Richard Westgate was very helpful

Richard Westgate was very helpful. The only issue was non availability of range hood which would be able to install without having cabinets on both sides, maybe a filler is available for the one right side which will be open and exposed.

Great experience, over all satisfied with my products. From ordered date to receiving the product was about 1 month. A few issues with some of the doors, but they are in the process of resolving. Would definitely go through them again.

Bill Decker has been awesome to work with.

My only recommendation is for anyone looking to install a farm sink do the research first. We had to change our plan after cabinets arrived and we started putting them together.

Other then experience has been very positive.

So far everything has been great! We enjoyed working with Johnny. He was very helpful with suggestions, but not pushy at all.
One complaint we have is that we had to return a couple things and it took over a month to receive our money back for that.

This is my second kitchen I am remodeling with Lily Ann Cabinets, everyone said the kitchen in my previous home is what sold it so quickly. Great selection, simple ordering process. Can't wait to get started on this one.

Website was easy to use and the pictures and videos were helpful. Called customer service several times over multiple days to check on my order. It took perseverance to get a human. When I did, she answered all my questions concerning delivery. Freight delivery was missing part of the order, but CS quickly handled it. Very nice products!

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. The salesman Johnny K. Did fantastic with answering all of my questions as well as following up with the purchase and the warranty department sent speedy replacements for the missing or damaged parts. The only downside is I question the long turn wear of the painted finish as it seems to scratch easily, they sent two differently designed cabinets with the same part number, the screws for the hardware were to short to go through the cabinets, and lastly my biggest issue is the written instructions are horrible! They said to watch the videos...which is a total joke when your trying to assemble a product which has drying glue and have to rewind two times just to make sure you did it correctly. Truthfully the cabinets are nice and I would purchase them again, however there were some hiccups.

So far, so good. I am a bit apprehensive after reading some of the complaint issues. **Update** Defective parts of the cabinets were replaced and in a timely fashion. I was generally happy with the entire process, with one exception.

My suggestion is better packaging by the shippers in the warehouse. When I received the order (the first time) it was very poorly wrapped and looked as if it had fallen off the truck or dock. Maybe photos of product once it was loaded and before it was unloaded at the customer would help alleviate some of these issues.

So far so good, shipping Co lost items and things were delayed. Did receive all cabinets but the job was done and missing a wall unit. The shipper forgot to give me the trim so I had to waste time going back to pick it up. Took too long to get my order from start to finish

I man who is no longer there, messed up a few measurement of my cabinets. I had to buy three extra cabinets. And eat the cost of another cabinet. The quality is wonderful the cabinets look beautiful. They were delivered in excellent time. When you send in your room measurement please double check to make sure they are sending you cabinets to that size.
Some of the doors were put on the wrong direction, but that was a simple fix. I would definitely order from them again.

Ordering went very smoothly and I was well informed about my order all the way through the process. I had one door with some small scratches and filed a claim. It was responded to very quickly. Will be ordering additional cabinets from Lily Ann when my current project is complete.

Like the site, the green Live Help Box keeps re-appearing even after closing it. It opens right over product descriptions and is VERY annoying. If I close it, then I don't need it. If I want online live help, then place the box in a smaller non-obstructive location. Also, when viewing products individually not all drawings are accurate and actual product photos would be more helpful since I can't see items "live". Thanks

Not all of the requested cabinets were in stock and they did not want to do separate shipments and we needed to get going on the project and would have been fine with two separate shipments. Otherwise the cabinets are very nice and well made. Directions could be clearer and not all cabinets had videos on how to put them together. One cabinet was a different shade of white but the company shipped another replacement cabinet and also sent replacements for items damaged in shipping. We would purchase again from this company.

Everything arrived in good condition

Everything arrived in good condition. I am currently in the middle of installing. So far, I have one cabinet door which was messed up when they routed the outer edge. I will file a warranty claim once I finish installing the rest of the cabinets.

A couple of the instruction sheets were a little misleading. Showed or implied dovetail fits where it was simple a groove, but overall, everything has gone together to my expectations.

Excellent quality

Excellent quality. The cabinets are beautiful inside and out. Instructions for assembly are lacking. Also, the quantity and type of screws needed was not adequate. Length of screws varied greatly. We even had screws for aluminum which resulted in one being broken when installing glide rail for drawer. Sorting is a must paying close attention to overall length and head of screw.

Difficult to know exactly what is needed, especially for any finish areas. If you are doing standard wall to wall install, works great. If you have an island or exposed backs - hard to get the answers needed on product. These areas required jerry rigging by experienced contractor. Make sure to order extra materials so you do not get gouged for shipping on the reorder of small pieces.

Order process was simple and concise.
Our shipment was well packaged and all pieces accounted for.
Have not had a chance to put together any of the cabinets yet but the one we opened looks very nice and as described. So far we are very pleased.

Years later, I am still happy with the shaker white cabinets I bought in 2011, so I am planning on purchasing again for another project.

Browsing cabinets is quite cumbersome. There should be filters for size and type to help expedite the process. I've spoken to a few different people in the chat this time and the last time I ordered, and they always give off the vibe that the customer is a nuisance. Not overly helpful and lack the normal niceties. Otherwise, still very happy with the quality of the product and the value.
