Nightmares
I bought a pebble keyboard, the letters were gray, impossible to read without eye fatigue. Ordered 24th December 2024. On the 4th of January 2025 I was told to the dispatch office should be dealing with the return.
7 emails later on 29th January I was told the refund would be via WISE.com within 48 hours.
4 emails later on 7th FEBRUARY they thanked me for my patience and gave me a ticket no. *******.
To date it has cost me €50 for that, thank you Logitech.
Avoid this company, they are scammers.
I bought a keybrd last week, it has smokey grey letters, the advert showed white. I have emailed them 3 times without response. How to send back please?
UPDATE after 4 emails they agreed to refund within 48 hours. That was a week ago but later informed me due to technical problems 'Wise' had taken over the refunds by direct transfer. Now 10 days and waiting.
GREAT
Picked up one of their Litra Beam lights for streaming. I DO NOT recommend installing the app, registering the product, signing up for an account, or accepting future discounts. Right out of the gate getting multiple emails a day and evidence of getting immediately sold off to other mailing lists. Unsubscribe doesn't do anything so I had to block them entirely. Worst of all, the app kept asking for access to things it should not ever need access to, like my external hard drive, blanket permissions to "run my computer". It even reset my admin permissions to prevent me from deleting it. It is not an approved app with the Apple store, so I'm not sure why my system even allowed it in the first place. Finally got it removed. Extremely poor experience, that could have been avoided. Perfectly fine light on it's own, but probably overpriced. Will be returning just on principle. I don't appreciate scummy tactics like that. I've had it with these companies taking advantage every chance they get, exploiting consumer privacy just to make an extra buck.
So, I contacted support as I have a faulty keyboard and since the EU passed a new consumer law for electronics to be covered 3 years instead of 2 years warranty, I thought of contacting their support. Oh boy was I wrong, first the guy used Google Translate to communicate with me. Then he kept saying that their products only have a 1-year warranty. Then he provided "some steps" turn off, on again, unpair and pair. But that was not the issue, then he started speaking about international warranty law, which in my case is irrelevant as I reside in Spain EU, so not sure why he kept mentioning that to me. He also started saying they could not deliver to me as Canary Islands is not in the EU, hm it is part of the Spanish territory.
He then went back as I mentioned that the islands were in Europe and part of Spain and offered a discount code for a purchase, but again could not deliver as the islands as per his words are not in Europe and therefore not covered by international warranty. All in all made me realize they just interested in sales, nothing else. No customer support, no after product support nothing.
Purchased a Zone 950 headset and it's defective. They agreed and are dodging replacing it. I've provided serial numbers, photos, and proof of purchase and they refuse to do anything like a respected company should.
I lost 2h of my life trying to find and buy 2 products.
Search function has no options, AI search does not work. A human agent helped me find the products I needed, but then I could not buy them because their shopping cart functionality is broken in all major browsers.
Buy from a reseller instead. Hopefully, Logitech will earn less and decide to fix their webshop.
Worst mouse and mouse pad ever purchased! Horrible... i have been using tech for several years but this is worst i have as an experience
Updating my earlier review.
I ran a few circles with the incompetent Logitech G Support, as they call themselves. Now I'm showing you how my replacement arrived after a month and no less than 16 e-mails later. Delivery: UPS.
The outer carton was completely intact, but in it...
I didn't open the box, I didn't sit on it, it arrived in this state. Probably it was squeezed into the much smaller carton. Kudos to the packing guys.
The product seems to be intact and unused (smells like and looks like new mouse), it's under testing, I will update this review soon.
Once I "inherited" a Logitech wireless keyboard-mouse combo from my husband. They were pretty expensive back then (I don't remember the model), he used them a lot. The keyboard worked perfectly for about 15 years, the mouse app. For 10 years (yep, it's true), despite being "soaked" in every kind of drinks and food. Beacause of it, I fell for Logitech stuff. I shouldn't have.
I bought a gaming mouse (I'm picky, because of my fingertip grip and undying love for RGB disco hardware), it died (double clicking) right after the warranty expired (1 year).
I inherited from my hubby a simple (ie. Cheap) Logi mouse and it worked for like 3 more years after he used it for like the same, it was strange.
I bought another gaming Logi mouse - the one that I use now - it also became a double clicker, right after the warranty expired - coincidence?
I tried everything to save it (without pulling it apart), both hardware and software, but nothing worked. I wrote to the customer service - three times now, over more than a week. They gave me a ticket number, now I'm waiting. If you ever had a double clicking mouse, you know how annoying it can be, also used to ruin your work.
Their website is a mess, by the way (not user-friendly), as well as their CS. There are plenty of complaints on Reddit and Amazon from people unable to claim their warranty, because they keep the customers waiting, promising they're already reviewed their case - which of course is not true - and sending them around in circles.
