Short and to the point:
Ordered jeans, received obviously used ones – unbuttoned, tags removed, strong perfume smell, stretched out. Size chart matched my measurements, but too big. Asked for return, told they would deduct $9 for shipping. Contacted them within 15 minutes of receiving the product. I would understand a shipping fee if I just wanted to return but when you sent me someone's used clothes, that's not right. Terrible experience, won't recommend. Will leave negative reviews. Do better!...There's NO way everyone on their website gave 5 stars, look anywhere online including BBB for proof. Sad. When I tried to post my review on their website it said my review didn't match their criteria LOL I guess not.

They are based in the US. Their clothing is wonderfully made and you don't have to worry about their sizes being too small. Almost everything runs ‘true to size'. If anything they might even run a little big. Great online retailer.

Lime lush boutique…Scam! Placed order for jeans requested the order to be altered due to incorrect sizes or cancelled with 15 minutes of placing it. Received an email 30 mins denying my request "it has already shipped." Received a tracking number days later. A month later it said "delivered". No package received. Ordered jeans on a killer sale deal through "lime lush boutique". I contacted the company and they said that I needed to check with my neighbors in my mailbox, door stoop, etc. Then they stated they would resend the pants for an additional cost. I refused. They offered me a 50% refund as this was "coming as a great loss to us too." I refuse to accept a 50% refund for items never received. Run fast and don't look back
