Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before purchasing a coffee table from Litfad. As with most of the other reviews here, the table was trash and not what was shown on the site. I tried to request a refund and return but Litfad only offered 20% or I could return the table for a full refund (less the cost of the initial shipping). The cost to ship from the US to China would exceed any refund I would get.
I purchased through PayPal and opened a dispute. I documented all communications, sent photos of the actual product received and the advertised product, and reviews from this site. I outlined the scam Litfad performs:
1. Falsely advertises a product
2. Sends trash product
3. Offers small discount to customer
4. Only offers refund (less initial shipping) if the product is returned.
5. Return shipping outweighs the cost of refund, so buyer is essential stuck with the product.
Additionally, Litfad will claim that you "signed" for the product and if you were unhappy you could have refused the product. I did not sign and the product was place in my garage. Go to the FedEx tracking page and it will say very clearly "No signature required". Send this as part of your follow-up dispute details - catch them in their lie.
I received a full refund from PayPal and still have the (garbage) table. Most major credit cards will make the dispute process even easier. Good luck.
Do not use this company having order a computer desk for my autistic son then waiting for 2months it arrived in a scruffy torn box on opening box to start assembly quickly realised that half the desk top was missing we got in touch with them they asked for the dimensions of the missing part which we sent to them they agreed to send this to me. Having trying to explain to my son why he could not have his desk yet we then waited a further 2months a delivery arrived I was given a package that was half the size of my arm and as wide as my hand new immediately this was not what I had been waiting for. Opened it to find a slat of wood that was broken in half not the other half of the desk that was described as part b in the assembly instructions I was furious as I now had to explain yet again to my son who had been asking all the time when he could have is desk. When contacting this company again they said the matter is now closed and we're satisfied they had completed this deal.all that we can do now is take the package to the skip as I CANT put together half a desk this cost 133 pound and was is birthday present. Please don't use this scam so called company.
I bought a total of two bed frames, and both headboards were broken when they arrived. After contacting their customer service, They started to say that they would give me some money back, and I replied that I just need to send back the headboard that I can use, and they refunded $160 to me on their own initiative,And they promised to resend the two headboards to me, and then I only received one of the headboards., Then I contacted the customer service again, they told me to wait to send it back to me, after I waited for another 50 days, there was no information about my headboard, and no reply was given to me when I contacted again!
The picture below is the broken headboard I received, do you think this headboard is still useless? You have to spend money to buy a quilt and spend time contacting a company that doesn't answer your emails at any time, and they don't have a company contact number at all, you can't contact anyone who can be responsible, or they don't want to be responsible at all!
Poor quality and faulty and they are clever enough to make you believe they are addressing the problem so it passes the PayPal return period so you can't claim refund. Buyers be carefulness
What a truly awful company.
Similar to everyone else on here, goods arrived in separate packages and heavily damaged.
Paid almost £800 for a luxury office desk (apparently discounted from £1600).
When it arrived (3 separate deliveries) and with all screws in what looked like a used envelope, every single piece of wood for the desk was damaged, ranging from small nicks to huge chips.
The quality was awful, the desk looked used like it could be second hand and the damage was significant.
I have now been bouncing emails back and forth for a week trying to get a refund.
They firstly offered 5% refund to keep the damaged item. We refused.
They then offered 15% and to send replacement items. I refused telling them the whole item was damaged, and the quality was not what we expect.
They then went to 40% and then 50% offers for us to keep the damaged desk. But even if the desk wasn't damaged I wouldn't say it was worth half of what we paid. They have said things like "we have no space in the warehouse to take your return" and "if you want a refund you need to pay for the return of the item."
So now I've given up speaking to them, and started a chargeback request with my credit card company.
I've told them to collect the item or we will have to put it in the skip.
It is really terrible, and wish I read reviews of the company before ordering - it's something I would usually do.
I strongly suggest you consider against using this quality for any high quality furnishings. £800 is a significant outlay, and our experience has been the worst I've ever had with a retailer.
It's a scam, do not buy anything from Litfad. Unfortunately I did bought a wardrobe from this company and paid £748.90, I have received pieces of broken panels, glass doors are missing, all the assembly accessories are missing. I won't be surprised if they are sending same box again and again to people, it surely looks this way by the state of it.
By the amount of bad reviews that I've been reading so far I can see that they had been operating in the last 2-3 years, hundreds of people had been scammed. Getting refund is impossible, it's been so far maybe 40 emails backwards and forwards. They are suggesting that I will send back to them the wardrobe, I just checked it will cost me between £400-£600 to get that 2 meters large box to them full of broken panels. Also they are saying that whatever they had paid to the shipping company which it around £250 will be deducted from refund. So I'm stuck with large box of broken panels in my living room…

Item faulty after just 21 days of operation. Customer support demanding video footage of fault as evidence, but variously claiming to be unable to open an mp4 file or to see both audio and video. Stuck for four hours in roundabout of resending mp4 videos which their codecs can't open. They will not escalate to a manager. They admitted the item is faulty but despite this will only refund it to them. There is no further recourse. I've spent $600 on an item which is faulty (and also NOT UP TO AUSTRALIAN ELECTRICAL CODE). STAY AWAY!
