We saw a tee shirt on your website and loved it. Ordered the product and received it in good condition. It was of good quality and the sizing was correct. However the shipping took several weeks since the product was shipped from China and had to clear customs. The communication was very good as far as the location of our shirt.
I ordered an item 10 days ago, and received an email that it shipped, but they cannot provide a tracking number for the shipment. They keep citing the COVID problem but still do t respond to requests for a tracking number. Apparently this is a company in China that purports to be American. I am beginning to feel a scam. The birthday for which this was intended is long past.
Sending this gift, as a token of my appreciation, resulted in a young lady recipient being thrilled and overjoyed upon receiving this surprise!

The product itself is very good quality. However I was under the impression that I would get 50% off my first order which I did not. That was a little disappointing that it was not more clear how and when we could get 50% off.
The items I ordered ($79 worth) were all too large. Wanted to send back for a smaller size. Had no idea I would have to return the items to CHINA (buyer is responsible for shipping costs) which would cost me $50 to ship. There should be some where in the USA that items could be returned to. There is an Inglewood, Ca. Address but the items have to go back to CHINA. I can't use the items because they are too large! Lilicloth offered a 25% rebate which amount to around $19! Will never order again!
