No one's 3-D designer tool works well, so I guess you don't have to feel that bad. I went in circles with service specialists(chat) trying to get info on where my order was in the queue. Called the number and after 5 calls, finally got an answer. Waited another week for trucking company to call me. The delivery guy was awesome! Helped me unload the truck by hand!

We felt that you should include better assembly instructions. There were different size screws, with no info about which sizes to use in which place. Also would like info on door hinge adjustment. Otherwise, assembly went well.

Not sure why your company didn't show up in previous searches, but glad that I found you today. The sample colors are very nice. I am still hoping to find a raised panel door that is available in white/ivory and a natural/light stain.

We paid for them to be put together. We were short some shelving hooks. Received correct amount of shelves, but unfortunately a few were wrong sizes. There was no damage and the delivery people were great and placed them in the house. Would buy from this Company again. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

Great experience, over all satisfied with my products. From ordered date to receiving the product was about 1 month. A few issues with some of the doors, but they are in the process of resolving. Would definitely go through them again.

Cabinets were a cinch to assemble

Cabinets were a cinch to assemble. Neither my husband nor I had any trouble putting them together. We would recommend having a damp rag handy to wipe off the excess glue that sometimes would ooze out. All of the pre-cut parts fit together like a glove. We purchased two separate orders of bath vanities. Both orders arrived timely and complete with no damage. The price and quality can't be beat. We will be ordering our kitchen cabinets soon. Thanks Lily Ann for a great product. The cabinets are beautiful and we can't be happier!

Clean looking website, and friendly staff

Clean looking website, and friendly staff. My email inquiry before placing the order went to the owner's son who was a great help. Only thing I would suggest is improving the search pages for product lines, like adding a cabinet width selector as a search criteria which would make it easier to find a wall cabinet for instance if you know you need 21" wide for example. Also. The word "Nickel" is spelled wrong in the cabinet pulls area... it says "Nickle"

Could have been a much better experience but ordered the sample door March 29th but didn't receive until the middle of May. This has caused me to feel especially skeptical in risking ordering cabinets.

I Learned about Lilyann cabinet from a friend and was very excited to get quality cabinets at a good price. His cabinets were beautiful. My experience, however, was not worth the cost savings. It stared off ok, with good customer service and quickly went WAY down Hill. I waited too long for responses, there was a lack of communication internally about who I was working with, design would come back incorrect, the auto response emails from Bill were AWFUL and inappropriately timed. And then I waited more than 3 weeks for my cabinets (after being told it would likely take 5 days). Blame was put on freight company (I don't care). It held up my entire kitchen process and cost me more money to my contractor. I could go on and On.

I do think Darryl was trying his best, and he did nice designs. He was kind and helpful when I did talk to him so I'd like to think he is not at fault for this experience.

The initial payed in full order was delayed two months. It was very difficult to find the correct wall filler as well. I was sent an overlay wall filler. The site was difficult for a novice. Won't try to do this type of ordering on line again.

Not sure I'd use this for my next remodel. Promised a
"1-14 day" shipping speed, but it took 21 days. Worse was they shipped a wrong cabinet. I ordered a sink base for our remodel, and they shipped a microwave base. I spoke with customer service, they 'owned up' to the mistake, but it's been over a week and still no response despite the fact I've tried reaching back out to them multiple times to see if the correct cabinet has been shipped or not. This means my remodel is about a month behind schedule - the contractors I'm using are getting fed up with me because the whole project is on hold until I can get this last cabinet.
Overall, the cabinets are well crafted and look really great. If I could have my last cabinet, this could have been a 4 or 5-star review!

One of the drawers came with no retention/removal clips so I had to superglue the back in. Also one of the faces on a base cabinet just fell off. Screws stripped. An extra cabinet was shipped by mistake and now I have to deal with returning that. Frustrating experience and shoddy build quality. I wish I had gone a with local company.

Design and ordering process was smooth, but my order took a really long time to be delivered - it seemed the order had been lost in the warehouse. I would also have appreciated more flexibility or direct contact with the shipper to accommodate our schedule - as we are only at the job site on weekends.

Bill was super helpful. Everything looks great in terms of price, quality, and timeliness. You guys are awesome! If I had one complaint, I'd say the handles felt a little cheap for the price paid. Everything else is 5 stars all the way.

A little more time consuming than you'd think but SUPER high quality product. I did send my farm style sink to my sales rep to ensure fit before buying the cabinets and it ended up not fitting but...the cabinets are super nice.

Richard Westgate was very helpful. The only issue was non availability of range hood which would be able to install without having cabinets on both sides, maybe a filler is available for the one right side which will be open and exposed.
