I was a bit nervous about ordering from here, since they do not have many reviews. However, I had been looking at the dresses for a few weeks and could not get them out of my mind, so I ended up ordering them.

I had a few questions about the dresses before I orded, and they answered really quickly! And even send my flat lay measures to make sure I got the correct size. Great customer service!

I live in the UK, and they arrived from Australia a little less than a week later, which was really nice especially during the pandemic!

The fabric of the dresses are a bit different than I think they looked in the pictures. But I could just have researched the fabric stated. However, the dresses fit really nicely! And they are so comfortable to wear!

The quality is quite nice when you think about the price for the clothes. But you cannot expect more than what you are paying for.

However, the reason I am not giving 5 stars, is because the delivery fee is quite expensive, and then you have to pay for VAT and customs. Which of course is my own responsibility to know, however it would be nice if they had made me aware of it anyway as a service. Plus you can only return for store credits.

This company is a complete scam. Won't answer emails. Fake tracking number that just keeps going nowhere!

Bought a blouse. Not cotton as they said, but polyester and difficult to iron. Poor color & quality.

I've ordered here twice. They sell other branded clothing, kind of like the stuff you get at those asian clothing stores in shopping centres. Which is fine. I got a couple of good items. But I've also used their returns service twice due to clothing sizes not being true to size. One of the jumpers I bought was of low quality and after two washes is not presentable enough to be used again in public because of excessive pilling and fluff which was disappointing. The materials used in the clothing is generally polyester or other man man fibres and the clothing is not meant to last more than a few uses.

I have a store credit which I can't seem to get rid of because nothing in the store is that appealing at the moment. I would prefer a refund but I suppose sometimes you have to try new things and they don't always go the way you hope.

Been waiting for them to update their range so I can use the store credit but it seems that they are slow to restock and slow to update their range with new styles and their stock levels are too low for demand on their popular items so all the nice things that are always sold out. With no option to enter your email address to get notification if new stock arrives... so you have to just remember to go back there which is hard because it's not a well known store.

Definitely a few problems with this store. If I wasn't stuck with a store credit I probably wouldn't shop here again.

Otherwise it's ok.

Awful quality clothes which is why there is no close up or zoom function on their site and their returns is the worst - no refunds just credit.
