I have ordered a office table on 5th Dec 23 and table arrived in damaged situation on 30th January 24. I have intimated the support team the very next day and until today they have not resolved my query. They tried to offer 10-15% refund but asking me to keep the damaged goods with me. What will I do with that except to throw that $#*!ty piece of goods! I asked them right from day one that refund 100% and take your goods back. They ask me to return the goods at my cost which is not as per UK law. They are doing a fraud business in UK. I have reported that to the consumer court and many credit card companies as they will receive claim against them A LOT in coming days. Please be aware and never never try to buy anything form them as what they show on their website is just a SHAM. Their goods quality and the way they deliver you, the time they take to deliver their goods, their promises on website are all false, fraud and I will surely suggest everyone to take them to consumer court and let court stop their fraud and they should not be allowed to sell in UK with their low quality defective goods.
Watch out for this company. They appear to be a good company with great products but unless you are okay waiting longer than expected for delivery. You will only find out at the end that they will take weeks to deliver.

This company sucks and they are SCAMMING PEOPLE. I placed an order on 7/21/2022. I paid for EXPRESS Shipping, as of today 9/5/2022; I don't have my package. I've reached out to this company and FedEx. FedEx told me they cannot locate my package. I've received several items via FedEx since 7/21/2022 with ZERO ISSUES. It's the company and they don't want to refund me my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I'm out of $195 and no item. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!
Your item will take two months to arrive from China. It will be sub-standard / damaged. You will want to return it and it will cost a fortune to do so (I was quoted £89 to return a shelf that cost £68). You will then spend a month arguing with their useless customer service department who will only offer you 40% unless you want to pay more in postage than the item cost in the first place to send it back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE APPALLING.
No phone number and no address and zero responsibility, no cancellation and no refund. The shipping takes more than 2 months from China. The worst experience I had. Cheap quality.

Arrived damaged, broken glass, scratched pieces, chipped corners. Spray paint on the chair cushion. Very poor quality. Took over 30 days to arrive. Would NEVER purchase again.
If I could give this place negative reviews I would. I wish I had looked up reviews but the website sucks you in making you think this is a well-put-together, reputable company.
They don't do refunds, products arrive damaged and the boxes look like they have been through hell and back. Let me repeat, NO REFUNDS EVEN IF PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMANGED...all they do is try to offer you like a 5% discount and resend the product which is such bull$#*! since all of their stuff arrives like they've been run over by cars.
Oh and, the icing on the cake - it's all CRAP FROM CHINA...complete waste of money, I wasted $1k on their cheap products and that's money I'll never get back.
We ordered a hall unit, it took months to arrive and was damaged - due to the poor protection - crush damage and scratches.
Contacted them, and they said 'Our return address is in Foshan, China. The time cost and freight cost of returning the goods are very high.
Therefore, we hope you can consider keeping the item.'

When searching for a toddler bed and frame for my friend that incorporated safety rails, I thought I had struck just the right site when I found one on Litfad that met her sons needs. The purchase was made and in 3 months time, it finally arrived. The box looked in good condition as if it had been shipped with care, however, upon moving the box inside we noticed the sound of screws rolling around. When we opened the box we found that the material quality was poor. The hardware was placed into a Ziplock bag, and that the bag had come open at some point during that three month shipping period. The scraps of wood that were supposed to be a bed and frame when assembled were damaged and would be unsafe for a child to use which was the original intention when buying it in the first place. Even if it came undamaged, the instructions were in Chinese and unreadable. We contacted the customer service department to find out what we could do about returning the product and getting a refund. At most the company had told us that we would have to cover the cost of shipping back to China (nearly as much as the original cost of the product), and that they would refund us a maximum of 15% of our purchase. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, and is a scam. Don't buy from them!

