When I view the catalog of items I see so many that I think I might like to order. I placed an order and received the three items As ordered and unfortunately something else was out of stock. To my dismay, the sizing of each article is totally different. A large and the dress can be too large and I swim in it while an extra large T-shirt barely fits. I would say the one thing they could do with their company is make the sizing consistent. I'm not sure I would order from this company again unless they had free returns with Reshipping of the appropriate size if needed because it is so inconsistent. It's too bad because I really like some of their items.
Ok, I will be very interested to see how the quality of clothes are and how well they fit once I receive them. This is my first purchase so I'm anxious to see what type of quality this company is.

IMHO, shipping charges were too much, and it took way to long to get item. If I am to pay astronomical shipping, my item should have arrived in 2 days like Amazon. If this doesn't get addressed, I will not order from Lilicloth again.
Love what the products look like, but the T's we're a little tight on my husband. Can't remember if you had a 4X or not. The "Hawaiian" dress shirt is Wonderful and fits great (same size).

I ordered 2 size Large t-shirts. When they arrived I tried 1 on and it fit. I washed 1 shirt and hung it to dry (no dryer used). It shrunk to size Medium (or smaller). I could barely get it on. It is not wearable by me.
What a crappy experience! I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughters birthday, and they gave me a 10 day to two week window. As the time came closer, I emailed and was informed that its a really popular item, and that it would take a bit longer. I said that if they knew it was backordered, then why give the window that they did. I would not have purchased it. They said it would be available a few days before her birthday, so I said do the right thing and get this overnighted out to me. After a few emails and much double talk from Lilicloth, they wouldn't do it. It left me in a spot. Ok, so the wait begins. Nothing from the date they gave me, nothing the following week, nothing the following week, again was told backorder, cause well, its popular. I finally just received this a couple of months later. I explained that I like their stuff and would buy more, and I asked them why they would want to lose a customer on the very first order... NO RESPONSE. I have worked retail and corporate sales, and customers make or break you. They don't care. Next, the product arrives. Not a sweatshirt as it looks in the picture, but a very thin crappy material, arriving in a small bag. Chinese quality, very poor. Could have ordered from Wish and received it faster.
This whole experience was not good, and I will never buy from them again. I'm sure that won't bankrupt the company, but maybe I'll stop a handful of people from buying here.
Not sure what was worse. Over 6 weeks for delivery or Not being made in USA. It will be our last order..

Unbelievable shipping. I ordered the incorrect shirts, however, had they fit i would have kept them.
They were sized very small compared to what I thought I was ordering.
It was easy to order but then the emails were confusing as if the item had already been delivered and I was there to receive it. It hadn't been delivered yet but the emails kept wanting me to pick it up from the post office.
Quick and easy. Shipping was fast and the t-shirt is of good quality.
I ordered this shirt in a previous order and it was printed in reverse. I initiated the return process, was offered a discount instead of waiting and extended amount of time. Because the price of the shirt did not qualify for the discount. And I only wanted this one shirt, it was a gift, and I already paid for it once. I'm still paying $20 for this shirt again.

Took forever to arrive. Ordered 300 dollars of 3X shirts, when they did finally arrive and I took the first one out, I knew I was ripped off, they fit like a LARGE, to expensive to ship back to China. Now trying to see if I can sell for half price to get some money back.
