When the product arrived, it was not, as advertised, a sweatshirt. It was a lightweight knit t-shirt with long sleeves. Also, the sleeve hems and the shirt hem were only finished with a serged rolled hem, not a turned-under and stitched hem. The neckline finish also was not a proper neckline, but was a single layer of knit that had been cut on the outer edge, with no finish at all. It most certainly was not worth the price charged, and was not as described in the online advertisement.

The items I ordered the first time, turned out to be too small, even though they were supposed to be the size normally worn- they were for a gift for friend's birthday. Upon realizing that the t-shirts did not fit correctly, I re-ordered them in the next size up. The friend informed me that he really didn't want those t-shirts after all- I immediately contacted Lilicloth to cancelled the order but they were shipped anyway! Upon trying to arrange to return the first items ordered, I was informed of the DIFFICULT AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE RETURN POLICY! I was offered a 15% credit of the original price, to just keep the items instead- Insulting to say the least! I have notified this company of my wish to return the items in the second order but have yet to hear back from them and it has been almost two weeks! Extremely slow and very poor customer service- The return policy is a joke! I have learned my lesson and will not order from them again!