I don't know what brand will be my next mouse yet, but I know it will not be Logitech! They used to be good, not anymore.
Update: I wrote my problem on their "community" page and I only got the same copy-paste answer they give to everyone since years - not to mention I already tried that suggestion as well - it was fruitless.
Update 3 weeks later: Some Indian guys keep sending me copy-paste answers to every e-mail I sent them. No willingness of fulfill the warranty. I don't know how long we will play this ring around the rosie, but it has come to my attention, that Omron has nice microswitches for mice.
"Fourty bucks, little man. Put that sh**, in my hand. If that money, doesn't show, then you owe me, owe me, owe." That's what I paid for a mouse, that I can use as a lava lamp now.
Update: after a month they promised me a replacement - but first they required a video, purchasing recipe scan, etc about it (I didn't have to do the double-click test, just this 15 sec video about the product is otherwise not broken). The thing is I'm really curious about what they would send me - and when - as I read numerous complaints about the replacement was clearly used or broken or started to double click after a week. Fingers crossed. Worst case scenario: I'm going to learn to fix my own mice.
I've recently been trying to upgrade my computer/gaming set up, and logitech is a great place to start! They have entry level pricing that also ranges to more expensive things, perfect for any budget. I found the wireless mouse i purchased was very easy to use, sensitive, and lasts ages on its battery (I havent recharged it for a month).
Over two weeks after the expected delivery and still no product or refund. For a second time they are telling me now that they are reviewing the information internally. Never ordering from this company again
I actually won a free Logidock just by attending an early debut of this desktop product. It is a great videoconferencing microphone and speaker (no camera)...but the software links with your Zoom or Google Meets and alerts you with a light that you have a meeting coming up. Then you just hit one button and you're in the meeting! Great sound, great mic. Also fits neatly beneath my big screen, and has some ports for plugging in other devices. Nice device overall. I liked it so much I bought some for my team/employees.
I didn't think you could f*ck up a customer service this bad, oh boy was i wrong, they say i will get back with you in 48/72 hours, i literally forgot about my case until they responded 1 month later asking me for my $#*!ing number which i provided when i first made the case.
Morons. Do not try to deal with their support. Their items themselves they sell are fine. However if anything breaks, do yourself a favour and do not deal with their support, the level of incompetence is on another level. I won't even go into it in detail, it'll cause me stress
Horrible warranty and customer service. They pretty much bury support so you can't access services. It takes multiple sifts to find out how to claim warrantly and then they automate you to confusing menus, DC you to random departments telling you to wait days. Pretty much if you get a product that is not working, good luck getting it fixed or refunded under their program
They finally did what I have been dreaming about. Maybe its not something new but I tried their silent keyboard and mouse, boy isnt that amazing! If you are living in a house with your parents or roomies or whatever, and you like to work early in the morning or late at night, you should definitely get yourself some of that! Doesn't wear and tear easily, works silently for a long long time, and you dont disturb anyone!
I have been a loyal Logitech customer for 30 years, buying keyboards, mice, webcams and speakers made by this company. Now one of the two little "feet" of one of my Logitech keyboards has broken. I have written Logitech three times, including the CEO and Chairman, but they have ignored my messages.
Worst customer service ever. Next time I need a Logitech product I will NOT buy directly from their website. They took my order for a keyboard, took my money, then did nothing for about three weeks. When I complained they sent me a form letter "Good news!" it said, "Your order has shipped." So did they lie or what? After ten days still no keyboard. Too bad they make such good products but don't give a damn about individual users. If I had just ordered it from Best Buy they would have had it here in two or three days.
I'm currently owning the G930 for 3 months. So far I'm not very disappointed by it. Although I've had a lot of frustrating problems with their software. It took me a while to fix them. But I would still recommend this company because of their good products and customer support.
Popular company for mouse and keyboard, headphone. Every year, I buy at least 2 to 3 consumable computer accessary on this brand. Most of time the products are priced low. So I get to go for them often in the shop. I am still using wired mouse from this company is ok. However, my headphone did not last 2 years.
Good Keyboard if it worked. Bought it for illuminated keyboard and paid premium, when you consider the cost. After short time the illumination on the keyboard stopped working. Now I continually get red (not charging) light and the illumination feature I bought it for will not work. Attempted to contact Logitech and reset password, received email indicating how to reset password and only message is "password has been used" and will not work.
Great quality here. I bought my MOMO racing wheel way back in 2008 and it still works perfectly, even though i spilled coffee on it a couple times.
I also have a budget joystick - 3D force pro and i had it for a while too. It's good, but i wish i'd bought something more substential - lotta plastic and squeaky buttons
Logitech has a rating of 1.9 stars from 33 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Logitech ranks 742nd among Gaming sites.
