If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas sweatshirt on November 6,2022, and received it in January of 2023. I inquired about my purchase, only to receive empty promises of my its arrival. When my shirt finally arrived, I pulled a thin, cheap-looking, polyester-like shirt out of the bag. I had looked for information about the company beforehand but obviously did not look well enough, and the lack of details about the company should have been a warning sign. Looking at their current FaceBook posts, one can see that almost all the comments have been deleted, which I am assuming is because they are all negative. The bad reviews here are well earned. Do not waste your money!
If only the clothing actually looked like the photos online. The sleeves are shorter and the sizing is ridiculously small. And they state they don't accept returns because "it doesn't fit or you just don't like it." $79 for two of the ugliest shirts I've ever seen. And it took a slow boat from wherever to get here. Buyer beware. Oh and the polyester shirt I received was supposed to be 100% cotton. THEY SUCK.

Order the Tamara white dress in a 10 it was too big I have returned and wanted to purchase in a smaller size but it's not available most items on this website are out of stock and have been for months now very disappointing also I don't like that you only allow store credit it's very ugly and this will turn customer off your site as it's our money and if we return an item back to you therefore you should return our money not be a thief and keep it very selfish I have looked and everything else is not to my liking or out of stock so now I'm at a loss. I would never recommend this company to anyone go elsewhere if you can and save yourself the hassle there is a reason why they have a 2 star rating
Love the dress design. I go the Julina dress in white. Needed a good iron when arrived but the shipping was super quick. I usually get a size 12-14 buy chose to go with the 14 as I heard sizes can be a bit small. Happy with my purchase and would recommend going the bigger size if you're a taller and not petite
If I could give a negative review, I would. My fault really, for not reading reviews beforehand. Ordered a top that looked adorable online... beautiful colors, cotton, etc. Received a total POS about a month later. Made of some sort of shiny, cold material. Colors are awful. Plus, it's about the size of a tent. Returning is really not possible. They try to talk you out of returning... and their emails for this are wacky... they are not from Littlelace but from whoever is responding in customer service so the emails are easy to miss. Cost to ship back to China is beyond ridiculous. This piece of garbage will be taking up room in the trash.
The clothes look amazing online but when I receive them they are the poorest quality you shouldn't be marketing items of such low quality for an incredibly high price. Ridiculous. What's worst is there's no refunds only store credit. Therefore the items I get in exchange are also poor quality
My first purchase through this website was ok. Bought a size 10, fitted as a size 10. Quality is on the cheap side but the print was nice so I kept it.
However my second purchase was not ok. Bought a size 12 as the pants looked small. When I received them they were more like a 8. Littlelace refused a refund, instead offering a credit note. Which I wasn't happy about as I didn't feel it's my fault their sizing is inconsistent.
Ladies beware of the non existent refund policy. Also the garments in real life look on the cheap side. You could definitely find these items in the cheaper Chinese shops whilst having the luxury of trying them on for correct sizing.
Don't get tangled up with this hot mess of a company. The two items I ordered are pure junk. I have contacted the company 5 times. They aren't helping and offered me a 10 percent refund. They won't give me details on how to return. From what I see in other reviews, looks like I need to return to China. This place is a gigantic scam.
I saw this company on Facebook and went to their website. I ordered 3 velvet dresses on November 18,2022 for the holidays. Photos looked good. I received one of the dresses 35 days later (fortunately 2 days before Christmas. I received the other two 54 days later. One of the dresses was a bright red instead of brown as it was described. I contacted customer service and they wanted a photo which I sent. Then they offered me a 15% off coupon for my next order instead of returning it. I emailed them again and stated that I just wanted to return it. So got the return address which is in Foshan City, China which I need to pay for. So not only is the lengthy shipping time and return policy an issue, these "velvet" dresses are not a true velvet and are cheap looking. More like the toddler Christmas dresses you see at Walmart.
I've been buying regularly from this site for a number of years and was always pleased with their products. 2022 Black Friday sale they did a deal where you buy 3 dresses for $60, chosen at random, could be latest or older stocks. The 3 dresses I received looked like rags, I literally threw them in the bin the moment I saw them. Can't believe Littlelace ever stocked such cheap awful quality/design items. I wouldn't even give these away coz no one would ever wear them. They currently have items for $20-30 and they look decent & wearable, not the ones they sent me. They were disgusting. Very disappointed to say the least.
Purchased a seasonal (Christmas) top 11/19/22. Took over a month to arrive. When contacting "customer service", and only by email, did nothing to follow up on huge delay in receiving order 12/23/22. Too late for the holiday season. Shipping bag contained no return slip, return address showed a NY address. Garment had no care instructions sewn in. Garment was not a nice screen print of a retro Santa, but more like a cut out from a blow up vinyl swimming pool or an actual blow up bed. I no longer wanted the item as it did me no good as the season was over, and it was the most unattractive item of clothing I had ever laid eyes on. They stated in email well we will refund you, but it's going to be pretty expensive to ship back. My response was why would it cost me more than I originally paid for shipping, if it was a domestic return. Say it with me, because I need to ship the item back to China. They did offer me a 15% discount on my next purchase! Really? I want to be ripped off a second round? No thank you. I am now stuck with a hideous, out of season top that I will never wear. By the way, this is my first retail purchase online review, and it was worth spending the time. This company is bad news, and I would keep on scrolling for a unique Christmas top. What a scam of an experience. They don't care in the least bit. Don't be fooled, do your homework. I wish I had.

As well as making me pay for return shipping, and only issuing credit notes, they said the clothing items had marks on it I must have caused, even though I had only tried it on for a moment at home, and they said they would take $20 off the credit note for a "cleaning fee". When I emailed back and disputed the charge, they then never replied to my emails, kept my purchase money (no credit note or refund) and kept the $100 item I sent back, and blocked me on social media. I'm going to lodge a claim with department of fair trading as this appears to be a scam they are running to rip off people making returns.
The quality was worse than Shein but the clothes cost so much! They only give you store credits which I ended up getting 2 dresses that I wouldn't even wear and they cost me nearly $150...
This is an awful site. Do not buy anything. Nothing is true to size, not even close. Almost impossible to make any type of returns.

I've had my eye on this shop for a while but a bit hesitant at first to shop since the site didnt have ANY reviews online. But super stoked I did end up buying. I've had a couple of horror stories when online shopping.
The clothes definitely looked better on the models than on me but thats not the shops fault so i couldnt dock a star for that. However, the sizes fit me perfectly. The material is "you get what you pay for" but your buying $20-$50 tops and dresses not Chanel. And its still nice and reasonably priced and whoever the buyer is has a really good eye, in my opinion
If you email them, they get back to you right away and address all your concerns which I really appreciated. You didnt just get some automated response in poor English from China.
The package I got was legit from Australia and i received it the same week I ordered which to me is absolutely incredible as I am in the Philippines and this almost never happens.

Terrible scammy business with dodgy returns service... I same day returned a coat after trying it on for a moment and realising how poor quality it was. They sent an email back claiming I had put makeup stains on it (which I didn't, I wasn't wearing makeup) and they would charge a $20 cleaning fee out of the return credit note. After talking to others, I've heard this is a common thing they say to most returns- this business is scamming returns.
Cheap knock offs. Material is nothing like the pictures and it costs $30 to ship back to China. Feels like rubber, not cotton

Answer: I just ordered from London, and it took less than 7 days (without the weekend). I ordered Wednesday morning and it arrived Monday morning.
