I have tried to call the Lancaster Lincare numerous times but always end up hanging up, I refuse to be on hold for more than 15 min listening to recordings that tell me how important my phone call is that that they will be right with me. I ended up calling Lebanon which answered immediately. Each time I was told that they would email Lancaster. I received a call that Thursday Dec 15 would be pick up. I said I may not be home and they said it was ok to leave all the equipment under my patio. Monday after no phone call or pick up, I called Lancaster with the same results as the week prior. I called York, and had the same experience as with Lebanon, they will send an email. By Tuesday I had not heard back and called Ashton, they started to tell me the same thing. I got a little upset and told them, I have no room for all this equipment in my place since I received even more things from hospice for my mom and I have Christmas decorations up so there is no room. She put me on hold and when she came back said it was ok to leave the things outside and it will be picked up on Thursday 12/22. Today is 12/23 and it is outside all wet. I received NO CALL & NO PICK UP. This is unbelievable. But what can you expect from a company who's delivery person kept calling me telling me that he can't make her delivery when my mom needed portable oxygen equipment, he even told me that he had more important deliveries to do. So my mom's oxygen was not a priority, really?

Oh how I wish I had read all of these before I signed on with Lincare 4 weeks ago. I am in need of just a couple new supplies now for my cpap. I did my intake at the office in Hermon. They all were very nice. Different story now. My supplies apparently come from Florida. Order was placed as should be I called it was past when I should have received it. Bottom line no one could find the order then I was told it was back ordered on and on. No one had any answers for me. I could not believe it was the same folks I met in the Hermon office. First time I called was not too bad. They were going to call back after they checked into my situation. Did not hear back so I called. I was treated so rude and I am not kidding. No customer service at all. Actually very $#*!y and no answers I will get my stuff when I do. She could not answer for florida! I felt like an idiot. At least made to feel that way. Another time I called about? A leakage in my hose. Don't do that. That person had the same $#*!y undertone about her as the others. I am so very disappointed. I went to them after a recommendation from someone else. I just left another place previously for all the same reasons. Also I am getting billed for supplies I have not even seen yet if I get them at all. Now it looks as though I may have to hit the road again for another place. What is wrong with people?

THE WORST! They sent me a bill for over 200 dollars from two years ago, that Medicare already paid. WTF? I called them and they didn't listen to me, and argued that they were right, and didn't want to help me or let me explain. I never had an issue with billing in the five years I've used Lincare, now it's all screwed up., medicare paid for my CPAP equipment, then all of a sudden, they want the difference that they billed medicare, and got paid from medicare on my shoulders. They are supposed to take what medicare pays them!. My understanding is that they over-charge medicare, and take what medicare pays them, without a penny being billed to me after a medicare payment. NOW I OWE THE DIFFERENCE? BS!

I was gonna give this place some kind of star but they didn't have minus! I've had to deal with these people the last few month's because I moved due to health reasons and to be closer to my daughter.The very first time I called to place a order it was not hey glad to have your business, It was you better order what you need the first time because we will not be out again until next week no matter what! Really? What kind of business is this? How do they stay in business! I have never had to deal with such heartless and cold hearted people in my life, not to mention that they think they are doing you a favor! 99 percent of the people that I've talked to are idiots and I don't know where they are from but I don't think it's what we call earth. I honestly think they were sent by another planet to annoy the hell out of the people that are sick and have to deal with this on a weekly basis.If you see something that has Lincare on it run for your life because they will talk to you like a dog and make you so mad you want to jerk them through the phone. If anyone reads this we need a good oxygen supply company around Winston Salem area to help us, not give us a nervous breakdown begging to get someone to bring the supplies we have to have to even go to the store. When you call on a weekly basis and give your order and nobody comes or has no record of you even calling! It's past time to shut this place down!

I used LinCare for several years (probably 10) through Medicare. It was always hard to get them to send me the oxygen tubing that I requested. When it came to a portable oxygen concentrator, although I made a dumb mistake giving up my Inogen 5 for a Respironics, they wouldn't return my Inogen a week later when I asked them to. When I called their complaint department, the lady that answered wouldn't let me talk and threatened to send me a $2000 bill if I didn't do what she told me, didn't even listen to my complaint. She finally hung up on me. If you couldn't already tell from the other reviews, let me tell you, they really suck.

I was released from the hospital - March 17,2022! Lincare was my original oxygen supplier! The gentlemen who came to the house were amazing but their office staff are the worst! The women are nasty in the phone and so I switched to Heathcare Solutions ( haaa Lincare owns them) but their staff is amazing thank goodness!
I had accidentally called or hit the button to the Plymouth office when I was in hold with Healrhcare solutions! Well lo and behold nithing has changed and the woman was nasty, never gave her name and ended up hanging up in me!
Wow just wow! They literally suck!

Terrible service

My mom has been waiting for a cpac machine since April
I called today spoke to the girl that answers the phone gave her the info she claims she could t find her so they connected me to sandy same thing she couldn't find her I'm pretty upset about now after being on hold this is been going on for 40 minutes
I call my mom get more info call back to speak to sandy but get Lisa again have to explain the whole issue this is my 3 rd time she finds my mom says sandy had dob wrong wth anyway Lisa puts me on hold for 7 minutes comes back says I'm nasty she is gonna hang up on me didn't even give her a chance I hung up
Anyway during my conversation with this Lisa she says Donna the ops manager (so what) wouldn't not call my mother back per my mother she called her a week ago Friday my mom calls every other day and someone there tells her Donna will call back so she can come in for an appointment
I was not happy with all the bs Lisa was no help except to tell me what she isn't or can't do
I said what if my mom died she responses was it's the Insurance company total ridiculous
I want the machine delivered to my moms house this Donna told my mom she has to make an appointment r u kidding me my mom is 84 lives too far from their office
If they received the info june 3 like Lisa told me why are they not calling asking for the rest if the info they need plus this Lisa actually counted the days to me on the phone when I said my moms been waiting 6 weeks she counted 13 days from June 3 that was the final straw like justifying this crap
I read the reviews and I can agree terrible service and personal

