To clarify, John, we offer two types of accounts, the first one being a basic access account that gives you the chance to try out our builder before deciding to purchase our premium features, this account allows you to download a plain text version completely free. We also provide a full access account for a small fee that grants you 14-days to print, email, or download your documents using our copyrighted templates, but these features are NOT listed within the free account.
In addition, we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our 14-day trial if you are not satisfied with our services.
Program has lots of glitches. It took me a very long time to complete my resume.
