Completely satisfied with the whole process and cabinets received.
Went together well and receiving lots of compliments from designers, real estate agents, and owners for the look of the kitchen. Home is now on market for $550,000.

Everything has been great, including Chuck. The only inconvenience is the setup of the website with all the cabinets listed in a very obscure way. It would be great to have a drop down with the different sizes and or grouping the types/sizes of cabinets for easier viewing and selecting.

Totally happy just gave the 3d design low because I never saw anything in 3d, maybe it was me or it just was really communicated well to me in how to look at it. Heidi was awesome as my designer she was prompt in getting back and answered all my question thoroughly.

The trim pieces were dented from shipping

The trim pieces were dented from shipping. Items should have been packaged better, all trim pieces were put in a plastic bag and shipped on the same pallet as the boxed cabinet. Both showed up road hard, cabinet was ok because it was packaged better.

We purchased five base drawer cabinets (2-15 inch and 3-21 inch) and one 24 inch sink base cabinet for our master bath remodel. The quality and construction are terrific and the cabinets are beautiful. Our only disappointments (and these are VERY minor) 1) the usable drawer space is somewhat narrow and 2) while they are listed as soft-close, the drawers don't close as easily as others we've had. However, perhaps time will 'loosen' up the soft-close feature.

Ordered 60" of bath cabinets, one 24" vanity and three 12" drawer units. The RTA design is nice and very sturdy. I didn't realize the drawer and doors were a MDF material. I would pay more $ for a hard wood of some type. Time will tell if they hold up to use. The soft closer hardware works...just a different touch than my kitchen cabinets I'm certain I'll get used to this over time. I did order a very expensive crayon and color pen ($22) to fix any nicks or dings.

Assembly was easy but the tongue and groove didn't always line up. Also, it doesn't seem like the sturdiest connection. However, all the cabinets are square and the support brackets sturdy them up. The only real issue that occured that when attaching the 'lock' to the drawer, it split the wood in one instance and we have not been able to repair that.

I've only ordered sample mini doors thus far, so I can not comment on the product but navigating the Lily Ann Cabinet website has been simple with a lot product variety. Chris Liu, one of the sales representatives, has been most helpful and friendly!
The samples I received are very helpful in verifying the color and quality of the cabinets. We're very impressed with the samples' quality and finish.

This has been an awesome experience. Great follow up and customer service. I would like to see the assembly instructions add more detail regarding the filler pieces, the kickboards, etc. The videos need to be updated as well to correlate with the assembly options now available. The videos were helpful to some degree.

Great experience and pricing! The customer service part was not the best, took 6 calls to finally get in touch with the guy in charge of replacements for damaged items. However once I got in contact I was able to get those items within 3 days, that was great!

Employees were too busy to respond-took all day to order. The shopping cart routinely doubled all items when editing a quote. I learned to empty the cart before I made changes.
Overall, even though the process was difficult, the price made the difference and I will order from them again. Next time I will order earlier to ensure a better experience.

It loads slowly

It loads slowly. It's hard see the total list of items. It would be nice to see pictures of cabinets in the color im ordering. The wording of the descriptions is odd. I thought I had ordered a glass door cabinets but it was a solid door. I'm ok with that but the site doesn't make it very clear.

I can only say that I had a great experience. My sales consultant Lennon was very helpful and patient...even when i had to call a week after to say I had made a mistake with the height of the cabinets. He and others were able to resolve my problem even with my order in progress.

The price was great. The quality of workmanship appears exemplary. I chose the option to have Lily Ann to assemble prior to shipment and that too was done very well.

I have already been telling others about my positive experience.

I may have a few more cabinets to order from them in the future.

The only thing i would have liked better is a larger picture of the detail of the doors, as in edges and routing on the panel. But I was very happy with the order. The cabinet is beautiful, very good workmanship. Very high quality. Thank you!

No Problems so far,ordered the farmhouse sink and cabinet but the cabinet came with two different faces and we installed the wrong one, by the time we figured that there were two,packed separate it was to late to change.so we now have a useless sink.I wish we were told about the sink base had two different faces.
