I am thrilled with the process I went through to get my logo designed with LizRyanRocks. I sent very general thoughts on what I wanted and the first set of revisions came back very much on the mark of what I described wanting. I sent them back with some general thoughts and got back 2 perfect logos in the second batch. The quality is great, the process was very pleasant and the pricing was spot on for the product I received. I highly recommend LizRyanRocks!

There are countless people and organizations that say they build websites and I am sure there are many good ones out there. Liz Ryan is a true professional. Her design quality and creativity are excellent. She is dependable and easy to work with but what makes her stand out is she really cares about her clients. We recently had a catastrophic event happen, unrelated to the work Liz was doing with us, where our entire website was deleted and our hosting company said there was nothing they could do to recover it. We contacted Liz and she went to work on our behalf and persisted through several layers of our hosting company's customer service, not accepting "there's nothing that can be done". Liz figured out a way to recover the data and put it back together, literally saving our company thousands of dollars.
Liz worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I have worked with hundreds of vendors and partner companies in my career and I have never had a better experience than I have had with Liz Ryan. She truly does rock!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SCAM Artist. We are a legitimate ecommerce business that wanted to get an additional good in-house HTML developer. Our whole team (team of 9) was shocked at how the next 3 days occurred. It took her 3 days to get logged into basic cpanel and wordpress backend platforms and she still charged us over 20 hours to do so. When our Project manager asked for communication on what is going on, Liz got back to us days or hours later telling us that she is working on XYZ. She couldnt work on most of the the projects without the correct login info and after 20+ hours, she produced NOTHING. It was a huge red flag and we decided to stop working wit her. When we attempted to get our money back, she would not return it. In fact she said that she doesnt do refunds and that we still have $X on retainer and if we want to use her services, we can within the year. WoW! How can someone really be that unethical! It's that gut wrenching feeling of being screwed. It happens in business but im writing this in hopes that it also doesnt happen to you.

Liz if you are reading this, you know you were in the wrong and we deserve our money back.

We have proof and evidence of all of this. I don't leave reviews, and I don't care about the money. I care about not getting screwed over. The feeling of being scammed is the worst.

Liz was fantastic to work with and came through with all my wants and needs even as they changed. I recommend her services very highly!
