My mum ordered 2 dresses, paid almost 300 pounds, all arrived in horrible condition, no refund given after 30 emails sent. This type of website should be closed immediately. Any lawyer here who could help? It's so sad that people still are being scammed. Please don't order from them. No stars.

€160 for a little ball of thrash, wrong colour, bad fitting, crap cheap fabric, too late for wedding but you couldn't wear it anyway. Keep saying they will refund... 18 months ago, never ever be tempted to give them your money!

Bought Motherof Bride Dress the picture and fabric looked great quality. Paid £130 dressed arrived, absolutely cheap material shoddy so angry, going to bank tomorrow and reporting this site to the Tradin Standards. Feel such a fool

If I could give 0, I would. I ordered a dress and got a wrong colour dress cost of dress £126. The lace had holes. I could not wear this to my daughter's wedding. I sent complaint with pictures and was told I would get partial refund and up to now nothing. This was in August 2022.

Do not order from this company.

Communication is terrible
No refund for item tht was faulty, did not fit, and was the wrong colour
They lie and they cheat people out of money.

They do not deserve 1* and should not be allowed to trade in the UK

I have evidence of all their lies and deception and am taking legal advice.

I brought a dress for my wedding and when i eventually received it, the stitching was horrendous but worse than that, the dress did not look anything like they advertised and the material was shocking. After many, many emails they said i could not return it as it would be to expensive to return to China and for me to get it altered in the UK. I then asked for my money back, again after numerous times and they refused. I then said that i would take this further through my bank and they then offered me 10% for the price i paid! What a joke! Do not be fooled by their dresses and their customer services is as bad. I have been forced to leave a rating but in all honesty they dont even deserve that. I have learnt a valid lesson from this terrible and shocking website.

I ordered a 'Mother of the Bride' dress for my daughter's wedding a year ago.
Despite giving accurate measurements, I was made a dress that did not fit. When I complained,

Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding using the measurement guide they provided and paid for made to measure, it arrived in the smallest plastic bag parcel looked like it was vacuum packed, when it finally unfolded it was nothing like the dress that was in the picture and was to small, on contacting them they told me to take it to a local seamstress and get them to put it right. I emailed back and forth with them for 3 months never once did they give a return address, they said I would have to pay all return costs and because it goes to China it would probably get lost! I finally agreed to compensation which after more emails I got to 20% of the price I paid for the item which I am still waiting for. PLEASE don't have anything to do with this company they just want to take your money. I made my order February 2022 it is still ongoing at this point it is mid November 2022.

I ordered an outfit for my son's wedding allowing plenty of time, it arrived the afternoon of the wedding by which time I had purchased something else from a reputable company. I now have an outfit which is surplus to requirement. I approached Lilygown customer services to apply for a returns label and refund. I returned the parcel 'signed for' to a UK address which was on the delivery ticket. Lilygown have informed me that the parcel needs to be returned to China and that there is a risk of the parcel not getting to its final destination. Lilygown have offered a 10% refund which doesn't even cover the cost of the postage to the UK return address. I will be taking this further through legal bodies, Trading Standards and the Customer Ombudsman. Companies cannot be allowed to trade in this way. I know my consumer rights. My advice to other potential customers "AVOID LILYGOWN AT ALL COSTS"

I bought a dress from Lilygown for £82, it arrived and looks nothing like the picture. We've exchanged multiple emails and the most they're offering me is £20! Pleading with me to keep the dress as my return postage will cost more than the £60 difference!

Absolutely horrendous. Do not waste your money

I am yet another victim of this company. With the UK website I believed I was buying in the UK so ordered a dress for my daughters prom at 89.99. After reading lots of positive reviews on their website I was hopeful and excited. It arrived and was covered in white cotton like it had been washed with a tissue and also too large. I like the others on here do not like to complain but after asking for their returns address and for a refund of my money because the dress is faulty I do not seem to be any further forward. I feel so sorry you those of you that have bought them for weddings and hope that you are able to get some of the cost back. I am now proceeding a claim through my bank to see if there is anything they can do to help.

I paid £20, yes silly I know, for a dress which came and was at least 2 sizes too small, horrible material and dodgy zip. Have been trying to send back and get refund due weeks... they email me with new questions every 2 or 3 days... DO NOT use this website... lesson learned sady at a cost of over £100

DO NOT ORDER from this company they will scam you and not refund your money. Order a dress of them and it too 25 days to be delivered when it arrived it was damaged i emailed them saying I would like a return address and that it was damage (she photos attached) they told me to get it altered locally! Email after email they had an excuse and would not issue me with a returns!
Save your money and go somewhere that actually a legitimate company!

My Mum ordered a dress and jacket for my sisters wedding, it arrived with pulls in the dress and doesn't fit properly (it is far too big). The matching jacket is too small. They've refused a refund and suggested that mum finds a local seamstress to alter the dress and fix the pulls in the lace of the dress, and find some matching fabric to make the jacket larger so she can wear it. Not what you'd expect, and not fit for purpose. After several emails they still refuse a refund. They also go by JJ Gowns. Avoid at all costs, a complete scam

Do not buy from here! The worst experience and customer service! They are a scam. Ordered a dress that was nothing like the pictures, the dress smelt awful. They do not do your required measurements my dress had an extra 10cm hanging of my back. Asked for a refund as it's quality related and they refused and told me to get it fixed with my own money. They also kept it going for so long that I then would have to pay for shipping which was £60. Don't waste your money. They also have many websites with different names and changed the name so be careful.
