Every thing went well

Every thing went well. I should have received more off of the price because of the fire sale price. Also the freight charge and handling is high for my last order, handles and one pull out tray. Other wise good job.

Web site and Reps make it easy to deal with. I ordered the Arlington white free sample and was very surprised on the color. The description should really be change to creamy beige not a creamy white. They were almost the exact color of our walls. So we placed another order for the second free sample in the Madison antique white. We are hoping it is more to our liking. The quality of the door sample we received was excellent. Having built cabinets before I know that the fit was very good and even liked the fact that rubber inserts were used to keep the panel from ever rattling.

The cabinet and hardware quality is outstanding

The cabinet and hardware quality is outstanding. The packaging was a work of art in itself and no damage was incurred in all the shipments. While there were rare shortcomings in hardware, quick replacement service made it a non-issue. The design and manufacturing precision of the cabinets made solo assembly easy (with the exception of the seven-sided lazy Susan cabinet where, especially for solo assemblers, the first instruction should be to get all ladies out of earshot). In a few places, the screw pilot marks for brackets or drawer hardware were a bit off, but easily remedied with drill and bit. The Bristol Linen was definitely a good choice of style and color for us; I continue to get very favorable comments on the installation from both our visitors and, most importantly, my wife.

I am very pleased with my cabinets. All pieces went together easily and tight. The doors and drawers required little adjustment, I was surprised. Fit and finish is great. I would definitely order this way again.

Easy ordering once I had my contractor verify layout. Contractor assembled for me since I ended-up with a fractured wrist. He only had difficulty with 96 inch tall cabinet when sliding the panels into grooves. Very solid, beautiful cabinets. I have a lovely kitchen!

Bill Decker was great and the quote and drawings were very well put together. Only issue was delivery. I would like to have had a specific date (they showed up 4 days earlier than expected) and one of the items was damaged in delivery.

We had some issues with a back order and glaze in a different shade... however, we did receive everything we needed after I spoke with John. You must have patience as you may not get to speak with someone right away. But anyone I spoke with was always pleasant. I am pleased with the quality of the particular cabinets I purchased and how easily they went together.

Overall the cabinets were good quality, just had some minor blemishes on some of the products but was able to work around them with a little planning ahead due to cabinet layout. Other people may have had to send them back and wait for new products however.

Company is great, quality is pretty nice. Freight company is a different beast. I know it's a national company and things happen, but the freight company is difficult to coordinate with, the drivers are in an extreme hurry with every process of delivery. Makes it feel that they are paid piece work or banned from any over time. Times and days are limited depending on which city you live in. Back to the cabinet company, the services there are great, even for fixing orders that got mixed up on products shipped. (Easy mistake with same pet number but followed by different letter for style.)

Awesome cabinets and very easy to put together.

Lazy Susan instructions could be better though.

Drawers are straight, doors easy to adjust quickly, the finish perfect.

No shipping damage, and the freight company unloaded directly onto my trailer for easy transport up the mountain to our house.

Overall we love the quality of the cabinets. I do wish you had some type of on line planning for the kitchen. But I understand why you might want to do that. As someone could design a kitchen then buy it else where.

But we made a few mistakes in measuring and lay out that would have been avoided if we had used some type of computer program to help us. So we are to blame no doubt. But I have design kitchen with that and there were no errors because the computer doesn't let you.

Second issue and not a big deal but could be better. With the door hinges you use. You cannot open two cabinets doors (up or base) next to each other at the same time as the doors hit each other. I have never seen that before in kitchen cabinets.

Overall quality looks good

Overall quality looks good. First drawer that I attempted to assemble was not built correctly, but they are shipping the correct piece. Next 3 drawers went smooth.
The kick area of the cabinets will need a trim piece as the front of the side boards are not finished. Wish I would have known that as it will cost me an additional $100 in shipping alone to get the trim pieces.

I loved the 3D design, it allowed an opportunity to visually see how the room would look based on the quote provided. I added a couple extra items and it was easy to call and get an updated quote. We installed ourselves & wish there were more detailed plans on installation (pieces required for each wall). We did end up making a few adjustments, because we didn't have detailed directions on the pieces for each wall.

There were issues with my order
August 2, 2020

There were issues with my order. It took nearly a month to receive the product instead of 15 days. I feel like there was a lack of communication between staff and it seemed like people were not on the same page. I had two separate shipments and some products were not delivered. The cabinets itself are good quality, but the service need to be improved.

Bill was very helpful. I would have preferred to talk vs email because I think it would have gone faster with less back and forth but it worked.

Some shipment boxes came severely damaged. I am not sure right now whether the products have been damaged yet. Due to weather issues, we've been unable to start this project until today. I am hopeful that the products were not damaged.

Product, price and the customer service provided by Bill III were all top notch. My only suggestion is to inform your buyers that the delivery of the product is "curb side". I'm a single woman but was fortunate enough to have a compassionate delivery man that went ahead and brought my pallets up into my car port.
