Website is easy to use with a wide and imaginative product selection. Quick checkout process is appreciated. Products all come wrinkled and ironing is needed right away. Labels show images for product care that I did not understand, so I had no idea what they were telling me. Called customer service and was pleased with quick response. "Iron the clothing or use dry cleaning" I was told. I would NOT have bought this clothing if I knew dry clothing was required and I do not have an iron. Washed in cold water and gentle cycle, then dried in low heat. All came out just fine.
My Oder was enough that I should have had free shipping. Throughout my checkout it said free shipping due to amount over $, after putting in my payment details oh look the price jumped up because they added a shipping cost. This will likely be a last order. Not impressed, a little bit of false advertising going on there. Despicable behaviour, and to top it off one of the items was damaged.

Although the items I've received for my order so far seem a decent quality, some of the sizes are wrong. I'm receiving XL when I ordered L. Not worth the cost of returning them for exchange, delays in shipping, etc. And they aren't noted for being responsive to refunds. Guess I'll be donating some items.

This is my first order; went smoothly. Doesn't deserve to be called a sweat shirt. Not decent to give as gifts. Paper- thin cloth. Nothing more than a cheap t-shirt with ridiculously long sleeves. Will never order from this site again.
Shipping was faster than other websites. The shirt I ordered was too small. Customer service refunded my money because there was no longer a larger size. They were quick to help and gave me several options that I could choose from that best suited my needs.

Clothing is of an inferior quality being made from cheap synthetic material. Pictures look great but don't expect your clothes to look like them! All clothes fir poorly as well and are generally to small and shrink! I did order 10 items and have retuned 7 months ago! My refund has NOT happened. Despite my following up and emails never being responded to, there is still no refund! I have definitely learnt my lesson on purchasing from China! Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money!

I loved the fact that you can check the size before ordering. It makes it much easier. There are certainly a lot of clothes to choose from in this boutique on the internet, very happy with the product upon arrival here.
Was excited about my order but very disappointed when they came. Dresses print was blurry and washed out, t-shirts length short and sizes varied for all items, even though I checked size measurements before ordering. Then found out returns have to go to China. Very disappointing!

Easy enough with good choices would be one way to say it. I think they have a pretty decent selection of clothes and once I realized where they came from honestly I expected junk but was pleasantly surprised. Clothes ran true to size in my opinion.

Products received are not like the ones pictured on website. Buyer Beware! Very poor quality, and thin cheap material used- not at all like what is pictured on website. Very deceptive business practices. They will not accept all items you want to return and then it will cost you a fortune to send them back to China. This company is not even worth a one start rating.

I bought a shirt as a Christmas gift and it arrived on Dec. 9. It was too small for the recipient, so I contacted Lilicloth on Dec. 26 (17 days after arrival) because I wanted to exchange the shirt for a larger size. They don't do exchanges, only returns, which is fine. However, their return policy is 15 days. Period. They refused to take back the shirt even though I was going to buy another. I replied again, trying to appeal to their sense of fairness or reasonable behaviour, but they still refused. So for the sake of 2 days, they've lost any future sales from my entire family. Congratulations! Other products that I also bought from them are relatively poorly made and the sizing is way off.
Everything was fine throughout the ordering process until I placed the order. First it took a long time to fulfill and second the updates were non existent. Simply thanks for the order and we'll let you know when it ships. Nothing upfront about lengthy lead times. That would have helped to temper my expectations.
They took my money and never sent items. Customer service gave me two different fake tracking numbers, both show item never delivered. They first claimed that it was delivered, then said they were waiting for it's return from Chicago. I live in Hawaii. That was over 7 months ago. Each time I contact customer service, they say I should be patient, that they are still waiting for the package return to them in order to give me a refund I know it will never happen, but get great pleasure in wasting customer service time nonetheless, in hopes that in some little way I can contribute to their company's demise. Let's hope karma is real!
