After I ordered 10 days before Christmas and didn't get a confirmation email, I began to have my doubts about this operation. That led me to find a lot of negative reviews and so I didn't hold out much hope of either getting what I ordered or getting my money back. Christmas came and went and I had pretty much given up when my order arrived yesterday. It was actually nicer quality than I thought it would be and so aside from the lack of communication, they did come through. Their website doesn't mention that they ship from China so if you order, wait times can be lengthy.
They sell cheap knock offs from China on this website, NOT as pictured in their online catalog. I ordered a pair of slip on patchwork sneakers: The insoles are LITERALLY cardboard. The sides of the shoes are shown as padded in the picture but have absolutely no padding. The walls of the shoes are glued down to a cheap plastic base. Absolutely no arch support. Even has a fake side label with nothing printed on it! When I tried to return they told me I had to send the shoes back to Guangzhou, China OR they would give me a cash refund of 15% of purchase price! What a scam. Stay away from the knock off stuff they are selling - you will only be disappointed. It's nothing but overpriced junk.
The buying experience was fine, only there's always a gap between what you see online and what you actually get. I got some of what i wanted--cool, soft nightwear with no seams or fussiness. The fabric is almost icy in feeling, good for summer when I was thinking winter. Sleeves a bit short & the neck label is itchy--why do we still need those?
I have already made several orders for clothes in this online store, only once was it a controversial case, but everything was resolved easily and without drama. Good prices, fast delivery. Very good online boutique.

Returns, if needed, are hassle-free as postage is deducted from the refund, so you can quickly put it back in the post using the supplied label. He has been a satisfied customer for years. Big range of clothes. Good quality for the price. Same sizes vary what is a bit of a shame as 2 of 4 Shirts are to big. Delivery quite quick to Australia although it took about 10 days to leave China. Customer service average, needs to be improved! The parcel delivery guy left my parcel outside the apartment building! Lucky me it was still there when i got home. Maybe add kids clothes?
Clothes photographed really well. The quality. Almost like polyester... this is not something I would ever wear. It is such a shame because they were nice to look at online but substandard fabric ruined it for me. I gave everything away to a women's shelter.
I like the products, it's frustrating that some things are out of stock. Shipping could be faster and a little cheaper. I'm anxious to see how everything fits. Some of the T shirts although being labeled the same size, didn't fit as well as others.
I purchased 2 items for my wife mid-Nov for X-mas, a beanie hat and sweatshirt. She opened them on 12/25 and (i) the sweatshirt colors were way off from the web photos, and (ii) the material is build is incredibly cheap. Both items are new, in the original packaging, and never opened but the Company refused to issue a return citing their policy is just 15 days. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the vendor and they said:
"Sorry for the inconvenience. We will always strive to improve the quality of our products and strive to create a better shopping platform"
They offered no remedy or return. If you buy from from this vendor, BEWARE!
Lillicloth specifically advertised "leather shoes".
I foolishly bought three pairs, expecting lower quality but real leather.
The shoes fell apart under light wear immediately and I could see that the paint over plastic foam was peeling, and the soles came off at the toe and heel. It was clear that there was no leather in this shoe at all. It looked like leather but was not leather anywhere.
The company refused a return or refund and I understand that any refunds they do require shipping product to China.
Bad product quality.
False advertising.
Poor or non-existent customer service.
I recommend not doing business with Lillicloth.
Bad actors in the real world.
Shirts took forever to get to my home. Showed up after return date. Sayings were put on like the 70's era shirts. Not sublimated or of substantial quality where I could actually wash the shirts without having sayings come off. Won't buy again. Chinese junk!

I am delighted with this website, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, I made a credit in my client's space to reorder. They are wonderful!
Took a long time to get my order. Was not certain how to track. Don't much care for the very lightweight fabric, but since I'll only use it briefly (for Halloween) it's not worth sending back and paying for shipping.
Second time i have ordered both times merchandise is of good quality only drawback is shipping times, everything gets here eventually and sometimes one order comes in two or three separate deliveries would be nice if they had a warehouse in the United States and stuff would arrive in a week instead of three but overall very satisfied so far
Took forever to get, and then it get worse from there! The material is gross! What looks like a sweatshirt isn't & the leggings are so thin they are see-through! The sayings are cheap rubber some were already lifting off! I will never order from this rip-off site again!
One of my tshirts turned up without hems. I'm not sure if this was on purpose, to go with the tough image of the shop, or an accident. It's a non fraying fabric so I'm only a little concerned by this and all my other products were very good.
Site is a little glitchy and slow, also didn't find a way to display prices in AU$.
But the products are interesting and funny.
Despite investigating for any indication of delivery time, I could not locate. I assumed the goods might take several days, but no more than a week. However, my items (simple sweatshirts) took well over a month and have missed being handed out to my children who have since completed their summer stay and returned to their homes overseas. It is completely unreasonable that orders take this long to fill. Perhaps the company knows this and that's why delivery estimates are not provided, but over a month is not acceptable for general expectations to items simple items ordered on line. I will not order from this company ever again.
I ordered about six items all different style shirts, long sleeved and sweater shirts. I liked the styles online. Overall the colors of the fabric are vibrant but the fabric is a little thinner than expected. Which is okay for me since I live in a warm area most of the year. I did notice after one washing that some of the lettering has started to peel so I don't expect this to stay on much longer with multiple washings.
