Very polite, know a lot about their animals, and customer service is great. There was an issue with my shipping info, and they contacted me immediately and even went out of their way to make sure my snake would arrive at the date I chose, and worked after hours to ensure this. My snake arrived well packaged and very healthy and active and has absolutely gorgeous colors. The only thing I feel they could do better about was that I live in a rather cold climate, and my snake did not have a heat bag or anything to regulate temperature. But he did have packing peanuts around his container and was boxed with styrofoam, so he certainly stayed warm. Always had amazing experiences with them.
I ordered live feeders and over $200 worth of supplies from them. They do not send out any shipping notifications at all. My feeders sent our within a week, but I've waited over a month to get supplies and I'm still waiting on one item. They didn't notify me that it would take this long in any way. I had to email them and wait almost a week for a response. They have decent prices and a good selection, but beware that you aren't going to get them in a timely manner and they aren't very friendly
Ordered a set of snake tongs they waited 4 days to contact me and said they needed a physical address and not a post office box I gave them a physical address and then 4 days later they contacted me saying that they were out of stock and it would be at least two weeks before I could get any snake tongs so I immediately requested a refund back to my credit card 8 days later and still no refund these people are horrible and I will never ever ever order anything from them again.
Had to get PayPal to send them a message to even have my stuff shipped, will definitely not buy from again, Very poor first impression. I only ordered this stuff on July 31.

Something from a different company
I ordered Arcadia bulbs from LLL reptile in the past and got a broken bulb in the Mail, oh well, mistakes happen and it was replaced. I decided to give them a try again for my new Arcadia bulb and THREE times I was sent broken bulbs. I tried to speak with them about their packaging, asked to try a different shipper, and after three weeks of jerking me around the least they could do was overnight one with someone else? The reply was, this has never happened before three times obviously something is wrong and we will just refund you… then, good look looking around for a different company. What a joke!

Around late August of this year (2022), I ordered 2 Asian Common Toads, an easy to keep species with a little bit of heartiness. They arrived on August 30 and both were juveniles, as ordered. The one (male) was slightly bigger than the other (female), which I just assumed the female to be a bit younger. It did however have a very lopsided face, one eye being so much lower than the other. Within the next few weeks it would barely eat, even under the best conditions. Low stress, handling only ever when necessary, properly sized insects offers to it both in tank, and a separate feeding bin.
As I said earlier, she was very small when she arrived. She never grew at all. Within a month she had a skin irritation develop above the eye mentioned earlier, and a few days after that she passed due to her birth defects. I was extremely sad, but still grateful to still have the male, who was still healthy and growing, and to have been able to give the female the best life it could have had in it's short life.
Time goes forward and until a few days ago everything was perfect and healthy with the male. I wake up this morning to him acting slightly off but I decided to put him into his temporary tank and cover it with a blanket to allow him to destress. After that I changed out his water and spruced up his tank a little, making sure everything was clean. I let him relax for a while and a few hours later put him back into his tank.
As soon as I pick him up he's trying to hard to get off my hand, which he usually would be perfectly fine sitting on for a long time. I get him over to his main tank safely and carefully place him back into it. As soon as I do he has a seizure in my hand. He went completely stiff and folded his arms. I understandably was traumatized a bit by this but quickly thinking I set him in his hide upright. Within a moment he gets back up and walks over to his water dish like normal and everything seems fine. Originally I thought he was just playing possum, which amphibians and many reptiles do, but after the events of tonight, we now know it was a seizure.
In a normal amphibian without medical issues, a seizure is caused by a lack of calcium. The other option is if an amphibian is at an old age this can occur as well. I made sure that he received both proper amounts of calcium and vitamins for his diet, to make sure he was healthy as can be.
In a toad with birth defects, even while being given the best treatment possible these things can still happen. My warning is, after receiving 2 toads from LLLReptiles, both of with had lethal birth defects, they may not be they best supplier. (It sounds like another buyer also had a similar issue with two of his uromastyx, plus finding out they were wild caught.) I have owned and cared for many animals in my life, my girlfriend has as well, and between both of us, normal toads would have lived their average 10-12 year life spans or more.
In conclusion, LLLReptile's is selling animals that are unhealthy, and that have birth defects (visible ones too in both mine and the other buyers experience) I would recommend for anyone thinking of becoming a reptile or amphibian owner, don't buy online in general. Go to your local trusted exotics store, and purchase any pets from there.

I ordered a Ball Python from LllReptiles, and I really wanted to like them because I have been watching their YouTube videos since I was a kid and this was my first time purchasing from them. I had high hopes and didn't even really question if the snake would be in good health and when the animal arrived it was severely underweight and you could see the animals bones, when I emailed them about the situation and sent them photos of the snake they were very sassy and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about but I have been keeping Ball Pythons for 12 years. Very rude service.

I know a lot of people around dont like them but I had a good experience with them when I got a python and a corn three years ago. They were packaged appropriately, though a bit dehydrated but that was the carriers fault not theirs! They settled in quickly and are still doing wonderful. The corn I got is the calmest snake ive ever owned! Though I didnt contact customer care (had no reason to!) I would expect them to be very knowledgeable and professional. I may not purchase from them again, simply because of preference of resources, but it shouldnt stop you!
Ive never had a problem with lllreptiles. I have ordered 2 snakes a millipede and 2 scorpions from them before and all came healthy and alert. The prices are reasonable and cheaper from other places. Packaging is always great i love this shop and i'll continue to buy from them
I purchased two Nigerian Uromastyx neither one of which had eaten from the time I got them two over5 months later! I was in contact with them weekly and one of them had an eye problem when I got it and was extremely thin skin and bones! They told me I needed to deworm them! They then told me that they were wild card which nowhere on their site does it say they are wild caught! They were doing fine in the wild leave them be! So I bought wild caught sick special-needs lizards that I was then responsible for deworming. NICE! After deworming them one decided to start throwing his guts up and I could no longer watch die so I had to put him out of his misery! Good times just what I needed! I sent them pictures they then decided to stop communications never answered me back!
I'm just getting around to leaving a review because I still haven't gotten over it however I have managed to nurse one of them back to health the surviving one however it's blind in one eye and probably would've been a lot happier dying in the wild! So enough of my rant hopefully this helps somebody before their heartache that could last 5 to 8 months! And it's not letting me add any photos that sucks because that would really help!
P.S. I have had exotic reptiles my whole life I am 46 years old now this is not due to the fact that I don't know what I'm doing as they would like to insinuate!
I've had Parsons and Jackson's and veiled chameleons that were extremely experienced reptile pets. But these guys barely had a chance at all!

I am always skeptical when ordering anything for shipping that is alive. I have ordered Saltwater fish and Corals over the years. Sometime they arrive healthy, sometimes dead and stinky. I was hesitant to order a reptile/lizard. I saw mixed video reviews and unboxings from this place on youtube. I decided to take a chance. Lizard arrived well packed in a plastic container, which was packed in popcorn media and well boxed. Lizard appears very healthy, little skittish but calmed down once in enclosure. I don't purchase pets often, most of my fish are over 9 yrs, my parrot will be 31 in January. Hopefully this lizard will be with me along time. Definitely would order from here again if I decided to get another Reptile.

I bought the Golfodulcean Dart Frog,Green & Bronze Auratus Dart Frog,Citronella Tinc Dart Frog and Medium Yellow Anaconda over the years.
I needed a refund on one of my purchases and the customer service team was very helpful. The company is clearly very honest and I have heard many good things about the animals that they sell as well.
