone I still have no costume, I have not received any shipping info and I can not get threw to anyone. As far as I'm concerned this site is a rip off. HEED MY WORDS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
