Lincare closed their office in Centralia/Chehalis, WA. Since our service has been transferred to Lacey, WA they have failed to deliver ordered supplies, delivered tanks with leaky values or the wrong size that won't fit their back back.

I am ready to find a supplier that can handle my medical needs. Cutting off my oxygen supply for travels to my Drs appointments is not why my insurance pays these people.

It might be time to contact Medicare and my secondary insurance.

Terrible Company
June 10, 2019

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting to order supplies for 3 months. Each time I call I am transferred to a different person and given a different story about why my account is on hold. The customer service representative doesn't even return my calls. I will be speaking with another company this week.

THIS PLACE IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICING YOUR OXYGEN NEEDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR OVER 5 MONTHS TO REQUEST A PORTABLE OXYGEN MACHINE FOR MY MOTHER! THESE PPL HAVE DROPPED THE BALL, IGNORED CALLS, AND DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON MY MOTHERS BEHALF! AT ONE TIME THEY TOLD US TO GOVE THEM MY MOTHERS DEBIT CARD INFORMATION AND SHE COULD GET THE MACHINE... AD IF WE WERE MAKING A DEAL... WE GAVE THEM CHECKING INFORMATION, STILL NOTHING. NOW HERE WE ARE 5 MONTHS LATER, IM STILL CALLING 5-6 MONTHS LATER, LEAVING MSGS, NO CALL BACK. I WAS TOLD BY MY MOMS NURSE THAT LINCARE ALLOWED GHE PAPERWORK TO EXPIRE AND NOW YHE PROCESS HAS TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, DO NOW IM SURE WERE LOOKING AT ANOTHER 5-6 MONTHS OF PPL NOT CARING OF DOING THEIR JOBS! ALL I WANT IS FOR MY MOM TO HAVE SOME SORT OF QUALITY OF LIFE, SHE HAS NOT BEEN OUT OF THE HOUSE IN 6 MONTHS... CANT GO TO THE STORE, VISIT FAMILY, OUT TO THE PARK OR TO HAVE DINNER WITH HER FRIENDS. SHE CAN BARELY MAKE IT TO HER DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS! TODAY IS 6/10/2019 AND I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER BYRON, I WAS TOLD HE IS IN A MEETING (sigh) I LFT A MSG THAT I NEED A CALL BACK THAT THIS SITUATION IS AN EMERGENCY. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH FOR A CALL BACK!

Can't get it right
June 6, 2019

3 deliveries of wrong equipment. Told I'd get call back at least 15 times not one returned.
The people answering the phones have no knowledge of equipment or anything dealing with company and cannot make any decisions. Worst service I have ever seen. Company has monopoly on you once they put machine in your house so other companies cannot help. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Oxygen initially ordered 4/29/19. Multiple calls placed over the next 3 weeks and always got the run around, never received and went with another company. Awful for someone who's oxygen level drops to below 85% with activity!

Linn care bought medical west's cpapservice and it has been down hill since. I have had the same cpap machine, order the same cpap supplies every 3 months. But today, Linn Care seems to think I need new order for aheated tube, mind you I have been getting this same tube for 3 yrs from them. Was hung up on once, transferred to their florida office twice... I live in Missouri where they have several offices and a large warehouse... no one knows anything there... I will transfer to another DME if possible... company is messed up... this is how you all make your money, why am I having to call YOU! Please do yourself a favor and go with anyone other than Lin Care.

Don't use they suck. They don't answer phone calls or emails. My insurance company says they should send a new power supply, since mine almost burnt up and started a fire. They of course refused to. So now I am fighting them and trying to get my insurance company to drop them from coverage. Do not do business with them you will regret it.

I transferred to a different provider after several bad experiences. They were happy to take my money, or at least my insurance company's money, but that's all they were interested in. They didn't want anything to do with me. Avoid if you can. Tell your doctor to find you a different provider. You deserve to be treated better!

