Lily Ann Cabinets

Asked for 3D design service. Got a list of cabinets with no explanation or design.
Customer service provided little help. Would have been beneficial if they actually told me what was happening rather than telling me the order was at the warehouse. Turns out the holdup was having to paint a couple of cabinets which by the way came out equal to the other factory painted ones. Would have really helped to understand the delay

Lennon was an excellent sales rep. He changed our layout multiple times until it was just right for our new house. There were, however, a few delivery problems. We received (2) of the wrong color cabinets and all of the boxes were labeled Charelston, instead of Bristol. The cabinets ended up being Bristol (what we ordered) but it was very confusing.

In the quote tool, I find that it often doubles the quantities for my list of items. This probably happened just about every time I went in to look at my quote and or modify it. It was annoying to have to go through and modify the quantity almost every time, some sort of glitch in the software, but could use your attention. Thanks, John.

Great experience. We ordered the cabinets and they were delivered within a week. The freight company made sure to have a truck with a lift gate. They called me to let me know I was the next stop. I left work, got home opened the garage and the driver placed it where i wanted. Great company, great price good quality.

The only thing I would change if I could is the inability to have any sort of say upon the arrival of the materials to my house.

These are quality cabinets. The customer support was excellent. I was apprehensive about making a large urchase without viewing, but they were all very supportive. My only tip is that I ordered the York cabinets and they have a wider cabinet door and drawer face so I would recommend a wall spacer.

I first ordered cabinets from another website. I was missing a cabinet and not able to get it from the previous place because they had discontinued that style. I found the same one on Lily Ann and for less! The website was much easier to navigate also. Thank you Lily Ann!

You have beautiful cabinets. Wish you had a few more sizes though. I had to order my cabinets elsewhere because I needed one cabinet in which it's size was not offered. I would have rather ordered from you. Thank you for you the free sample, it was exactly what I wanted.

Overall we are very happy with our cabinets. We had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly. After installing cabinets we have found that there were several drawer slides that the screws had come out of during transport. Found screws to be stripped out. We also have two drawer fronts that were loose but it was an easy fix to install screws from the rear to hold front on.

I ordered cabinets pre-assembled for a kitchen remodel project in preparation to selling my home. The quality of the cabinets received was outstanding and well beyond higher priced cabinets I reviewed prior to my order. Initially I ordered just the kitchen cabinets; however was impressed enough that I expanded the order to include the dining room and bathrooms.

I will order from Lily Ann Cabinets again.

We have been buying kitchen cabinets from Lily Ann for our flip houses for several years. Good prices and good quality cabinets always. Bill Decker does a great job of kitchen planning as well, and responds quickly to our questions and concerns. We continue to recommend Lily Ann to neighbors and friends looking to renovate their kitchens.

Extremely easy to order cabinets. Their customer service has not been good. I have been trying to get an additional shelf for my wall pantry and customer service has not gotten back to me. Very disappointed. I left two messages but no response.

*******803 Great website I received my product in good condition, and in a timely manner. I also spoke to a representative and he helped me a lot with the configuration for my bath cabinets. I will order again from them.
