I received a defective sweatshirt from Lilicloth and sent them pictures to demonstrate the defect and they will not make good on replacing the shirt. The right seam is three inches longer than the left and the right arm hangs baggy underneath as a result. It costs more to ship the shirt back to China than what the shirt is worth. BEWARE and do not order from this company.

Shipping is outrageous. Sizes are inconsistent. I followed the size chart but products did not fit. And they were clearance so I can not return.

Easy to order, great selection. Hard to track - status has to be manually translated. Tracking status is not timely - weekly (if you are lucky) updates. Tracking updates are vague - "at port", "Warehouse"... what do those mean? Finally, no one really knows when your order will arrive... 20 days... 30 days... who really knows?
The shopping is fine. In my experience the sizes are not true size for me. I chose my t-shirts by bust/chest size in inches.
