Nice shopping experience. I will shop here again! When I found this site I was shocked, all the clothes were so different than anything else I had seen, I love them! It was such a pleasure to see all these wonderful styles, colors, patterns and so much more. I placed an order for everything, and I love all of it The only thing is some of the items runs a bit small. Not really a problem because this gives me an excuse to wear my clothes a little tighter!

Bought $125 of t-shirts for my daughters, had wrong size. I was told I could get an instant 40% refund or pay to ship to China and get a refund in 4-6 weeks. I was mad and took the shipping to China option, they said they would send a RMA and shipping instructions. Never got either.
Second point, the t-shirts have great graphics but the material is very cheap light weight, second washing and we had the bacon neck. Don't waste you money

My biggest problem was trying to find out where to return items that were a bad fit….I understand the return should be within a certain time frame but the web page had me going in circles until I finally got a response. The phone line was a dead end for that address as well. But I do love the products that fit and always get compliments on them. See you again!

Love all the garments. Underestimated the shoe size though. Cute shoes and I would like another pair in a size bigger. If possible.
Great to shop with you and to be able to purchase lots of beautiful pieces for my granddaughters birthday (12) when my budget is minimal.

I ordered some items on December 4 with the impression that it would be delivered before Christmas. Today I find out that 3/4 of my order will not make it for Christmas. I went on a chat with a representative but still did not get any resolve on my delivery. I am just hoping after seeing all these reviews that the items I ordered are not bad or extremely not worth the price I paid. Sad day knowing I will not get my brother's gifts for Christmas which were very unique and never saw them anywhere else. Lastly had I known this was not in USA I would have never placed this order. Live and Learn

I've ordered twice from Lilicloth and will never again. I have received wrong items both times. Second time I order what was supposed to be items containing cotton blends but upon receipt found the clothing were polyester/rayon blends which I would never wear as not breathable. I immediately started process for return but did not hear back. I contacted Lilicloth and was sent the option to keep items and receive 25% of my $ back or return but have to pay for postage to China. I am very dissatisfied! Buyer beware...

Your shipping cost are outrages. I wish you had a tracking method and current info where in the process the item is. Your products seem great, yet pricing and shipping are an issue. Would like to store shipping addresses for multiple locations. Cheap fabric. Burlap bag with a design.

Pictures make clothing look better than in reality. Some things fit, some did not. Learned to seriously examine the picture. Also most tops fir small. I'm not a big person, and would advise going up a size. Some things were super cute. Took over a month to receive order.

My first time to this site and I enjoyed shopping here. Loved my sweatshirts. I recommend that you order larger than normal. Just go by the size charts they provide. Very Happy with my purchase. Thank you

Ran into problems accessing PayPal from Firefox, my preferred browser.

I am actually offended that almost half of my total charges for one t-shirt was $10 for shipping something that is much, much less than a pound.

If you are displeased with your product you have a set time frame to have it returned or you will not get it returned -- you also have to ship it via tracking which cost more that an item is worth. I also found with sizes you should go one size up but for t-shirts they are comfortable. I would never buy knitted items, jewelry, or items that seem to good to be true they usually are not as advertised as you can see in the photo attached.

Items were ordered well before Christmas as gifts and were still being advertised even though they were not in stock. I was also promised a discount because of the lateness, that, so far, I have not received.

Interesting and varied selection that made shopping fun! I had to check sizing on each item because that also varied. I wear small sizes, but many of the items were still bigger than what I would select.

These shirts are amazing. I bought them as gifts for an early Sister Christmas get together, and everyone loved them. (Including myself). The size for all of them were right on. Nice, warm, comfy and wonderful looking.

You offer all kinds of discounts that are never available at checkout for multiple reasons. I would have ordered more, but it was too frustrating. Never got 40% off 4th or 5th one free. At one point had 6 items in my carts and no discounts and promotions applied. You loss. Finally order one sweatshirt for my wife and hope I won't regret it

After I placed my order I did not get any kind of confirmation number or email. So, I reached out by email and got a quick answer with the tracking information. Because the order was coming from China, it took a while but this was disclosed up front. When the shirts arrived they fit my wife well and the quality was good. I was relieved because I definitely did not want to deal with exchanging them. I had read a few negative reviews after placing the order but my experience was just fine. Good job!
