Great website, customer service and product selection. I'm very happy with the quality of the cabinets I purchased and look forward to many years of good use. We had minor challenges with getting the correct size of cabinets but we quickly found a workable solution. The staff was very helpful and professional, and I will definitely return as a customer on my future projects. Thank you
I had issues with the delivery. No contact was made from the delivery company to me prior to delivery up until 30 minutes before. The truck driver called me and stated he'd be there but, I had to reschedule him for another date due to my work schedule. Then at the delivery, the truck driver didn't have sufficient means to unload a pallet over 8' and we had to unload each box off of the pallet and onto my trailer. Two of the cabinet assembly kits were missing various pieces of hardware. (i.e. Face frame brackets, shelf retainers, screws) Lastly two of my 36" base cabinets had drawer faces come off due to them being pre-assembled from the factory with what I believe to be the incorrect length screw. I didn't find out until after I had glued and assembled all of the drawer boxes and was trying to install them into the base cabinet itself.
I received my entire purchase with very minimal damage. All 14 cabinets were in exceptional condition however the ply wood was crushed on all corners. I am so pleased with the quality of the cabinets that I did not complain. Thank you lilly ann cabinets for great service!
Appreciate the efficiency of the website and the ability to save a quote and edit it. Also liked the assembly videos. One negative - the gallery photos of York Linen were distorted and do not give a good representation of the cabinets in an actual kitchen. But overall, a very positive experience! Thanks!
PS - Received a sample door and very impressed with the quality. I look forward to installing these cabinets in my near-future kitchen.
The cabinets look great and were an affordable price. Darryl, my design specialist, was easy to work with and made all changes I asked for in a timely manner. Unfortunately, they took about six weeks to arrive. They were somewhat easy to put together, but I had trouble with some of the wood chipping off of the cabinets as I slid the pieces into place. Overall, a good cabinet for the price.
The overall customer service was excellent. Prompt responses to any questions and the replies were thorough. This is my first experience with the company and I have been very satisfied. The shipping and arrival was much quicker than I expected even though I ordered them on Christmas Eve.
My experience with Lily Ann cabinets was beyond expectations. I had shopped the home centers and one other cabinet "store" and found Lily Ann's prices to be much better with comparable quality cabinets. Lead time was better as well. I'm a DIY guy and a very pleased customer!
Fantastic! First of all, we spent at least $1,000 less than if we went to a big box store. Our cabinets arrived very quick. They were pretty easy to put together and most importantly beautiful! We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! I literally tell everyone about lilyann and highly recommend ordering cabinets from them.
After getting quotes from three different companies, we replaced our 40 year-old kitchen cabinets with Lily Ann's Shaker Espresso cabinets. Beautiful cabinets and quality construction. Saved about $2000 over similar cabinet from other sellers.
Cabinets arrived in about 12 business days. There was one problem with the order which Lily Ann resolved promptly.
Assembly is fairly simple. Assembly videos on their website are quite helpful, and when we got stuck we were able to call customer service for help.
We had a couple of defective doors and a hinge that wasn't working properly, as well as a drawer slide rail. We just contacted them today for replacements and are awaiting their response.
I've waited 3 months for this sale! Pantry was easy to assemble, and my wife helped me get the shell into the house before installing shelfs and doors. Match our existing cabinets and gave her lots more storage we were short of.

Solid wood cabinets of exceptional quality, instructions were clear if reviewed twice. We also viewed the video found on their web site. Wonderfully, every part of each cabinet was as called for down to the last screw.The construction expirtise was comprised of two mature female field biologists at 78 and 75 years of experience NOT including building cabinets. The first cabinet took us 50 minutes to construct...the last one took us less than 20 minutes. Job well done Lilly Ann. Thanks
I'm very glad to have found Lily Ann Cabinets. It seems to be the only affordable solution that offers high quality. I have not yet ordered my cabinets since measuring seems to be the most time consuming process without special software. But I will be ordering for my whole house since shipping is free over $2499.
Installed York cabinets for a partner two months ago (first I'd heard of Lily Ann) and ordered Antique White Madisons for my latest kitchen. Arrived in one week as ordered. One side panel had aesthetic defects but it will face an adjoining cabinet and never be seen, an advantage of assembling them onsite.
Love the 36" uppers and variety available. While the dovetailed fronts certainly made the Yorks stronger, the Madisons are still all plywood/real wood and are much better than the cabinets I bought from the big box store for my last rehab. Will likely order Lily Ann again.
Happy with purchase; however, one glass door has two stress cracks that I notified them about and still waiting for a follow-up response. Four stars for that reason as well as not the best response time. Miscommunication about my order was promptly addressed by another individual and not the assigned salesperson. This should not have to happen. Overall, they are beautiful cabinets at a great price so will purchase again.
This was my second kitchen cabinet purchase from Lilyann and I was once again very satisfied. These cabinets look great and are very well made. There was one cabinet door that arrived slightly damaged. I placed a quick call to customer service and they had a replacement shipped within a couple days. It arrived in perfect condition. I have recommended Lilyann Cabinets to several friends & family who have needed replacements and were looking for better quality than the large box stores.
The cabinets are a very good value for the money. They're not the highest quality cabinet, but they're not low end either. In the middle range, which fits very nicely to upgrade a kitchen or bath without breaking the budget. If you're careful when you build them you'll have a nice solid cabinet.
A few forgotten items on my quote but caught before orderesd. Overall very successful and easy
Some of packages came banged up. One had physical damage that you could see from outside the box. One of the doors was quite chipped despite the packaging being intact. Overall for the cost they are very nice.

Not bad, just don't like the instructions in boxes and the hardware varies from box to box, the videos are ok need to give more information, especially about the doors. They are never mentioned just appear on cabinets. My over all experience was good just surprised never got a call back from salesperson inquiring if everything was good.
