There appears to be no standardization in sizing. I ordered 5 t-shirts; 4 in 1 size & 1 in the next larger size. Only 2 were the same size when held up together & tried on. There also seems to be a quality control issue. I had ordered 2 exactly the same shirt & size. One had no finished hem on sleeves & bottom while the other did. While the material is stated as "cotton-blend," it feels like 95% synthetic. This company is located in Hong Kong so it took weeks to receive my order. I love the sayings they offer so will keep the shirts to wear around home, but will not purchase from this company again.
The men's tee-shirts run small. When I tried get a trade for a larger size, I was told that they "didn't do that". Finally ended accepting a discount and keeping the merchandise (which I cannot wear). Poor customer response. When I tried to do a "return" from their web site, the site stipulated a 48 hour processing time. A week later, it still showed "Processing". Contacted their customer service via "chat" and got the issue resolved (see above).
I like all the graphics and sayings, but having all the available fonts for each saying would make things easier, rather than having to scroll through multiple pages hoping that the saying is available in the desired font. But, maybe that's the purpose - making customers scroll through multiple pages hoping they find what they want.
Your website state there was a code for $30 off of $139 my subtotal was clearly more than that and I was told it could not be applied. Not cool! Also stated that there is free shipping with orders over $109. Again, that did not happen until I had $159! False advertising!

I have made two purchases online here I have not found any problem. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. It is cheap but without losing quality, so I am happy to recommend it.
I ordered 5 shirts on 5/30/22. They have not been delivered as of 6/10/22. I contacted them and they told me not to expect them until 6/22/22. The event I wanted the shirts for has passed. I asked them for a refund and they refused. I looked up where it was shipping from and the order is coming from CHINA. They don't tell you this when ordering the shirts, in fact they appear to be a local American company. Stay away.

I had to return a beautiful dress on this website that I bought for my niece, it was my fault, I chose the wrong size. She received professional help. I felt really bad, but they made me feel so much better by giving me a store credit and a chance to buy again. Thanks for the great service.
I bought several sweaters of different sizes for me and my daughters: S, L, and XXL and they were all true to size. The prices were reasonable (some were very cheap) and the quality of the material was quite good. The only downside is that they ship from China, and it takes around 3-4 weeks to arrive. I would not recommend it if you needed the items by a certain date.
Very easy to do. However, nothing fit. I didn't realize that this came from overseas. I learned a very valuable lesson; be sure and find out where you are ordering from. Evidently the sizes are completely different in England and China.
They no longer ship. Any emails to customer service bounce. I made my purchase through PayPal and made a claim when I didn't receive anything, not even a confirmation of my purchase. The reply was auto generated with a phony tracking number "XYYEX*******540YQ" likely used on all replies. The tracking link provided is also phony. The email also states "contact XXXX with any questions". That's right just 4 capitol X's.

I am really pleasantly surprised! It looks great on me and I was concerned that most long dresses are too long. I can wear flat shoes with the one I buy online here and it's perfect for the summer. You should be modest when sitting to avoid showing too much, as the slit is high and seems to rise a bit when sitting.
I loved the graphic t-shirts (some of them are hilarious!) but the shirts themselves are very poorly made. The material is a poor quality cotton that shrinks by 25 percent on the first wash, the sewing used only a single thread cover stitch (if it breaks the whole seam will quickly unravel), the iron-on transfer on the t-shirts is spotty so that the color of the t-shirt bleeds through, and I received two shirts with misspelled words!
The delivery took a while. The L and XL are the same size on two different designs. One month later, the $ for two of the seven shirts ordered was returned to my account without notice, leaving me waiting for nothing! Nice quality at a decent price though.
I ordered two shirts and one came in a package that was previously ripped open and the shirt used. Looks like someone returned an unwanted shirt and they turned around and shipped it to me. Gross!
Material is thin too. I should have listened to the negative reviews.

Everything is all cute on the pictures, when you finally receive your package quality is substandard, cheaply made and sizing is all wrong. On part of my order they shipped me the wrong shirt the other was defected. Customer service is a whole different issue. If you try and return the items that were (their error) it goes to a Chinese address and cost a fortune to return $27 for one shirt so they will offer you a 15% refund and you can keep it that's only $3.90 on a $26 purchase. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to learn quick they are making a fortune on a bad quality product and poor customer service.

So you can understand why we love your shirts but I'm a little disappointed with your expedited shipping cost. If I would have known how long it was going to take I might have had them ship that way - they were Christmas presents and I had hoped they would be here before Jan. 22.
