Easy to follow steps for ordering Original order had a defect, I called to get a replacement and agent couldn't have been nicer and took care of the problem without hesitation. Could not have been more satisfied.
When everything arrived, one of the sweatshirts was called large, but fit like a medium. One sweatshirt was called large but fit like an extra extra large. One was not finished at the neck or sleeves. I have had to alter things just so I could wear them. The people who make these for you are not good at their jobs if they can't distinguish between medium, large, and extra extra large. I was sadly disappointed at how much work I had to do in order to make them wearable.
Finally figured out what went wrong. I have paid for my order and look forward to getting my sweatshirts/tshirts.
