Not bad, just don't like the instructions in boxes and the hardware varies from box to box, the videos are ok need to give more information, especially about the doors. They are never mentioned just appear on cabinets. My over all experience was good just surprised never got a call back from salesperson inquiring if everything was good.

Many pieces had shipping damage, thankfully almost all of it abutted other cabinets except a gouge in the base under the sink. There's no communication after the initial email stating the order is pending. Some material was shipped and arrived quickly while the balance was to be picked up at the warehouse but I had to contact them 3 times to determine if/when the product would be available, only to discover that it had been sitting there all along awaiting pickup but I was never notified.

So far the process has been very easy and Bill was very helpful. I was amazed at how fast we received our order. I would definitely recommend Lily Ann to anyone looking for great cabinets at a great price with a fast lead time!

The hickory cabinets are beautiful!

The hickory cabinets are beautiful! Excellent quality and great customer service at every step of the way. The instructions were missing in a couple of the boxes and your company was extremely helpful in finding the video that guided us. Easy to assemble too.

After experiencing problems with my first order, the company really stepped up and replaced all of my cabinets with a higher grade at nearly the same low price and worked to get them to me within a tight time frame to meet my deadline...so they really bent over backwards to make it work! Outstanding customer service. I appreciate everyone who helped and would order from LillyAnn again. Recommended!

Impressed w/ the whole process. The all plywood boxes are a great positive for LilyAnn Cabinets. Units are very contractor/installer friendly. Having them assembled by the warehouse is a great, must use, advantage as well. Any issues w/ the product were handled and made satisfactory. I was a very skeptical contractor going in but LilyAnn made a believer out of me. They definitely receive my seal of approval. (for whatever that's worth);-)

Kevin was a big help when I was confused about free shipping. He has great customer service skills. I removed and enlarged my door to fit the sink base cabinet that was supposed to be assembled but showed up still in it's box. I was charged an assembly fee for the cabinet and still haven't received my refund for it not being assembled. A lot of extra work went into installing a larger door which didn't need to be done since the sink base cabinet was not assembled.

I had to reach out to customer service when I forgot to add a cabinet to my order. The service representative was extremely polite, helpful, and walked me through everything I needed to do to fix it. I didn't have to ask for my next steps, they were given to me in an easy, reassuring way. I have really enjoyed this company so far!

Still working on special built-in cabinet in bathroom. Received sample and it matches vanity and storage cabinet already there. Only hesitation is high cost of shipping. I would only be getting a couple cabinets totaling around $350. Shipping was going to be $250.

Overall, very good

Overall, very good. There wasn't a 30" sink base so we had to order a 30" two door cabinet and throw out the drawer guts (Only needed fronts) and a shelf. Seems wasteful. This is not true with all of the styles however.

We love the products and the prices

We love the products and the prices. We did have an issue with delivery not being on time a d not everything was there the first time. It put us behind in our renovation and cost us money because we had paid for the dishwasher to be installed by the appliance delivery men and they were unable because the base cabinet was one of the items that did not come on time. Otherwise, we've been pleased and our salesman, Chuck and the rep, Bill have been great with resolving our issues.

The website is easy to use, style and size selections were awesome, and no one could come close to the prices! Very happy so far!
Update...I received my cabinets in about a week. They came in two deliveries a few days apart. They are way more beautiful than I expected and of a very high quality. I couldn't be happier!

Ryan Swisher was extremely helpful and even provided a design picture what the cabinets would look like in our space.

We had a problem with the way the hinges fit into the cabinet doors, but Lilyann made it right with no problems

I'm very happy with my order

I'm very happy with my order. Great cabinets at a great price. Delivery was quick even with full assembly. There were a few scratches on the cabinets when delivered, however customer service sent me a touch up kit to fix. Lennon was very helpful throughout the entire purchase. Some cabinets came with doors and hinges pre-attached, some I had to do myself. Different hinges were used between the two types, and opening/closing is a bit different. It would be nice to have consistency. Also, some of the dovetails were too snug (even after cleaning out) and caused cracking in the cabinet face immediately after gluing. Half of the cabinets were not square after assembly (due to mis-alignment of the dovetails and grooves).

Customer service has been outstanding! My contractor was really impressed with the quality of the cabinets. Said they were better construction materials than the custom cabinets I had installed in my kitchen up north, that cost a whole lot more. Looking at other rooms in the house to remodel with LilyAnn Cabinets.
