I created the logo for my podcast, The Kristof Lewis Podcast, using Logojoy. The specific logo I created was not available how I wanted to create it, but the people at Logojoy helped me create a custom logo with ease with a quick turn around. It is EXACTLY how I wanted it and in more formats than I could possibly use. I am very thankful for their flexibility and quick and positive customer support.

I found logojoy easy to navigate and soon found myself immersed in enjoying the automatic logo maker, looking at different designs, layouts and fonts, it didn't matter i have very little experience as its very easy to use.
I needed my logo to be based on the logo's I had created, but required a bespoke logo, so once I had the foundation I hired their logo designer to add in a couple more elements to the design to make my perfect logo. The turn around was quick and I got my perfect logo without the need for revisions.
I also bought the media pack, unfortunately this didn't include Twitch, I sent an email to ask if they could help, and they did, by making a Twitch size banner for me.

I would recommend using logojoy, quick and good customer service and a great logo I love, what more really could I ask for...

I found the way that you could design the logo yourself was easy to navigate and nearly got me what I needed. It was great to have the option of an extra hour to get it to another level. With the automated option it's not possible to use lots of different colours which I needed for my yoga business. The solution that was provided was just what I wanted. Ysabel was easy to deal with and understood my brief and turned it around quickly.

Ysabel was great to work with. She was understanding and helpful, and did a great job with our company logo. I realized I made a mistake with my logo and Ysabel was nice enough to help us out in fixing it. I briefly communicated with Felicia who was not very helpful and didn't try to assist with our issue but Ysabel was great!

UPDATE: I only thought I had received "corrected files", I did not. The files are still basically unusable. The files are small, low quality, fuzzy and blurry. They are not sized correctly to fit in the assigned social media accounts as described. Not a single file has a transparent background. I'm bummed but I have to wash my hands of these people even though I should contact them for a 100% refund. I have to find a new logo company that knows what they are doing and actually gives you what you purchase.

They finally provided the corrected social media files later that day, after I decided to complain. After all, I am a paying customer that would like to receive what I bought and paid for. The whole ordeal wasted a lot of my time and not worth all the hassle.

Although the logo I got was impressive and easy to make, the product itself is not what I want to write about.
It is the speed of response that i was most impressed with.
I accidentally sent my payment twice so e-mailed in. It being a Sunday I was expecting a reply to come the next day. However, within minutes of my initial contact, the conversation was over and the refund issued.
Not one for writing reviews normally but this struck me as outstanding service.
Would highly recommend doing business with this company. Both product and service are well worth your time.

I liked the logo that was auto-generated compared to the other sites I tried. I asked if they could match a specific color and Melisse said it wouldn't be a problem and that they would do it once I purchased the logo. From there, things took a turn and the colors they generated were not close, I asked for them to try again and provided more samples. Again, they came back with a less than satisfying version of the color. I relented and accepted the version since I needed something for my website. I wanted to add a subtitle in a different color but then that became a whole new process. I recommend you use their site to generate free logo samples and then take it to a professional to make it exactly how you'd like. It's not a ton of money but I wish they would have been upfront that they could not match the color I requested. They aren't super responsive after you pay.

From start to finish the site was so user friendly while still offering a ton of ways for me to create a logo that I absolutely love. Along with that wa stage ability to tweak my logo to fit different applications that I will be using it for. When I did run into a little confusion Melisse from Logojoy was EXTREMELY helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and understood how to navigate to accomplish my goals. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Excellent service with an absolutely correct price.
The possibilities of choice and personalization are really remarkable, everything can be adapted to your needs.
One of the most interesting possibilities is that you can create, download and try different versions of your logo. In this way you can calmly try on your website what you like best (the choice is not easy!) And then simply delete all the others that you will not need anymore. Brilliant!
