I worked with Zain and Tracy...

I worked with Zain and Tracy...Shipping to our home in Colorado, but working with them from my home in Hawaii...The service they gave was TOP DRAWER! Highly recommend them. There was some confusion on the next order we placed. We received a base skin with a toekick cutout...not what we needed. We have been advised to contact customer service.
The products themselves are an excellent value.

Nice selection, web site easy to navigate, and we liked the saved quote feature. We were able to visit the nearby Largo warehouse and check out cabinet quality before ordering, which sealed the deal for us.

I have installed lily-anne cabinets in 5 projects now. Obviously I'm happy with the product. We tried another ready-to-assemble cabinet company for the island cabinets in one project and the quality was just not the same.

Shopping on this website was very easy and convenient. Customer service was good but the quality/condition of the products were poor. Even the skins the company sent me to cover all of the flaws had bubbles throughout and scratches where it was hard to decide which way to place them for the least amount of imperfections to show.

Cabinets were easy to put together and install. All face frames were straight and once other cabinets went next to them, all of them lined up. These are an exceptional product. Have installed other cabinets that cost 3 times more and these were as good or if not better than those cabinets. If I ever need any more cabinets, I would definitely use Lily Anne cabinets.

The were a few quality control issues, screw counts in hardware bags, out of date instructions. The cabinet were designed very well and are very nice. They are easy to assemble and very sturdy. I will definitely purchase again when I am in the market for new cabinets.

I received an additional freight bill for $120 because the driver brought the pallet 50 feet down the driveway with a pallet jack & put the cabinets just inside the garage door. It was considered an inside delivery. Ridiculous. The cabinets are being shipped to a residence. The driver wasn't asked to bring them in the house & never mentioned there would be an extra charge for moving then 50 feet from the curb. Guess I should have expected my wife & 5 month old granddaughter to move them from the curb.

We wish there were more assembly videos and guidelines. Also we are missing a cabinet. It wasn't ordered on the inventory, so it was overlooked by our design guy. I've tried to get a hold of him so we can order it, but have yet to hear back.

It took a long time to get responses to questions that I had. I also don't like how I have to scroll to find each individual cabinet size. It would be easier if the style of cabinet was listed and then the different sizes immediately followed in the same section with price. When unboxing my order I noticed that a few items were different. Example: I ordered two of the same posts, but even though they were labeled as them same they were two completely different designs. I also had a side panel that had no dado cuts so I could not complete the assembly. Despite this, Nick was quick to remedy the issue and sent replacement parts.

We have received the samples and are impressed with the finish and overall quality. The website is great. We will be ordering cabinets by end of summer. So far your prices appear to be HALF of other comparables. Hope this holds true when it comes time to order!

Overall the shopping experience was good.

It would be useful to be able to filter search results to narrow the choices presented.

The cabinets themselves were well-built but I had to move the drawer faces up a little bit to use the built-in drawer pull cutouts. There was not enough room to fit your hand between the drawer and the cabinet door below it.

I have received my order for York Saddle kitchen cabinets. They appeared to arrive in good condition. Lennon Weast was excellent to work with and even corrected a mistake I had made after placing the order. (That was very much appreciated!)

So far I have been telling others of the good price, quality, and service.

I am happy with everything except the assembly instructions. Some cabinets had none and even some of the online instructions had different hardware than what I have. I still haven't figured out how my lazy Susan doors get attached.

The experience was positive

The experience was positive. Currently working on designing another project. However, we ordered cabinets and had them assembled at the factory. The packaging, when arrived, was flimsy and the cabinets were not well protected. Other than that, the cabinets are well made, attractive and my designer listened to my needs and designed a great kitchen.

The only complaint I have is that the directions are terrible and should be updated. After you figure them out and put together one or two it is a breeze. Great product, just someone please rewrite the directions in English and update the drawings. This is your weakest link to a great product and service.

Some images are black and white drawings, which is ok. The site is really really slow to refresh or go page to page

I wanted to pick up the units but they were shipped anyways. I could have saved over$400. Total bummer.

Zain was wonderful!

Zain was wonderful! He worked with me through all of my questions and changes with a professional, understanding attitude. He encouraged all questions and answered each promptly. Thank you for a great experience. I am looking forward to my beautiful new cabinets! The delivery company that was used again told me that the product was out for delivery and my husband waited all day for them to come only to find that they were never on the truck at all. So, again, we had to wait an extra day to receive our products. The cabinets, hardware and service from Lily Ann Cabinets are WONDERFUL!

These cabinets are top of the line for a price that is affordable, and remarkable considering the quality. We had no problems assembling the units although a few details are missing in the instructions.
I was going to build my own cabinets in my shop. My old cabinets were built by me 30 years ago. Now that I have purchased and installed these, I am very happy I did not attempt to build my own, specially that I am now 30 years older.

Phone calls often go to voice mail and no return calls. Once I do get someone, they are always polite and quick to find an answer.

We received three different profiles of the light rail molding. Called on 5 different days and spoke to 5 different people ( one was supposedly the manager) and was promised 3 times, that the order would be corrected, and matching molding would be delivered. Six weeks later, I spoke to Johnny K, explained the situation, and we finally received them. Also spoke to Lindsey and she tried to get this resolved as well.

The quality of the cabinets are what we wanted but to get problems resolved, make sure and ask for Lindsey or Johnny K!

Lily Ann Cabinets has been just great with our many orders over the past year and a half. Kiel, here in Largo, Florida does a fantastic job taking care of all of our orders and assemblies! We especially like the fact that our trim packages are individually bubble wrapped and encased in plastic bags to prevent damage in transit. We expect to do many more kitchens and baths with Lily Ann. Sally Fretwell