I almost purchased a $2,500.00 office desk. I had been putting it off for some reason, then I decided to check the reviews on the company. The most outrageous poor reviews of any company.
I ordered a glass table. The crate arrived damaged and the table was broken. Litfad refused to refund unless I paid the shipping to return (and the necessary new crate).
This place is a scam.
I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with Litfad to warn other potential customers about the issues I faced. I placed Order for four Light Gray Bar Stools on 3rd April 2024, costing £473.35, with an additional £90 for expedited delivery, which never occurred.
Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:
When the stools finally arrived on 17th May 2024, they were extensively damaged and unusable, with torn cushions and damaged legs. The quality was far below what was advertised on their website.
Failed Expedited Delivery:
Despite paying £90 for expedited air freight delivery, it did not happen. After much back-and-forth, Litfad refunded this amount, acknowledging their failure to meet the service promise.
Non-Compliance with Return Policy:
Litfad's 14 Days DOA Product Guarantee clearly states that they are responsible for covering return shipping fees for damaged goods and issuing a full refund. Despite this, Litfad has consistently refused to provide a pre-paid return label or cover the return shipping costs. They only offered partial refunds, starting from 5% and going up to 60%, and eventually offered 80% if I left a positive review. This practice is unethical and compromises consumer rights.
Unethical Practices:
Litfad's offer to increase the refund to 80% on the condition that I leave a positive review is not only unethical but also misleading to other potential customers. I refuse to participate in such deceptive practices.
Communication Issues:
I have sent a total of 11 emails regarding the air freight communication and 22 emails reporting the damage and requesting a full refund as per the agreed terms. The responses have been slow, inadequate, and often contradictory.
Conclusion:
Litfad has failed to honor their written representations and agreed terms of sale. Their refusal to provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs for damaged goods clearly violates consumer rights and their own return policy. The continued back-and-forth has caused significant inconvenience, as the damaged stools are taking up valuable space in my home.
I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers about the potential risks of shopping with Litfad. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your furniture needs.

This is to inform you to stay clear of Litfad online businesses, particularly those living outside China. Litfad is an online scam organisation that uses similar patterns and tricks to defraud its customers. Their online products are either enhanced images or 3-D images. The quality of their products can only be compared to being useless. I bought an office table from Litfad on April 6,2023, with a delivery period of two weeks. Behold, the table was delivered after three months. The table looks good on their website, but when the table was delivered, all components were shattered (broken into pieces), and the wood was made of carbon paper. I contacted Litfad, and they started offering me percentage discounts of 5%, 10%, and 20%, respectively, to stop me from asking for a refund. However, when I insisted on a refund, Litfad gave a condition that was disproportionate, with an intent to force the product on me.
Litfad asked me to send the table to an address in China, which Litfad has provided. The cost of the table was £244.97 GBP, and the return cost was £330 GBP. Litfad has stolen my money and given me a useless and malfunctioning table in return.
My recommendation to future Litfad customers living in the UK, Europe, or outside China is: Do Not patronise Litfad online businesses; otherwise, you will be scammed and live to regret your action.
Litfad desires no star, but to allow me submit this review I have chosen 1 star because there is no option of a zero star.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They will send you junk that doesn't work, had missing pieces, is completely different than described and then go around in circles when you ask for a refund. I've bought many things online over the years, but the sofa from LitFad is the worst thing I've ever had the misfortune to buy.It came in a cheap, nasty fabric that was described as being linen in the ad'. The colour wasn't anything like as described & I paid extra for the latex foam, which it isn't.The overall quality is disgusting & I'm embarrassed to have it in my home.The company reinforce the negative stereotypes that are associated with goods from China & their customer "service" is so unhelpful as to be almost meaningless. This company sells NON UL CERTIFIED products and sends them to the US illegally then refuses to give your money back and sends you suspicious paperwork that says they are UL certified but won't send you one as a replacement that is UL certified. And when you want to return it for this very same reason. THEY give you back 10% of your purchase price and you also need to pay for shipping back to CHINA to receive it. Our LICENSED ELECTRICIAN REFUSED to put up there light fixture for the very reasons mentioned above. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT DERSEVE TO DO BUSINESS IN THE US. There is a hole size of two quarters on the leg of table that LITFAD company covered it with wall paper that looks like wood. IT looks like refurbished furniture. I LOST ALMOST 300.00 DOLLARS
Ordered a really cool desk from Litfad. It took 6 weeks to be delivered and when it showed up the packaging was ripped and torn and crumpled. After opening the packages the entire desktop was cracked. Also other components were also cracked and scratched. No assembly instructions were included. (I was told they are "not ready yet"!)
I contacted them via email and they said they would send me a new desktop in 5 - 6 weeks time. I let them now other pieces were damaged, the hardware box was ripped open and I have no instructions to assemble. I asked they pick up the desk and refund my money. All they kept saying is we'll send a new top even though other pieces were damaged. They refused to acknowledge that the entire desk as delivered is unusable. They refused to pick up the desk and said I would have to pay to send it back to CHINA! They did offer my a % off to keep it even though I told them is UNUSEABLE! Why would I keep it?
