When the item arrived i was horrified to find the t-shirt had no hemming. I complained to Lilicloth who agreed, after some negotiation, to refund the full cost of the t-shirt which left me with just the postage to cover (about the same amount as the t-shirt!). It took a month and several prompting phone calls before the refund arrived but eventually it did. I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt and polite response from Lilicloth and that the company was willing to refund the cost. They accepted my feedback about how to avoid further such complaints by providing a better verbal description of their goods alongside the pictures.
Ordered five items at this site, middle of Aug., got two items about nine days later, waiting on the three other items, still in process 25 days later so... still waiting. Customer service showed me the tracking that I already know about and, I'm guessing that the last movement date was not a concern. Still waiting.
My order came quickly even though it was shipping internationally, Just an FYI - this is NOT a sweatshirt, it is a heavier terry lined long sleeve t-shirt. I do like it & the saying on front, but it is definitely not a sweatshirt.

1. It took over 18 days to receive order. Miss event, had to purchase a different gift.
2. Requested a return. Oh, I have to pay returning freight charges because you didn't do your job.
3. Washing instructions, website: Use the recommended amount of a premium detergent for delicate articles.
Silk articles need to be washed separately because they have a lower colorfastness than other fabrics.
Hand washing is recommended for delicate items such as lace, lingerie, wool, silk or very dark colors that may run. Using lukewarm or cold water under 30°C and squeeze gently. Turn inside out when hanging up and do not dry clothes in full sunlight.
The clothes should be at least 3 quarters dry before ironing. Ironing temperature recommended from 100°C to 180°C depending on the fabric.
The steam setting should be on high since ironing silk requires a lot of moisture. After the silkis lightly misted with water, it is placed face down on the ironing board and covered with a press cloth.
Avoid washing or bleaching for leather articles. Dry Cleaning is recommended for them.

The Lilicloth sweatshirt arrived in good condition. We are a bit surprised that it is lighter weight than we expected.
It was difficult placing this order. The website was not cooperating. Took multiple times before I could get my order in. I love the clothes so I kept trying. Asking for return authorization is a nightmare.

Sent unfinished merchandise and when I complained they said "it was the style". It did not specify that in the description nor did it show in the pictures that the sleeves, hems and necklines on many items were not stitched nor finished in any way. Ordered specific sayings, but received different wording on shirts. Said could send them back at my expense to China and mail being slow as it is, could not credit my acct until after it was received and examined by their personnel, which may take many months OR they could credit my acct. 15% of the items I complained about.
First, I was totally impressed by the fact I actually received my item so fast. The top is really made well. You definitely have to look at the size guide - as the sizes run a bit different... Will be ordering again :)
The email I received would show a tracking number in the title, but then when I opened the email, there was no tracking number. It took almost a month to receive my purchases. It is highly unlikely that I will ever order from this merchant again and I will share my experience with others if they ask. I definitely will not recommend this merchant to anyone I know.
I love the idea of snarky shirts but could have used better sizing chart. The one is a bit too big (the sleeveless one) and the other is rather snug. Not to mention it took almost 30 days for them to arrive.
