Ordered a large women's sweatshirt and when received, it was more like a small and not a large. Now it costs way more to return than what the product cost in the first place. Sizing is WAY OFF the mark.

Welp. Their designs, in the online catalog are awesome…sometimes when they send the actual clothing item. It's hyper pixelated. Meaning on the small pic of the sweatshirt w a pic of the graphic imposed on said sweatshirt. It looks awesome BUT WHEN THEY BLOW UP THE PIC TO PRINT ON SAID SWEATSHIRT…. ITS FUZZY.
Next thing…SHIPPING TIME… if you carefully pay attention to the SHIPS W/IN 24hrs, you're ok. Perfect. If you choose something w/o that moniker. It'll be 3-6 weeks
Quality/sizing are hit/ miss as well. Some stuff ID have paid $30 for some stuff I wouldn't have even purchased had I kno the fit or quality were that far off.
Overall, I'd give them a 3.8 because I've gotten some SuperCute/ high quality stuff… my picker is getting better too.

I love the shirts but you should have a post where it says that these clothes fit small, I'm a medium so I ordered a large just to be on the safe side and they're still too small, I don't like wearing shirts that are tight but these all are. I don't know if it's Chinese sizes? Or why they fit the way they do but I'm not happy with the fit

I opened up a little package that was supposed to have contained a mans jacket. To my sick surprise I realized that I had been taken since it was an insult. I understood that I was getting the pictured item for half off but that I could never return it was not to my knowledge on your ad page. The piece of a, well I have no idea what to call it, but it was not a jacket, and the material must have been made from shredded bamboo or some skimpy matter I have never seen in all of my years. My wife said maybe it was designed for a woman, and she tried it on, and came back with "I would not wear that to take out the garbage wearing that. It must be a recycled product an that would be fine, but it is so thin that it would be of no use to wear during any season, and I can not say enough bad things to have you feel as we feel. Yes we were going to purchase some of you great pictured t-shirts, but fortunately that will never happen since we know that you neither back or make a good product. We learned our lesson. Thanks.
Despite investigating for any indication of delivery time, I could not locate. I assumed the goods might take several days, but no more than a week. However, my items (simple sweatshirts) took well over a month and have missed being handed out to my children who have since completed their summer stay and returned to their homes overseas. It is completely unreasonable that orders take this long to fill. Perhaps the company knows this and that's why delivery estimates are not provided, but over a month is not acceptable for general expectations to items simple items ordered on line. I will not order from this company ever again.
I never received my order. They "claim" it was FINALLY delivered after 3weeks waiting. They "claim" it was delivered by US Mail but it wasn't. I have 1-3 packages delivered by mail weekly with no problem. I followed all the steps to let them know I never received my package, but they just kept saying it was. They never offered to refund or replace. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do NOT purchase anything from Lilicloth!
All of my orders have been delivered in a timely manner. All orders were exactly what I ordered and most of the items were exactly the way the sizes said they would be. Had only one that was larger than expected, I will throw it in the dryer!
Didn't know how I would feel about so much synthetic fabric, but it's really not bad. The sweatshirts are more like long sleeved t shirts. Order big! I found the sizes seem smaller than I thought they would be, and I thought I ordered my shirts plenty large. I thought the jewelry was pretty nice for such low prices. I think these shirts are so much fun! Thought everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Merchandise was fine. Original delivery date given was way off. In trying to track it, it was handed off to a third party. On the original day of delivery scheduled, I got a message telling me my address was incorrect and I needed to pay a re-delivery charge. I fell for it because I was expecting this particular package. So lots of headaches with cancelling my credit card and getting a new one. I tried chatting and they were talking to multiple people at once, so I was extremely suspicious. I had to end the chat due to time it was taking. I won't order again. I would worry about my information being compromised.
Ordered 2 shirts for my daughter and I know that I put her name and correct address (141 Eaton St.) in the ship to section of the order. The first part of the order was sent to me, not my daughter at (41 Eaton St.) and I received an email from Lilicloth that the package was determined by USPS to be undeliverable and was going to be disposed of. She was able to go to USPS and retrieve the package but the second part of the order was never received. It was a white 3XL Awesome Dad T-shirt and the main reason I placed the order in the first place. The quality of the first shirt was awesome and I'm sure the second one would have been too if she would have received it and I'd be writing a glowing review right now. I hope someone at Lilicloth reads this and contacts me because I would like my daughter to receive the shirt I paid for.

The only problem I noticed is to be sure you are ordering t-shirts or sweat shirts, hard to tell when ordering.
1st, nowhere did it say that it would take a month to complete. I placed the order August 10th it is now September 9th and I only received one shirt the last week, 2nd one is somewhere in transit they were both a birthday gift for a friend! The birthday has long

Order two sweatshirts and was very disappointed with the quality and design. When I wanted to return them was told about everything I had to go through. Not a easy process at all. I will never order from them again and will warn my friends that the site is no good.
Discount prevented me from getting free necklace. Only needed $5.84 to get. They wouldn't allow additional purchase. Tried to cancel order but they offered discount to keep it. No discount received.
The sizes are not true to size. My size came in as an extra large instead of a large. I ordered an extra large for my daughter and hers came as an 2x. We are keeping them this time but will be careful in the future when ordering.