WARNING! Do not by any means buy anything from this company, LitFad! They are untrustworthy unreliable scammers who absolutely don't care about the clients. The only think they do fast and without delay - is to debit your account for the order they later fail to deliver. The rest is a total disgrace. After waiting 1,5 months for my order I received the information that it somehow had not been sent or was returned to the sender with no reason at all. When I asked to cancel it, seeing that they confirmed that the item was with them, they offered to RESEND it with shy 5% discount. Then 10% discount/ THREE times I tried to require cancellation of the undelivered by their fault order, but to no avail. They keep replying that they want to resend the item. And considering that the shipment cost would obviously be bigger than the simple refund of the order cost this attitude amazed even more.
So my sincere warning to all - avoid buying anything from these retailers. They are complete scams. Google the reviews - there are plenty of devastated and disappointed customers out there.
I ordered a table on 3/3/2023. It came 6 weeks later. When I opened the box to check the pieces, the corners of each piece have terrible finishing. Very bad quality, for the price I paid $330 it not even worth $100. It is shame to have this piece of furniture in the house. When I contact the Litfed they offer me a shipping of the broken parts, but while the assembly I find out all pieces have the same problems ( look at the pictures) Wright a way I sent a email about it to the Litfed, but they said I can return the table and pay for the shipping, and they will deduct the original shipping price from the refund also. Can you imagine to pay double shipping price for bulky item? It will cost the 2/3 of the table price. I will contact the credit company to dispute the charge for this poor quality table. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LITFED, DAFE YOUR MONEY.
Sent me a defective product. Claim they cannot open my word doc of photos, jpg photos, pdf photos and a video I sent them. Then they offer me 10% refund on a defective product instead of honoring their return policy.

I ordered a chair that was supposed to be an office chair. Instead a received what I would call at best a campaign chair of extremely poor quality. Just have a look at the photos so you can see that I am not exaggerating at all.
When I contacted customer service to return the item and get a refund, they replied mentioning that I would have to pay shipping costs from UK to China.
On their site they state that you would have to pay shipping costs to return the item, but there is no way of knowing how much that would be and on the invoice shipping costs are actually clearly stated as zero.
Throughout my correspondence with them they have tried hard to settle for a partial refund, making it obvious that the chair is of such low cost that even if they provide a 40% refund to you they are still making tons of profit.
So the overall scum is that you cannot get a full refund, else you are stuck with paying insane money on shipping costs.

I purchased a coffee table in mid-August and the company said that it would take 30-40 days with express service, which I paid. I followed up on day 40 (10/3) and they told me that it would be shipped soon. When I reminded them that I had paid for express service and it was day 40, they followed up and said that it shipped. When I asked for the tracking number, they said to wait a few days as they didn't have the tracking number. On 10/13, I requested the tracking number. Again, they said it will be shipped soon. When I reminded them that they told me it shipped on 10/3, they said that it had shipped but to wait several days for a tracking number. Same response they gave me on 10/3. I told them I want to be refunded for the express delivery since they were unable to ship by this date and they said they couldn't do that because the shipper was paid. No idea how that's possible if the order has not shipped. I have no idea if I would ever get this product so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Thankfully, I purchased through PayPal and submitted a claim. I made every effort to resolve the issue and have my item shipped but they kept asking me to close the claim. When I asked when it would ship, they said 4 more weeks.
There should be a zero star category. I bought three items totaling thousand of dollars (large furniture). ALL ITEMS were INCORRECT, MISSING PARTS AND DAMAGED. They said that I must ship the goods back to CHINA on my own dime to get a refund! They sent me the incorrect damaged items and I have to PAY? RUN FOR YOU LIVES FROM THSI TERRIBLE CHINESE COMPANY!
You get what you pay for; a lot of cool styles but EVERYTHING else is a sham. Poor quality and finish and EXTREMELY SLOW shipping, EVEN WHEN YOU PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!
Then when it arrives and you need to assemble it, the instructions you get to do it looks like it was copied a thousand times that same day and you simply can't see what to assemble. Lastly, NOT ALL THE PARTS ARE THERE and you have to wait another 2 months to get those from China! JUST DON'T DO IT - IT'S A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
