I have shopped on the internet here several times. The clothes are perfect that allow me to buy very modern clothes updated all the time! The delivery speed is also fast.

I was completely unsuccessful at checking out on my laptop. The "proceed to checkout" button would not work to move me from reviewing my order to purchase. After an hour it occurred to me to try logging in from my phone. After several tries that finally worked. AND THEN I was able to see that shipping would be12-15 days, with no option to expedite. VERY dissatisfying.
When the tshirts arrived I found the size labels confusing: what is size I?
I was giving them as gifts. I would have appreciated a small repeat of the graphic outside the packaging so that I did not have to completely unwrap the shirt to see which one it was.

Website has a variety of styles mixed together. Have to click on each item color to see a picture of what style garment is. Very time-consuming and frustrating. PayPal interface difficult and failed often. Had to try 4 times before interface worked.
Items not true to size. Advise you order two sizes larger than you think you need. Took extraordinary long to arrive. Even from China, the shipping time was excessive. Would not purchase again.

Web site works well. Not Lilcloth's fault that the shipping pipeline was all hosed up this season, but still, it would have been nice to have had these shirts by Christmas. Oh well, live and learn.

Our experience was mixed. The good news is that we eventually received everything we ordered, and the quality was also acceptable (some of the shirts arrived wrinkled and remained that way after washing, so may need ironing; not exactly what was hoped for). Whole process was very slow--took over a month from date of order until receipt of final package. The tracking process was cumbersome and slow; there was no direct link to a tracking number. There was also no interim communication of order status, so we actually kind of forgot about it for awhile. Ordering from this website will require patience and some degree of comfort with on-line ordering using an unfamiliar process. For example, we had difficulty reconciling the discounts posted on the web site with the actual amounts posted to the order. Response time to emailed questions is not quick, but you will hear something eventually. I think most difficulty was dealing with a non-domestic vendor which may have been experiencing supply chain issues.

I ordered, I waited, I received a pair of soft supple leather boots.

Liked some of the sayings on the shirts and sweatshirts. Am in dire need of a need sweatshirt but what I understood to be a sweatshirt, arrived as what would be termed a long-sleeved t-shirt. I do like it but now still need a sweatshirt. Nice shirts.

The shirt apparently runs small so it is a little more snug than I expected. So you may want to order one size up. Also the shipping cost was too expensive.

Love the selection. I did find the sizes a little on the small side compared to usual Canadian sizes.

So far so good, except when something is in the cart it should be protected from being sold to someone else. It was iffy if I was buying something or not. So, by the time I was checking out I couldn't tell if I got what I wanted or not. Things would sell out etc. The items in the picture look 100% cotton, but the actual items were something else. Also, the sizes are smaller than listed. I will see this Christmas how they wear since I bought mostly Christmas Shirts.

Selection good. Prices fair. Shipping takes a longer than expected.

Product was delivered in a reasonable time. Quality was good. It was as pictured on the web page. Very satisfied.

Shirt was still small after ordering a extra large..

I ordered 3x, because all of my clothes are 3x, but none of the 3x items I ordered fit me. I was not able to find a customer service phone number. I will never order anything from your company again nor recommend you to anyone!

Love these shirts. I really like the lightweight fabric. It's perfect for northwest Florida in winter!

Your discount codes are less then the actual website amounts.
Then a few items on the order states out of stock.
Shipped in like 3 packages.
Quality of clothes is not the greatest.
Sizing is all over the chart. 2x and 3x fit better then the 4 x i had to gift my daughter as it was too small.

My husband liked the shirt. It was supposed to be for Valentines Day but came late.
