I'd like to know why I paid you $900 and have received absolutely no work in return? The phone number you gave above is not even your company.

Question:

We are looking to hire a new graphic design company. However, we are very sick and tired of design companies that hold our work hostage by not giving us the raw PSD or illustrator files and making us pay extra for that. Does this company do that or do they give their clients the entire file? For us that is important as we have some ability to work on the files ourselves and make small changes. Thanks!

Answer:
I ALWAYS give my clients ALL sources! If you paid for the work, you have rights to ALL of the work. There are no hidden fees or extra costs. All sources, PSDS, layered files, images, font sources are all yours. Please let me know if I can help with anything more Sarah.
