They no longer ship. Any emails to customer service bounce. I made my purchase through PayPal and made a claim when I didn't receive anything, not even a confirmation of my purchase. The reply was auto generated with a phony tracking number "XYYEX*******540YQ" likely used on all replies. The tracking link provided is also phony. The email also states "contact XXXX with any questions". That's right just 4 capitol X's.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. It is no longer a real company. All you'll receive are bounced emails to customer service. I purchased with PayPal and they weren't able to contact them. All they supplied through PayPal was an auto reply with a phony tracking number and advice to contact them at "XXXX". Yes, 4 captiol x's.

They are currently running an ad saying they have US stock of N90 masks. That is a lie. I tried ordering some that were supposed to be in US stock and it still says 25 days until delivery. I tried ordering an electronic item last year and received a small empty envelope from China weeks later. They claimed the item had been delivered. Despite what the email says, there is no tracking information available. On their website it shows the order but states no tracking information will be available.