Unable to give a zero star rating. That is what they deserve. I have worked with 3 other health medical supply companies and have never been so disrespected, lied to and had to deal with such incompetence on both the local ( Syracuse, NY) and national levels. They lied to me, sent incorrect supplies, did not return phone calls. They initially told me that the supplies I needed could not be given to me unless I returned my CPAP machine to the issuing supplier which I did and then got the machine from them. They said that you can't have the machine from one supplier and get regular supplies from some other supplier. This was an outright lie which I have proven wrong. I have gone elsewhere for my supplies while they maintained billing of Medicare for the machine. The very first time I needed new supplies they did not forewarn me but told me when I called to arrange for them that they would not supply the mask because Medicare does not reimburse them enough for it. Lincare was the company that was contracted to provide this particular mask and I could not get it elsewhere at that time so I had to order it directly from the company and pay out of pocket. Medicare should also be aware that they do not comply with Medicare protocol of questions when supplies are requested. They just send them, even though they more frequently were the incorrect ones! This company was the absolute worst to deal with. I would go without rather than ever deal with them again! If I were looking for a company I would appreciate and would give grave consideration to such a review as this one.

They are completely incompetent and can't deal with insurance. They are also rude. Corporate ICARE Team never returns calls. Use anyone else. Fire Departments frequently have some free medical devices. It is cheaper to buy a wheelchair than rent one if you need if more than a very short time. Don't bother with Lincare and their Nocare team.

They sent me the wrong supplies. Billed my insurance. I have been calling for 5 weeks and have still not received the correct supplies. STAY AWAY from this company. I got a different story every time I called. Even the managers lied.

I have been associated with Lincare since September 2018 when I went on CPAP therapy. This company sells supplies and inflates the prices in some cases by 100% I have found that Amazon sells identical products at substantially lower prices. This company places more emphasis on sales and bottom line than patient health and well being. Rather than effective counseling on keeping equipment clean, they just want you to buy new. I experienced a severe illness following Lincare's guidance. Look for other options for your medical equipment and supplies. Customer service is also extremely poor should you need to call them for ANY reason.

Lincare is by far the worst durable medical equipment company that I have ever encountered. No one seems to know anything there. Everyone gives different answers to the same questions even within the same departments. Managers and supervisors are elusive, they are never available to take calls, they never return calls or e-mails. Agents never know these managers extension numbers and as I was told, even if they did, they are not allowed to give it out. Lincare bills me and my insurance company for equipment that I do not have and has promised numerous times to correct but never did. They even send me "past due" notices for these erroneous charges. They supposedly have a patient hardship program which no one explains anything about and in the end you find out that even with your inability to pay, they just do not care and will hound you for it. Avoid Lincare and look elsewhere for your DME.

Called many times over one and one half months asking when they would send me a new cpap machine. Just called again and was told the order from the referring physician had expired 5 days ago. Fortunately I am able to leave this company and find a provider that cares about their patients.

Incompetent business
April 30, 2019

As I sit here on April 30th 2019 still waiting for my oxygen masks that I called and requested on April 12 2019. My insurance company pays for my machine Faithfully every month and yet I've got to fight to get oxygen masks. This is been ongoing for the three years I've had the machine. I've also realized that nobody's bothered to come to service my machine and a year-and-a-half. I firmly believe when you are renting one of their oxygen machines that you should automatically get mask sent to you monthly. You should not have to call to request them and then wait almost a month to receive them. Anyone ever try using old masks? The rubber gets brittle and hard. And just imagine the the amount of bacteria that's inside those hoses. I'm very unhappy with their service but I live in an area where there are the only ones that provide what I need. So I don't have the options to change.

You will be on call weekends and evenings without compensatory pay. Travel can be up to 2000 miles a month at only. 31 cents a mile in which the standard mileage reimbursement is .58 cents a mile. A very small stipend is given which does not cover the depreciation or maintenance on your vehicle. They will not cover your insurance deductible for any accidents and you are tracked by app GPS thru your company tablet and phone. It most likely will not be revealed to you that the majority of patients reside over 60 miles away. You will have limited training and compromise your Nurse/RT license with the many complex cases they will send you to at all hours because of late discharges. Many patients also have behavioral/mental issues. They will tell you there is a commission for pt/inr set- ups which you happen to only receive after the patient tests 4 times, there are limited patient commissions. Most of your time will be spent on care checks to SELL SELL SELL ventilators in which you will never receive a dime of commission. Another portion of time will be spent doing telemarketing calls asking patients why they haven't renewed they nebulizer medication $. Also, you will be told there are "center bonuses" which are very nominal. Matching 401k is only paid after a year of service, yearly increases are nominal. Other benefits are mediocre at best. You will work like a dog for this company but they never have your back and do not value good, honest employees. such a shame for a national company to screw hard working clinicians/nurses. Stay far away.