I was fortunate enough not to require CPAP any longer. I returned my equipment on Oct 4,2017. After the return I received a small invoice for charges, after insurance, for Aug and Sept 2017. This invoice was paid. In early Dec 2017 I received a box of supplies. I contact them and returned the supplies to their office. Two weeks later I received a bill for these supplies. I called and was told that "it probably hasn't been processed yet but should be correct by January". In January I got another invoice for the same amount and a day or two later a threatening letter to pay them the $10 or else. I called again and was told not to worry that the credit has been processed. I then asked, "so my account is zero?". No you have a balance of $60. I asked for what and was told these were charges from November 2016. I replied, "you mean 2017?". No they are from 2016. This is 2018, so they are 1 1/2 years behind on billing. Gets better: a February bill arrived for the same $10 that was supposed to have been credited to my account. Two days later another invoice arrived for $60, that was Saturday. On Monday I received another threatening letter telling me that I had to pay $60 immediately before they send me to collections also stating that I have been contacted many times?!?!?!? If I had not called them, there would have been no contact at all. I am typing this while on hold, so far for about 45 minutes.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The left hand has absolutely no clue what the right hand is doing.

Bad Service

If you live in Broomfield Colorado and need oxygen equipment, AVOID Lincare. I bought my own equipment from another vendor and when I scheduled twice for Lincare's equipment to be picked up, the guy came on the wrong days when I wasn't home and had the nerve to leave a message on v-mail that sounded like a complaint about why I wasn't home. Lincare continues to charge my medical plan for the time the equipment remains in my home. Today, I sent a complaint to the home office to see if they will get someone to pick up the equipment and if that doesn't work my next call will be to the local TV problem-solvers team.

Fitted me for the wrong size mask!

When I got my machine from Lincare, they had sent me a nose mask that would not even stay on my face. I went to Lincare, and they fitted me for a new mask, which seemed fine until a slept with it the first week. It was so tight that it started to cut my nose. I must put a band-aid across my nose so I can use it. And I get up every morning with my nose hurting. I dread even going to bed at night. Sometimes I only sleep about 4 hours a night. In the meantime, I called them and asked if they could give me a different mask. They said no because I had picked out this mask and my insurance would not cover a new one. I argued for a while with a lady on the phone and she finally said that they would send me a bigger mask because the other one was too small. When I called to see if they had shipped it out, they told me no because my insurance would not cover it. I told the lady on the phone that I had already had this conversation with the last person I had talked too, she said would send out a bigger mask. I was told that she should not have told me that because my insurance will not cover it. That I would have to wait six months. This is my first time using a C-pap machine and I had no idea what I was doing or that the guy could give me the wrong mask and that I would be the one that would have to suffer for his mistakes. This is a terrible thing. I wonder if other people have had this problem and how they can get away with doing this to people. Because of this I have had an unbelievably terrible experience with this new machine.

In February 2022 I called lincare to come pick up the E0431 Gaseous portable tanks because I no longer needed them and had never used them. The Linare rep, assured me that they would be picked up in march. In March I received a phone call from lincare saying that a lincare delivery associate would be picking up the Gaseous Portables. They were picked up March 2022. Today is 08/26/2022 and My insurance and I are still being billed. My insurance Company wants me to switch med supply company's. My insurance company Hummanna Has been trying to resolve this issue with Lincare but they are getting the run a round from lincare also. I need this problem resolved ASAP. I refuse to continue to pay for something I turned in to Lincare. And I'm sure Lincare owe my insurance company for continued payment on this item.

First, you delivered the equipment and purposely refused to give me a copy of the contract I signed. When I tried to get one you gave me the runaround and told me I had to drive 20 miles to get a copy. ILLEGAL PROCEDURE!
Second, your billing procedures are as convoluted and polluted as can be. I finally told you low-lifes to send me a final bill and I would pay you off in full. Now here about a year later you send me a bill for $147 in a generic type bill with no explanation. You know what, I'm filing a complaint against your rotten ill-begotten crummy company with the Federal Trade Commission and cite this website and any other negative comment websites I can find. I'm going to put the pressure of the U.S. Government on you! I'll also ask Congress to look into who your lobbyists are and see what government officials might have an unethical interest in the welfare of your company.
You have pissed me off one time too many! Obviously you don't know who you're dealing with! Bend over, I intend to see that you take it in the shorts!

Lincare used to be good. My wife has a medication for which she gets a 30 day supply at one time. They used to keep track and notify us, then send it. They no longer do that. They are also unreliable on sending it. About two months ago, I called them and they promised to send it out so that we would get it the next day. They did not. I had to call them again then they did send it out. She missed one day of medication. This month, I called them last Wednesday. We did not get it on Thursday as they promised, so I called again Friday morning and we did not get it on Saturday. I will call again tomorrow (Monday). If they send it then so that we get it on Tuesday, she will have missed 5 days of medication. They just no longer care. The doctors here have always depended on Lincare, but they are now completely unreliable. I am going to try to get our doctors to switch companies. If anyone knows of a good company as a replacement, please let me know. Lincare has gone from the best to the worst. They don't even rate one star, but that is the lowest rating possible to give them.

Never use this company

Frustrated already having to use cpap, but you shouldn't have to put up with people that are incompetent and don't care. Never return calls, lose your machine. The list goes on.

After reading reviews and experiencing the service or non-service should I say. I think they must be on some type medication. Please go somewhere else. Aeroflow much better company to deal with.
